Hampton Inn Newburgh/West Point (Stewart Airport) - نيوبورج

The only reason I did not give 5 all the way around as the key cards kept malfunctioning - had to keep returning to desk to have reprogrammed only to have it happen over and over. The cards should just have been replaced after 2nd malfunction. There was a lot of noise in the hallways late in the evening as kids running up and down the coridors.

From the warm welcome at the reception desk to the comfort of the room and the presentation of the delightful breakfast buffet, this hotel was the best I have stayed in within the past several years - including those costing more than double!

It is an old hotel with average amenities. Slight odor in the halls. Ok room and bath.

Everything was great and the staff was very pleasant.

We travel a lot we enjoy or stay

breakfast could have been better

Very nice and clean, would stay again, although a little pricey.

Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good breakfast

The hotel room was very comfortable. Breakfast in morning was convenient and better than most continental breakfasts; excellent dining area. Location was superb - close to highway and eating establishments (diner next door open 24/7).

room had plenty of space, even a sofa, large tv, never heard anyone highly recommend

the service and the hotel was great my whole family love it .thank you

was disappointed that there were not more towels in the bathroom and no laundry bags.

We ordered a rollaway bed to be placed in the room, this did not happen. however we did ok becauuse there was no place for a rollaway

Excellent all the way around. The check in desk clerk and manager were very friendly.

of course the entire north-east was a total mess with the snowstorm in october. but we called ahead and asked what would happen if there were power outages in the area, we didn't HAVE to go all the way to Newburgh. the staff on the phone assured us they had back-up power. but they didn't. we arrived to no lights, no heat, and no breakfast in the morning. i don't think i would have cared a bit about any of it (after all, we were all in the same boat) EXCEPT that we had anticipated a possible problem and were assured that we would be cared for. i don't think i could have been more dissapointed, we have always enjoyed hampton inns in the past. :(

We enjoyed out stay at this Hampton Inn and found its standards just as high as other Hampton Inns. However, it was difficult to find. Our GPS wouldn't accept the address and we wandered for a long time. The entrance isn't obvious and if someone hadn't warned us that it is not at the front of the property, we wouldn't have noticed. Otherwise our visit was good.

We were told that the reason we had a handicap room was because of hotels.com had it that wya is some profile. That's strange to us as neither my wife or I are handicap, so why would this be.

We were returning from a visit to a friend upstate and decided to make our trip a little longer by staying overnight. This hotel was in a perfect location. Being it was Labor Day weekend, it was pretty full. the girl at the desk was very pleasant and we had a smooth checkin. There were plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance but we were full from a party we attended. Our room was comfortable and clean. nice flat screen TV, too. We got down to breakfast at about 9:30 and it was very busy, food and coffee disappeared as fast as they could bring it out, but it was always replenished quickly. Checkout was effortless. We've traveled a lot over the years and this was our first stay at a Hampton Inn but it won't be our last. Good Job, Hampton Inn Newburgh

First the hotel managers and service staff were excellen and polite under poor conditions. I arrived to find NO HEAT, called and a reset was performed, left, came back 6 hours later NO HEAT!. Second service NO HEAT. Finally a new room. Understanding a snow storm makes things difficult. BUT I explained I had a heart condition and would pay staff to dig us out. I was told that I should contact desk 1 hour before I needed to depart. When I did so I was told the crew was busy somewhere else but they did leave their shovel. So I shoveled myself out. Two terrible days and finally a third uneventful day. By the way, 1 and 1/2 days the TV was out and when it functioned there were problems.

The hotel was as expected, though for the price, you would expect it to be a bit more. The only downfall was that the pool was a bit cold. I don't know why people have complained so much, our stay was uneventful and very nice.

Accueil désagréable. Matelas extrêmement inconfortables. Déjeuner infect. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel sinon qu'il soit situé près de l'autoroute et que plusieurs restaurants l'entourent.
