Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Vancouver - فانكوفر

The room was very nice, the service was awful they have messed up my checking account they keep charging my bank account over and over. Very disappointed. ;-(

Everything ok, staff are extremely polite and happy to help, breakfast is good, hotel is clean with no bad smell, even though I was arrange to a noise room , the one next to pop machine, It made can't sleep the whole night . I am too lazy to find it out until the morning when I step out the room I realize. I went to breakfast around 9 which they said they are almost close. I told the staff to get me some eggs and sausage , they refill it for me right away. The sausage is cold, I told them about it and they change right away. The only thing not good is the place is sitting in a construction area with no mall or food surrounding. However pricewise this is a good decision to take this hotel

Everyone was really nice and helpfull. The room was really clean and quiet place to stay. The morning hot breakfast was great too. The food was hot and everything was right there.

The room was fairly clean, beds comfortable. front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. They gave us wrong information for where we could go to get a bottle opener, advised we walked to the Chevron Gas station, which we did to find out they've never sold bottle openers. The front desk staff then laughed at us as we walked away from them after complaining about the mis-information they gave us. There was a cockroach in the bathroom under the coffee pot, (which took several phone calls to find out why there was no carraf for the coffee pot). Overall not impressed with this place, will go back to the Red Lion next year!

The Comfort Inn is a basic hotel and I expect that but it needs some help. The neighborhood is run down and under construction which is a good thing for the future but not right now. Cleanliness was hit and miss, hair stuck on the shower head and walls. The main problem is the guests who stay at these type of hotels. Coming in drunk, yelling at the top of their lungs at 2:30am and then playing video games supplied by the hotel at top volume until 4am. The desk wasn't very helpful.

Based on comparable hotels and prices, this place is A good deal. Decent breakfast, plenty of parking, good rooms and comfortable beds. TV should be switched with frig cabinet though. Can't see TV while sitting at desk.

Room was very small, but convenient, clean and up to date. Appreciated breakfast and free parking.

Room clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Quiet downtown location with shopping and food a quick drive away. My only complaint is the rooms are on the small side. But I'll stay here again when in town.

This is a very basic hotel that serves the purpose of sleeping. The room was small but clean, the pool was a little murky and needed treatment. The breakfast was adequate but no hot chocolate for the non coffee drinkers.

Good place to stay, just off the freeway. Great breakfast, good staff and worth every penny

Faster internet is all this place needs. ;^) I'd actually stay only there if the price was always right and upgraded internet speed

Front desk clerk very nice

This hotel was much better than I had expected! Room was clean and comfortable, lobby was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The only "issues" I had were small; the elevator was very small and the continental breakfast wasn't great. It's free food, so I can't complain too much. The room the breakfast was in was very small, I recommend getting there early to avoid the rush.

Good quality and efficient hotel. Close to I5

Settled in a residential area, the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room - including shower, great continental breakfast with MANY selections, easy access to highway and downtown. We would surely stay here again.

The room was very nice, the bed was sooo comfortable, and the location was easy to get to. Very Close to Hwy 5 and close to Hwy 205. Lots of little places to visit and close to downtown. The only downsized was the size of the hospitality room where the breakfast was served. The area was small, but the breakfast hit the spot. :-)

The hotel looked clean, but my bedding smelled like urine. Everything was small and compact, but all necessary ammenities were there.

Although our 2 double-bed room was small, it was very clean and comfortable. Nice beds and comfortable bathroom, though the water pressure was a little weak. Great morning breakfast with home-made waffles. Easy I-5 access makes for a convenient location for travelers.

Great room for the value. Quick freeway access, decent parking. The room and bath were clean. Breakfast was hot and ready on time. This is not a relaxing or extended stay hotel, but a good value for your money facility. I would stay here again.

My room was on the fourth floor; none of the soda machines nor the ice machine worked on that floor. I went to the first floor and the coke machine was totally empty. Only the pepsi machine worked; I don't drink pepsi so I bought a bottle of water. The coke machines on floors one thru four were all empty. NOT GOOD. I realize this is petty but the temps were in the triple digits and I was looking forward to a coke. Ah well, such is life. Other then that, it is a rather nice place to stay.

Good downtown location, right across the river from Portland. Its above the average Quality Inn from a regular "choice properties" customers perspective. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and comfortable beds.

The rooms are a little small but very nice and clean. The free breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Neighborhood was quiet and safe. My car was packed full of stuff during my move and never had a concern. Not far from airport or downtown Portland. Room was small, barleys barely fit the two beds and desk. But it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I would stay here again just not eat the breakfast.

The elevator was not working but the rest of the stay was good.

The rooms were very nice, though uncomfortably too small ( very crowded). The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were helpful with directions many times and helped with a problem with our TV. The movies that was available to order were way too expensive! More information with the busing system from the hotel would have been very nice. I liked being downtown, but I would have like to have more information available at the hotel about places to visit. We would have like to be able to rent a DVD and watch it. Our stay was very nice, and my only complaint is the size of the rooms. Actually, I had thought that it sure seemed as though they were trying to cram as many rooms into this hotel as possible-everything felt a little squishy, but even though, we did have fiun and everyone was very pleasant.

Fan for exhaust in bathroom was very loud, otherwise a great place. Free shuttle to and from train station made this place especially convenient.

Apart from the girl who did a wonderful job at reception being alone and having to deal with phone calls and guests checking in all was fine.

The dining staff was the best I have ever had at ANY hotel. I had both breakfast and dinner there. They were helpful, cheerful, and friendly! They remembered me from day to day, as well as my prior day's selections. They all should be acknowledged. In particular there was one very nice lady, I did not get her name. She is in her early 30s, thin, with a wonderful Hispanic accent.

Will come again

I liked the hotel, it's a couple of blocks away from Ft. Vancouver, national historic site. I went to see the fireworks for 4th of July show, so I did not get to use the pool ( I really wanted to!). The hotel is only 10 minutes from Portland downtown, very convenient by car. I would stay here again with my family. Quiet place too. Breakfast not so hot but ok. Room was clean.

Bed and pillows very comfortable

Comfortable beds - yes. Clean looking room - yes. Why did it smell like dirty socks or stinky feet everyday? No idea, but nothing seemed to help. It's downtown, saw lots of drug people walking by. I wanted to park my car in the lobby to keep it safe. The staff was great though. No breakfast at all. Not staying here ever again.

Very nice place to stay great service!

This was a lay over night and this price was right. Great bed. No stores around to pick up a late dinner or late night snack, though. Room was adequate with fridge and microwave. I
