We loved the hotel. Great room, nice and roomy and comfy beds! Our only complaint is the freezing pool... we thought it would be heated but no luck. Otherwise, no complaints.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. One person had an allergy to cats and even though this was a pet friendly hotel he did not have any problems. The room was nicer than some of the four star hotels we stayed in prior to this.

The location was very good. A lot of restaurants within walking distance and a Publix. The beach area is too far to walk but you can take the Trolley for 0.50$ one way or take the hotel shuttle. The free breakfast was good with fruits, bagels, donuts, yogourt, pancakes, eggs sandwichs, cereals, oatmeal, tea and Starbuck coffee. The free shuttle service to the airport was great and reliable. The room was very nice and quite big. The room service was excellent. I strongly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to restaurants & shopping and was located close to the Port of Everglades.

Location close enough to the beach without high beach prices.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, quiet, and at a great location; not far from the airport and very close to the cruise ship terminals. The front desk was a little understaffed and there was a little wait time to be helped, but the desk clerks were very nice and friendly. They were just not enough desk clerks and too many people.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in the Hyatt in Ft. Lauderdale. It's clean, spacious, and the complimentary breakfast is a bonus. The hotel is close to the downtown area but you would still need a car to get there as it's about 3 miles from the happening part of town. There is a shuttle but we didn't use it as we had a car. Parking is $5.00 a day-reasonable compared to other hotels.

Before I booked through Hotels.com I called the Hyatt Hotel to find out about transportation to our Cruise ship. I was not aware that there wereseveral Cruise ports. When I asked if the transportation to the Cruise port was complimentary I was told yes. As a result I wnet ahead and booked it. I amde arrangements with the hotel regarding what time to be picked up. We were picked up and taken to our Cruiseship in Miami. When getting off the shuttle I was asked for $70.00. I said I did know I had to pay 35.00 perperson. I was shocked. I pulled out my mastercard to pay and was tols cash only. The cash I ahd was my spending money for our cruise.

Would be nice to know there was only two floors amd no elevator

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly.

If you have a car this is a great hotel close to nice restaurants and the beach is just a few minutes by car away. The rooms are big and well equipped looks just like the pictures :-)

Awesome hotel, great breakfast, awesome staff! They dont seem to promote the free shuttle service they offer but it was fabulous...they took us back and forth to the beach, cruiseport and airport! I was pleasantly surprised about this...I thought they only offered service to the airport!

Room was excellent except matress was worn out and sagged in the middle.

Location is close to cruise port and close to shopping area which had a supermarket, numerous options for dining are also in the walking vicinity. Airport shuttle was very convenient, unfortunately the shuttle did not pick up from cruise port and was unable to drop off at the beach. Rooms were spacious, would definitely stay again

Lobby area is too small for breakfast time. Not enough room or table to eat. Shuttle to Airport is good. Thought pool was heated but didn't feel like it. Good restrauants within short walking distance or short ride. Only about 8-10 minutes from beach and easy drive.

first i was not happy when i called form the airport to get to your hotel,it took three calls and 45 minutes to get picked up,then we got to our room only to have the bathroom toliet flood all over the floor ,we contacted the front office and they were not very quick to get the problem fixed or were they very friendly,not a good impression,i would not go back here or suggest this to anyone.for what we paid we should have had better service.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. I use it for business associates flying in to Ft. Laud airport. Super Clean, Accommodating Staff, and close to Restaurants. Great for biz, family, or vacation.

Nice all around. Halfway between airport and cruise ship terminal. Great free breakfast!! All around a very nice hotel.

The hotel itself was clean however the Wifi was down and in order to watch anything on Tv you had to pay for it. And after I booked the reservation I found out you have to pay $5 a day for parking.

Room was in great condition and very clean! Bathroom light didn't work, but other than that it was a pleasure staying there. I would recommend anyone to that hotel

Large room with sectional sofa and 50" TV in one half of room. Hotel was very clean. Looks like it was recently updated. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Service was excellent. Had a minor problem with fridge that was fixed within 10 minutes. Decent free breakfast.

This is my first time staying at Hyatt and love it. It was very clean, everything look nice and new. The included breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay at Hyatt again and yes to recommend others to stay.

really comfortable we arrived from the port very early, about 9 am and they had a room ready for us/ checkin at that time is usually very difficult. we were pleasantly surprised

We appreciated the shuttle service to the beach. The room was very comfortable.

Large well-appointed rooms for the price....excellent free breakfast...large pool...full bar.....not on a main street (quiet).....only minutes from Port Everglades cruise port

We stayed a night before leaving on a cruise. The shuttle from the airport was quite busy, however the manager was very apologetic and offered to do whatever he could to resolve the issue. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely would stay there again!

I loved the hotel! I was so impressed with the (huge) size of the room, Wonderfully appointed and had a fabulous breakfast! We will be staying here again. Everything about the hotel was wonderful !! Thank You staff!!! (and we stay alot of places)

Great stay close to airport, seaport and beach

Staff was very nice and hotel transport was very helpful. Wory was awsome, hope to see him on next trip to Hyatt Place. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpfull.

The room was beautiful and clean. Anything I needed the staff wa very accomodating and friendly.Would definately stay there again.

Good hotel for the price. Convenient for shopping and close to a variety of good restaurants and bars. Gets a bit busy at weekends with cruise vacationers, but it's not a real problem.

Overall stay was good but the choice of meals was very limited and so to get a meal we had to go elsewhere. Also the lack of a microwave posed a challenge where we had meals to be reheated and same had to be consumed cold
