Young lady at the Check In time was pleasant, helpful, and a good source information of local resturants. Hotel was a good location for our needs, price was reasonable, nice rooms -- clean and functional. In the Murray area I wouldn't even bother to look for another hotel. Nice Breakfast room and a very good light breakfast; biscuits and gravy, cook yourself waffle, bagels, english muffins, ...!

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staffs were friendly except for the one young lady at the front desk who was unwelcoming. Kimberly was friendly and apologetic. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. It was near Murray State University and was near many restaurants. The girls at the reception desk were very friendly and breakfast was waffles and biscuits and gravy.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE DESK CLERK COULD BE MORE FRIENDLY, OVER ALL WE WERE SATISIFIED,GOOD DEAL FOR THE MONEY

This was among the very best value for money places I've every encountered. The location was very convenient to MSU and the hotel was very easy to find. The staff members were excellent.

WE ACCESSED THIS SITE ON THE INTERNET, LIKED THE WAY IT WAS DESCRIBED AND FOUND IT TO BE SO WHEN WE CHECKED IN. ENJOYED THE STAY, IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE SITES WE VISITED.

Hotel staff was very nice. Room was a bit worn but very clean. I would book my stay with them again. Very good price for the room.

I stayed at this hotel due to business in the area and I will never stay again even if it means traveling any distance to another one. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and hard. I could barely walk the next morning because of my back hurting. The carpet was just nasty looking, the room smelled of dirty socks if I didn't keep the A/C on high, then because of the very thin blanket I froze all night. Definitely a very bad night which resulted in a bad day at work.

Already recomended your Hotel to a business asso. The girl working that night was very helpful!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Pool was under construction during our stay which they alerted us to before we arrived. Only problem was a missing wake up call that delayed us to an event.

It was graduation weekend and the hotel was very accomodating. They tried hard to make everyone as comfortable as possible.

I travel a lot and visit Murray for business. I typically find the cheapest place to stay that is of decent quality so this is where I typically choose to stay. about half the cost of the nicer Holiday Inn and other more expensive hotels in town. I don't swim or workout and the breakfast is just something to get you going so this place works good for me.

we had a very good stay the room was clean people was very friendley will stay again thank you for all the help you gave us on places to go.

I would not stay in this hotel again. From the outside it looks nice but the room was dirty. There was mold in the shower and several holes in the walls.

Not much to do in the town, but if you are coming in for a Murray State activity, this hotel was fine.

The location and price for this hotel was great. The room was nice and big. The air conditioner was not working properly and the hair dryer had some kind of short in it. However, the continental breakfast was excellent. Over all, the short stay was pretty good.

This was my second lengthy stay at this BW. With a regular routine, I was able to more closely observe the facilities and staff than I normally get with a one-nighter. The hotel, for the most part, is very clean and well-appointed. The problem is the staff. Nearly every morning, during the breakfast hours, I witnessed staff eating in the breakfast room (this included the breakfast attendant). Housekeeping and front desk staff regularly sat in the lounge area around the main entrance to chat and gossip, and more than once I found the housekeeper using the computer intended for guests. Even when I used the computer, the desk clerk and housekeeper were apt to continue hanging out. With my back to them, it was most uncomfortable. This kind of casual behavior sends the wrong message to guests. I felt even more self-conscious using the computer one day after the housekeeper abandoned it for me because she sat down in a chair near me and watched what I was doing. The internet service was spotty - frequently dropped wireless connections - and when I reported it on numerous occasions, was simply told that "it's working down here." Further inqueries revealed that the wireless had been updated since my last visit and they were told the old system could not be properly removed (and paying the technician $85 an hour was out of the question). So, when I could persuade them to reboot the system, they did, and the internet worked again. But no one seemed the least bit interested in reporting the issue up the chain of command. Just as it was over last summer, there were times when I called at night to get a wakeup call, and no one answered the phone. From a safety perspective, this alarmed me a bit. I will definitely stay there again, but I just hope that management (who visit infrequently) does something about the unprofessional attitude about 75% of its staff. Of everyone I interacted with, only one desk clerk seemed to understand hospitality.
