While it would be nice to be walking distance to Park City center, they have a shuttle to town and there are a couple of busses that stop at the hotel too. The upside is that the service is great and the resort is minutes away from the Park City resort and about 15 minutes from Deer Valley and Canyons. We had requested a kingsize bed, but when it turned out that the only kingsize was on the first floor next to the street, we were able to get two doubles higher up. The temperature was comfortable, but we noticed that air circulation wasn't great, because the room smelled like the shower hours after we'd taken one. Fortunately we had a balcony and were able to open the sliding glass door to get fresh air.

The Hotel was great to go up on the spur of the moment for an nice get away.

The hotel was very nice, the one thing not mentioned at the time of booking was the renovations and that the swimming pool was not working. I had 2 very disappointed kids who could not go swimming because the pool was under renovation.

The hotel was fine, but they need to do something different with the pool and hot tub. There was water puddled up on the deck and nowhere for it to drain, which was annoying. When we got out of the hot tub we smelled like wet dogs! (there were a lot of little kids in the hot tub). The pool itself was nice, just needs better maintenance.

This hotel has very friendly staff. My wife and I went to this hotel as part of our honeymoon. We were initially put in a basement room right next to the pool. We entered the room and knew it would not work. The sounds of the kids in the pool definitely came through the door. We went back to the front desk and asked her to move us. She promptly gave us a room on the top floor that overlooked the indoor pool. This room was much nicer and we were more than satisfied with the noise level (or lack thereof) The only complaint I have is with directions we were given by the staff. We asked for directions on how to get to Main Street. The friendly front desk person told us to wait for the shuttle and we would go right there. The shuttle came right when she said, but it was not a direct ride and we were lost as to where to get off. Luckily, there were friendly people on the bus to help us out. Besides that the stay was good. We did not try the food and i can't say how good it is. But it has ample parking in the underground lot, the pool and hottub were not bad, and the rooms were very well kept.

Not only was the location ideal for everything Park City has to offer, but our Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Of our 3,500 mile road trip and 8 different hotels, this was by far our favorite, even over The Signature Hotel in Las Vegas. The layout is great, the rooms are quiet, the pool is warm and beautiful, and the hotel is immaculately clean. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through.

Comfortable beds, room had plenty of light.

No air conditioning in rm--only hot air blowing out. Hotel people came but could not fix it. Room was stuffy and uncomfortable. Tub did not drain well. Moved rooms three times--first rm a queen (we had ordered a king); second they moved us to a rm with french doors opening to the pool (lots a kids and people leaning on our door and too loud, third to the rm with heat on-no air conditioning working. We were too tired to move again. Not a good experience. Pool is too small for as many adults and kids there.

great hotel, some garbage on the floor in the room but everything else was so awesome! Very friendly staff. Love the pool area and having a pool side room! Great breakfast such a good deal for the ten extra bucks!

My wife and I stayed there one night and the room was very nice and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. I did have a couple of grips one minor, one major. Minor grip was that we didn't have a DVD player in our room and had to call front desk to get one (luckily they had one available). Major grip was the hot tub. It was extremely small for that big of a hotel and it was so dirty we wouldn't even get it in. The water was so dirty and cloudy that you couldn't even see to the bottom.

If you don't want to spend an arm AND a leg for a very nice accomodation in Park City then this is the choice! My wife, who is rather finicky when it comes to hotels, said she would like to stay there again on our next visit to PC!!! The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful. And I loved the Starbucks in the lobby! Omlets made-to-order for breakfast! Oh yeah! Then off to the slopes. Hotel is a two minute walk from a wonderful restaurant "Grubb Steak Houose". Don't miss that one!

I am not against children but my first room had one window facing the pool. I was woken up at 7am on a Saturday due to screeming children in the pool. I moved rooms and was woken again by children at 8am on Sunday who were playing in the hallway. This hotel is very family friendly which is not the best for business travelers who want rest. I would not stay there again although the managers did try to help fix the issue.

We had a room that opened onto the pool area. Not a big problem since the pool closed at ten. There were kids playing in it just after 8 am, which was earlier than we wanted to get up, but oh well. The worst thing was that there were no black out blinds/curtains. We had sheer, white curtains that were SEE-THROUGH! My husband went to check outside and sure enough, if we had the light on, you could see in, no problem. And the pool had plenty of people in it. And our sliding glass door was literally less than 10 feet from the edge of the pool. They had those fake curtains that don't actually close. I also hoped to order room service but they don't offer ANYTHING after 10 pm, which seems early. Other than that, the room was nice enough. I slept terribly on the thin pillows but my husband slept great. There was a ton of construction which is always off-putting.

The room is a bit larger than most hotel rooms, and we had two queen beds rather than two doubles which is much more comfortable. We also liked that the bathroom and vanity area were separate from the "living" area. NIce bath products. And the rate was absolutely fantastic. The only downsides were that the hotel was difficult to find at night (the signage and lighting in Park City is really to blame), we were too close to the pool on the first floor and heard screaming kids from our room, and the underground parking garage doesn't really accommodate anything more than a compact car. The is a parking lot across the street that the hotel uses, so don't even bother with the garage. Hard to believe the building code allowed that to ever be built.

All the staff were very polite and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were all happy with the comfort of our beds and size of room. The first day I did have a cold shower, but never had a problem after that with anyone else. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was everything I expected at a great price!

Room was clean, staff was nice. Great indoor/outdoor pool for the kiddos. We had a problem with the a/c, and they got a tech to fix it within minutes. Great service, highly recommend.

Our room was right off the pool. Because of this we had no window to the outside world. the room was dark and humid due to the location by the pool. The room also smelled musty. However, the bed was extremely comfortable as was the room. We had plenty of room. We were also close to the exercise room which we used and the proximity to the pool made going swimming very convienent.

Our stay was just fine. I have only one complaint: I think I was double charged for the "pay ahead breakfast" package. It was confusing at check out and came to a lot more than I expected...

We were very pleased with this Hotel. Great location to a Movie Cinema. They had a Thanksgiving buffet. Everything but the dessert was great. The price was a little high for the buffet. But over all it was great. We had a room that opened to the pool I was worried about the noise but it was quiet by 9:30. Overall Great place to stay.

Phenomenal hotel, wonderful rooms, great beds! If you can, try and get a room on the first floor by the pool, as they have nice patios that open out to the pool/jacuzzi/steam room area. Definitely recommended!

The breakfast was great and the cocktail time was wonderful. Service personnel very helpful with information regarding restaurants and bars on Main Street.

Bed was comfortable. Great location. East access to freeway. Clean. Everyone helpful. Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The bed was awesome. We told them it was our 15 year aniversery and they put us in a room with complimentary food and drinks. No problems at all.

The price was great, the bed was AWESOME, and the location makes it quick to get everywhere. I loved staying at this hotel. I will stay again for sure. The desk people were great, too. Helpful and friendly.

This was in a great downtown location of Park City. I found the room to be very nice and comfortble. It is nothing over the top, but was a great stay. We would stay here again!

The room was a nice size and clean. We had a king size bed, and the bedding was very nice. The room also had a flat screen LG tv which was better than I was expecting (it was a decent size too). The staff were polite but it seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. Perhaps they were new. I would stay there again.
