Great place! Huge room. Good TV. Frig. Microwave. Walk to Convention Center. About a 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street. A few great restaurants nearby

The hotel did not provide linens for couch bed nor requested roll- a- cot. We had to retrieve linens after we returned to hotel from the front desk. Roll- a- cot was not available.

All was good with this hotel except no baggage service. Room was great and location good for near by sites.

Absolutely wonderful..we loved our room and the cleanliness.Staff was awesome. We will stay here next visit!

What a great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was awesome. The location was good; it was within walking distance of mothers restaurant and the french quarter. The parking lot was difficult to find but convenient after finding it. The one way streets are kind of confusing to navigate and a bit dangerous to cross on foot.

Best for pet lovers. Staff is very courteous and pet friendly.

The exhaust fan in the main bathroom was extremely noisy. Hotel staff was including front desk were friendly and courteous. Parking lot to small for size of hotel. Overall, nice rooms and comfortable beds.

Suite was roomy, pretty clean, lots of amenities (free Internet, free breakfast, free snacks & beer happy hr). Pet friendly so people bring dogs in this hotel, didn't bother me but if you don't like that don't stay here. Several restaurants & bars in walking distance as well as the River-walk, convention center, WWII & children's museum & aquarium. Off street parking, non-valet ($20 a day) but you can go in and out without having to get a valet to bring your car around which is a plus for the area. Only had one issue with parking on New Years Eve lot was full, but staff was very helpful & friendly in guiding us to another lot a little further down the street also part of the hotel. If you get hungry late at night talk to front desk they can give you several nearby recommendations that serve late and even deliver well into the night. I would stay again based on location, cleanliness, & parking situation.

I loved every second of my stay! As I arrived, I was upgraded to an apartment! It was absolutely wonderful! The space and kitchen sold me! I will definitely make this a hotel of choice when visiting my favorite city!!Thank you soooooo much!!!

The hotel and location was very nice however there was not enough towels for the amount of people included in reservation and pet hair was everywhere. I do plan on returning and staying at this hotel.

Great location In the Warehouse district. 3 short blocks from the Convention Center. Many nearby restaurants, from traditional home cooking like Mother's, to the fine cuisine and service of Emeril's (just 1 block away). 2 of us shared a 2 rm suite: bedroom + living room with sofa bed and kitchenette (with a full sized refridgerator!) Bed was very comfortable; sofa bed less so. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our bathroom floor had hair on it from previous guests.. was not cleaned during our stay. We had to request wash clothes and towels each day; housekeeping never provided 2 of each. The requested towels were brought quickly and cordially, with extra shamoos. Complimentary breakfast was not very good. Scrambled eggs were pre-packaged, accompanied by strangely unpleasant tasting tiny potato patties. There were bananas and apples the first 3 days of our 5 day stay, but no fruit or fresh juice the remaining 2 days. There were yogurts and sweet muffins. Stick to oatmeal and make-it-yourself waffles with very tasty strawberries in syrup. We did not use the fitness center or large outdoor pool in the attractive garden court yard. We printed our boarding passes for return flight home at the complimentary computer center of the breakfast area. The hotel itself is comfortable and hospitable. Would suggest better training for housekeeping staff, based on our room.

Called hotel twice before booking to clarify room accommodations. Got wrong information from 2 employees. We were told the room would sleep 4 adults (2 adults 2 teens) and this was NOT true. Oldest daughter had to sleep on sofa pillows on the floor! We called to ask for pillows and blankets and were told they were out!! Got directions from the front desk, MISTAKE!! We were sent to a trolly stop 6 blocks from the hotel that does not exist!! Found ourselves walking through one of the worst parts of New Orleans at 9:30pm!! Went to the workout facility in the morning, NO AIR CONDITIONING in the workout room in August in New Orleans!! Then we had breakfast... it was just ok. Lots of guests still eating just before it closes... asked for them to make more coffee. They told us they were out of coffee!!! Asked again.. You are out of coffee??? Reply... "NO, we just don't have anyone to supervise it!!"" Who needs to supervise the coffee pot?? 5 other guests asked for coffee while we were sitting there.. NO COFFEE!! Not one employee that we encountered were concerned about our stay!! Won't go back!!

