The hotel was plder. However during my stay a lot of updating was going on. The food in the restaurant and bar was good. The people were very nice and spoke good English. The location is very good. Right close to many fine resturants, bars and craft shops around the corner. For the reduced rate it was a good value. I would stay the again

Excellent breakfast, free wifi, and great location plus free airport shuttle. A real win. I would stay here again!

Old hotel, but room was clean. Service was good. Free wifi is a plus. Airport shuttle is also convenient (but most large hotels in Guate offer this). When tried to call the hotel, however, had difficulty getting through to anyone, and often would just get hung up.

Hotel staff was not very helpful and didn't choose to give directions to places or coordinate the shuttle to the airport.

We felt very comfortable, safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, since I am fearful of heights, having only glass walls on one side of the room was scary when children are playing rough (wrestling). The showers curtains can be longer and wider so that the water can stay inside of the tub. Everything else was perfect. Thank you

I only stay as a stop over so cannot rate to does.

Great shuttle service, driver gave good advice. Desk staff was very helpful. Hotel carpet in hallways should be replaced. Room was in good condition, but showing it's age. Immedite neighborhood was relatively safe, and I saw armed security at many establishments, but it is dangerous to walk to other zones of the city. I willl be staying here again.

It's my first time to Guatemala from the UK and I didn't fully know what to expect. I can say this is a very nice hotel in a safe and walkable modern neighborhood. Their service is excellent and their breakfast is amazing! I didn't realize the breakfast was $11 - I thought it was included in the price of my room - but I enjoyed it so much I really didn't mind. It's an amazing buffet of fruit, local foods, and just really well done. I highly recommend this hotel, very impressed. The airport is only about 15 min away.

the hotel was perfectly fine with very helpful staff and very clean rooms. I also enjoyed use of the rooftop gym. My only gripe is that the hotel needs updating and modernizing. It seems tired and dated and needing a spruce up, maybe a new paint job. Carpets inside room look dated and so does the bathroom.

Really comfortable bed, nice view, the room was modern and clean. The only difficult part was that apparently the publicity/internet department and the employees of the hotel didn't agree on what offers they had at the time of our stay, so we had to show free breakfast in the advertisement.

We generally stay with family in zones 7 or 14, but this time opted to find a central location as a base for our visits. We were very pleased with the Radisson. We had a great view of the volcanos from our room and enjoyed watching the activity from Aurora airport. Breakfasts were filling with to-order eggs, great pastry and coffee. Proximity to some favorite restaurants. friendly staff. Highly recommend it! It is an older high-rise, but well-maintained with spacious rooms. good price, free airport shuttle. The only con is that it would be nice if the windows were cleaner -- but I'm sure that's an enormous and expensive task.

Needs some improvement, especially in the verbal communication barrier. I supposed to stay in the corner suite with kitchenette but the kitchenette it was only a small fridge and a microwave. The windows very grimy from outside blocking all the beautiful view.

Booked on this website for panoramic view but did not get this. Floor to ceiling view yes but price and picture detailed room with corner window. View also was not stellar from the ninth floor facing away from the main part of the city. We could also hear our neighbours plain as day like they were in bed next to us. Could not control the fan in the room. Hotel staff were superb and location close to airport was great for us

Although the hotel is 16 years old, it is very well kept. Maybe the bathroom is not modern but it has security to go to the rooms. These are quite ample with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. A brand LCD screen and great view, mine was East towards the volcanos. The gym was fine to keep up the workout back home. Great price benefit.

I was told by the employees that the hotel was recently remodelled and the carpets changed. The rooms are big, and for the smokers I was told that the top floor (18th) is for smokers(no carperts on the floor). The most that I like about this hotel was the size of the rooms.

The last time we stay at this hotel I was very satisfied in every category. The reason the ratings went down this time was because there was water that had leaked through the windows and our carpet was wet and the room smelled of mold/mildew. Otherwise, I would have given all categories to be very satisfied. You have the best beds and pillows of any hotel we stay at during our travels in Guatemala! Location, amenities, services are all excellent.

It was as expected, great location, good service, execellent airport shuttle service and good breakfast. Room are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel staff is very freindly & helpfull the hotel is very clean inside & out ts also close to whatever you would need. I had a very nice stay & would stay there again....

I stayed here for a week in June and felt the hotel to be very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. The internet was very good and fast, never experienced any issues. Next time I travel to Guatemala on business I will book here.

Hi, I was very please with everything. It is a very good choice. It is in a very safe area, close to the airport and also to the historical downtown. I has more of a luxury hotel feeling than just the normal Radisson hotels I know up here. In case you decide to drive get yourself a GPS. It is a must.

Only bad thing that I can say is that the wifi was not working in my room. 14th floor. They did have internet and use of computers in business room which was a great relief. Everyone was very accomodating and helpful.

Fabulous room with a view and good service. Only thing missing on the property is a pool.

This hotel is great, nevertheless some things are old, like the bathroom. The towels are very old too. From the cleaning point of view, again the bathroom, it is "clean" generally speaking but you can see black spots in the bath corners, which normal because of the humidity, but for a hotel of this category is not acceptable. There is no minibar, so if the guest wants some cookie or chips it has to go out, and if that happens at night it is difficult because Guatemala Cyty is quite dangerous.

The Hotel Staff were excellent the room was great, except for the shower that hardly worked at all.

This place is not quite as nice as the Intercontinental or the Camino Real, but it's not far off, and it's MUCH cheaper. As well well as low rates it has free internet, which at the other two cost a fortune. Generous daily free water as well, which you don't get at the others. Location is more or less the same. No pool, however, and my room was a bit gloomier than what you get at the other two. But if you want to save quite a bit of money this is a good bet.

Fue una estadía espectacular. Solamente hubo una falla técnica con el aire acondicionado.

Buena ubicacion, hotel para pasar un par de noches. Me gustan las habitaciones amplias y la oportunidad de hacerlas un buen lugar para trabajar.

Bastante bueno el servicio. solamente tuve la mala suerte que me intoxique con algo que cené el primer día en el restaurante del hotel. sin embargo todo el personal estuvo muy pendiente y preocupados por el incidente. por un momento pense´ no regresar, pero honestamente su servicio fue muy bueno para compensar el error.

pesimo servicio, me dieron una habitación que olia mal y la alfombra estaba super sucia, al solicitar el cambio me pasaron a una habitacion en el piso 4 que estaban como escondidas entre salones y oficinas administrativas. Solicite a lavanderia el planchado de dos pantalones, los deje listos con la orden encima, al regresar por la tarde estaban tal cual en el mimso lugar encima de la cama sin planchar, nadie dio seguimiento ni en lavanderia ni la mucama. Solicite canasta de mini bar y tampoco nunca la llevaron, el desayuno del restaurante sumamente sencillo, pocas opciones y pesimo el café.

La ubicación está bien. La habitación nos la dieron 45 minutos después de la hora de check in y no se disculparon por eso. Una de las camas estaba sucia. Las personas de recepción(Front Desk) no eran amables. Solamente la persona de limpieza de habitación era amable. Por lo demás las habitaciones eran confortables y amplias.

Muy bien, la estadía.Solo puedo mencionar que l restaurante de noche , después de las 9:00 lento.No cenamos, solicitamos 5 chocolates y de tardaron por el orden de 30 minutos. Imagino que de ordenar cena eso era mas de una hora.Solamente es como mi obsevación
