Located in a great location - 15 mins walk from Cadorna station and 10 mins walk from the cathedral square. Comfortable rooms with free wifi plus helpful staff on the front desk. All in all a pleasant stay.

Hotel conveniently located for Milan sites - we walked everywhere from here. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. There were a few bits and pieces that needed updating but nothing major. The bathroom was recently renovated to an excellent standard. As other reviewers have pointed out the tram runs past the front of the hotel. I found the vague rumble of passing trams a background noise rather than disturbing but I can see that it could bother certain people. A room to the rear of the hotel would solve the issue. As our trip was in October we had no need for the air conditioning and so can't comment! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was everything I hoped it would be. Centrally located,charming, comfortable.Breakfast was great--we had a marvelous time.

Very noisy AC, free WI-FI either don't work or has 12-36 Mb/sec, page refreshtakes 45 sec. Towels very low quality and quantity. Antique chest falling apart. Mini bar poorly staffed. Room service has very few choices. Only italian TV channels, no englich, french, german at all. Service don't know how much you could pay for a taxi to the airport or main railway station because they say taxis has a meters???? Room very dark one small window and 4 20W bulbs it is a chalange to read anything.

I was in Milan for some sightseeing and I stayed at this hotel because of the reviews of fellow writers. I was very satisfied with my stay there, as the front desk staff were all most helpful, especially when it came to meal recommendations. I had a single, that while a little small, was perfectly fine for just myself. The walls are a bit thin, so if you're a lite sleeper you might want to consider earplugs. On the whole though, the hotel was very clean, the people were all friendly and willing to help you, and it was nice for me that all the staff I dealt with spoke English. And on an end note, it's a good location, within a 10 minute walk of the metro stop and within a 20 minute walk of the Duomo and Emanuelle shopping center.

I spent two nights here on the weekend of a business trip, and it was a great place - excellent value. Close to Duomo and city center. Free wireless internet and breakfast. I'd definitely recommend it.

Really thought staff was friendly, only complaint is the Internet was not good. Forget it........the hotel itself was great.

This hotel has a great location and is deceptively large, which you notice as soon as you walk in. It is walking distance from several city sites, as long as you aren't afraid of a little exercise. About 1 mile from the hotel is a train station that goes to Malpensa, so getting to the airport was also very easy. The concierge was friendly and the hotel rooms were nice and clean, though the mattresses were a little hard. Amenities were excellent for the price...breakfast, internet, and satellite TV (English option as well). Definitely recommended.

Good: The free breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in Italy. Convenient walk to the Duomo and fairly easy to get to the train station. The room had a relatively comfortable bed, was clean, air conditioning worked, and the shower was an actual shower stall with glass door. Bad: I couldn't remember if there was supposed to be a fitness center. When I asked the desk clerk, he looked at me baffled. I checked the Hotels.com ad when I got home, and there should be a discount at a nearby facility. There was no TV access unless you paid for the satellite TV (I wasn't willing to pay it) There was some street noise, especially on the last night after a soccer victory. I could hear horns blaring, cheering, and celebrating throughout the night, but I'm not sure this would have been avoidable.

The hotel is very well run, clean and pleasant staff. The only downer is about the additional charge for the internet access and not working in the room. I was able to use it only in the hotel lobby where was a computer station and a printer free of charge.

All in all I loved staying in Hotel Regina. I travel on my own, but my single room had everything I required. I found it te be very good value for the amount of money spent.

We thought this hotel was very good, especially for the price paid. It was clean and well run. The desk clerks were very helpful. Breakfast was fine. It was walking distance to the Duomo (about 15 mins). Our room was on the fifth floor and very quiet. Would definately return to this hotel again when in Milan.

My 20 year old daughter and son shared a triple room for 13 days in January. We all liked the Regina because it was very clean, within walking distance to all the sites, lots of small places to eat and shop at, and the desk staff spoke enough english to help us with any of our needs. Although we didn't eat there much, because we got up too late most days, when we did we found the food to be quite good and lots of it. They even had scrambled and hard boiled eggs...and we didn't find that at any other hotel we stayed at in Italy. Pizza Natural was good for Pizza and the staff there is really friendly. The gelato shop just down the steet had the best gelato we've ever had. We ate at lots of different places and they were all good but the one that is just a few doors away from the Regina... I've forgotten the name...(it looks like a coffee bar with a couple slot machines on the left wall, but they have several tables in the back) has really really good food for lunch and it wasn't pricey. They aren't open for dinner, but we wish they were. There is a little grocery store across the street you can see it from the hotel. Trams can get you anywhere you want to go for 3 euros a day or a week pass is even cheaper. I believe you can use the same ticket for the underground metro...which we heard was very nice. The Duomo is a must see! It was colder than usual in Milan when we were there, (in the 30's & 40's) but nothing we couldn't handle. We took a side trip 4 nights to Ortigia Sicily where it's usually warm, like Florida is here in the state, and it was even chilly there this year. 50's when it should have been high 60's. Easy Jet was only $83 to fly to Ortigia and it's a must see too if you have the time. Beautiful historic city on the Med. Sea.( It's the "real Italy"). Lots of night life in Milan. Bar Magenta and Old Fashion are great places for the 20 somes. Lots and lots of great clothing there and Jan. is their sale month. 50% off of everything!! Didn't find that too ma

Hotellet ligger bra med 10 min promenad till Domen och Gallerian. Promenerar man åt andra håller är det inte mycket längre till restaurangerna utefter kanalerna. Tyvärr var det väldigt varmt i vårt rum men förmodligen var det inte bara solen utan att vi inte lyckades få av värmen. AC finns inte förrän i maj. Liten men ok frukostbuffé. Inte nyrenoverat. Ett plus att cyklar finns till utlån på hotellet. Deras restaurangtips var fantastiskt!

Med trikkestopp rett utenfor hotellet, og enkel gangavstand til Duomo/ la Scala etc. var beliggenheten flott for meg. Hadde et lite enkeltrom som var koselig og rent. Grei frokost, men litt lite kapasitet der i "rush" frokosttid. Et hotell jeg gjerne kommer tilbake til senere.

Fick ett tips om en Restaurang som visade sig vara en äkta Italiensk topprestaurang. Restaurang Bolognese ca 200 m ifrån Hotellet.

ミラノ中心地より少し離れているが、どの観光スポットにも比較的短時間で行ける。大通りに面していて安全性が高い。部屋は通りと反対側なので静かである。

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de wijk Navigli, de Dom en de winkelstraten. Het enige nadeel van het hotel was dat het er zo warm was.

Sentral beliggenhet, ikke langt fra Domen og Gallerian. Greit sted, trangt på rommet, gode senger, god frokost. Egentlig ikke noe spesielt, vi var der en natt på vei til Siena.

Wij hebben een lang weekend in dit hotel met veel plezier doorgebracht. Het hotel is op loop afstand van het centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden zijn goed te bereiken via de bus of tram. Dicht bij het hotel zijn tal van goede restaurants en koffir shops.Kortom wij zijn zeer tevreden over de locatie en service.

Viiden minuutin kävely Duomolta - eli hyvä sijainti. Huone oli vanhahtava mutta asiallinen. Aamiaisella oli hyvä palvelu, itse pieni aamiaishuone tosin oli ikkunattomassa alakerrassa.