Everyone was friendly. The hotel was really nice and clean and central to everything.

Friendly front desk staff, clean, close to everything but quiet location.Nice pool.

Watch out for hidden fees! Pets are charged $100! A kid stays free.

Hotel is very clean, and in a good quiet, safe location. There is a fenced dog park within the courtyard. We will definitely stay here again!

We were there for a couple of nights for our daughters graduation at Tulane. Although the hotel is undergoing a fairly substantial upgrade/remodel, we had a great stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

From this hotel you can walk to Riverwalk,Burben St and manny other location.Some good restaurants close by and the free breakfast was good

The staff was great. We had to ask for extra soap and shampoo as it was not in our room upon arrival but service was wonderful. We needed some hand lotion but not available from the hotel and a staff member gave us some from her purse that had not been opened. That was really great. I wish we would have gotten her name. The variety of breakfast items was great, but the eggs, potatoes, and meat left a lot to be desired. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, and other items were enough to satisfy anyone so overall was more than OK. The bathroom floor was not swept as well as I would have liked (hair behind the door) but sinks, tubs, and kitchen were clean. Nicely stocked kitchen with items needed to cook (which we didn't). Close enough to walk to trolley cars (streetcars?) and the French Quarter if you so choose. I would stay there again. Thank you.

This is a solid choice for families looking to visit the Crescent City. Location is close to French Quarter and area museums but not in the middle of all the night time celebration on Bourbon Street. The hotel was under construction for expansion and renovation as are many in NOLA but the staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast and happy hour included in the price are terrific value adds. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice staff and went out of their way to be helpful. Good breakfast. Room needed several maintenance items done but I don't thing thek care to do them until the entire section of the hotel is scheduled for renovation. Very poor mattress on the sleeper sofa.

Would not stay again but I must say that the personnel Was great. Trully showed New Orleans hospitality.

Close to all attractions,Riverwalk, casino, Bourbon St,French Quarters, all in walking distance

The Residence Inn of Marriott is a great place to stay. I was very satisfied with the condition, cleaniness and the space of our room. Walking distance to the dome and only minutes to Canal. I would highly recommend it. There is a $20 charge for running your debit card for incidentials, mine was never refunded.

Nice comfortable rooms, above average breafast and good location within the warehouse district. 10-15 minute walk to the French quarter. Sidwalks in the district are in disrepair so not a good chase for elderly people.

While a bit difficult to find..mapquest it folks...the staff was great! We loved the room and even tho I had a bit o a issue when i got a note under the door that the water system would be down all week - the day after I arrived....no worries - staff explained that it was periodic outages as they upgraded their system. I will definately stay again when I am in town! The suites are HUGE and my sons and I truly enjoyed the hot tub, basketball court and the amount of space we had - especially after being in the car together for 2 days. The evening social was great also - good food and good company! Kudos to the staff and everyone who made our stay special!

My husband and my stepson stayed here and had a great time! We loved the room, the free dinner, the free beer and wine, the free breakfast, and the great HD television. Please note that there is a charge for parking and that there is NO...I repeat NO valet parking as was mentioned on Hotels.com!

We stayed in the Mariott Residence Inn twice, before and after a cruise. The hotel is clean and comfortable enough. It is convenient to the cruise terminal. There isn't a whole lot immediately around the hotel but the trolley line is a few blocks away. The first room we had was in the main building. It was adequate, but the main building seems like it could use freshening up. Our second stay was at a two room suite in the newer (East side?) annex with the atrium. It was very nice, very comfortable for the three of us. The price was fair, the location safe. The pool and hot tub were well heated. The breakfast was ok. I'd say this is a good choice for us. It was a pretty good value, had easy access to the Cruise terminal / convention center, and easy enough to get to the French Quarter and the Garden District by trolley.

Very clean and comfortable. I must add...this was the best breakfast I've every eaten at a hotel! Thanks for a wonderfully, pleasant stay!

You can walk from here to the French Quarter and the WW II museum. Clean and friendly. Very nice courtyard. Full breakfast with eggs, sausage, grits, potatoes, waffles, etc.
