Nice clean place with friendly and courtias staff. Exeptional service and very helpful. Clean place and well taken care pool and spa. Close to many restaurants and fast foods. Would recommend it to everyone.

The room was large with a king sized bed and extra large jacuzzi tub. They allowed pets. They're walking distance to a great Cracker Barrel. Those were the perks. The room was humid and smelled like mold mixed with some sort of freshener (my dog found the source: a car freshener hidden under the air conditioner). There was lots of dark brown hair in the tub, also white flecks of what we assumed was construction dust (?). There was dark grey dust caking the low hanging ceiling fan. There was a film of dried urine on the toilet. All the amenities just aren't enjoyable if it's not clean!

We stayed here a single night after a very rough day on the road. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room we had was large, and had a brand new, very comfortable, clean bed. Everything was immaculate, furnishings were nice and new. We had a quiet restful night and a quick decent breakfast downstairs on the way out. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub, but when my wife and I tried to use it the tub would not run for more than 2 minutes at a time. I will never return to this hotel.

I liked this hotel a lot when staying with my family in Springfield. The only compllaint is that the smell of the chemicals in the pool room was excesive. Besides that I will recommend it. Breakfast was nice.

Outstanding value! Exceptionally clean and very well maintained (14 year age). Staff very friendly while also professional. Free breakfast very good. I consider this the best deal in Springfield.

Stayed here on weekend and the price for the hotel was perfect. Clean rooms, hot breakfast that is perfect for young kids or adults. Nice indoor pool for kids and good temerature in hot tub for adults. All in all this hotel is perfect for all the age.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice pool and bedding. Had goodnight sleep and woke up fresh for long travel. Would recommend this hotel to all the people. Thank you Baymont for nice stay.

Great location, clean, freindly service, best price in area with best amenities. Clean pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast. Easy check in/out. Food and shoppping close by.

We checked in late and the night desk clerk was so friendly and upbeat, I can only hope that the rest of the staff makes their guests feel so welcome!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed and the staff was helpful too. The facility was located near sangamon auditorium where we had tickets to see Riverdance. There was a nice assortment of eating establishments close by also.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, though tight quarters in the breakfast room. Price was very reasonable. The room was clean and mostly quiet. Great water pressure in the shower. Only 2 drawbacks to a perfect stay...1. the bed was very hard...almost couldn't sleep on it; and 2. creaky floor above.

Not too bad a place. The location was just far enough out of the city that it avoids the bad parts of Springfield, without being too far. It's a good choice. Our only problem is that the maid skipped cleaning our room one day, but the hotel made good on that with a partial refund.

Loved, loved, loved it! The only problem was the heater could not be adjusted to a comfortable temp...just too hot even on low. Other than that, we loved the hot tub, the beds, the breakfast and the overall stay.

We were very happy with our stay here. The exercise room equipment was not working but I'm assuming it was 'to be repaired' as overall the hotel is in fine condition and the staff is very friendly. Reasonably priced too. We will stay there when in Springfield again - thank you!

Breakfast area could use some improvement. Not a very big room. If there was not many guest staying then it would be fine. How ever its a big hotel so the breakfast area really does not accomidate the size of the hotel. The look of the hotel is a little dated. I was ok with that though. We went for a weekend to visit family and for kids to swim. Pool area was ok, towels was not stocked and lounge furniture was old and broken down. Although the kids had a good time. Rates matched the hotel and its accomidations.

My stay met my needs, no problem with anything, I left very satisfied.

I had a good experience. The room was clean and quiet. They offer a nice continental breakfast. I used the fitness room which is small but was fine for a quick workout.

The room had all the amenities I like, microwave, lounge chair, frig, . Enjoyed the heated pool. Staff were helpful. The breakfast room was very small and I ended up taking my breakfast to my room.. I had mistakenly thought the hotel was close to airport. This was my fault for not reading carefully. The front desk person arranged taxi service which was very prompt.

Checked into this hotel. First we get a call asking us if we are smoking in our non smoking room. We say no because we had not been. They said they had complaints. I explained I had asthma and didn't smoke. We went to our convention again on the next day. When we returned our keys didn't work. We went to front desk and were told maid said we had been smoking. I told desk person that I had asthma, offered to show nebulizer I carry and medications but he didn't want to see them. When we got back into room there was a note that we had been smoking. Again we contacted the desk to explain that we hadn't to no avail. We had been two days at a convention so our cloths may have had some smoke smell, but we were not smoking in room. Kids ran in the hallways on all floors until late night and police came after a big fight from other guests. The hotel put $200 extra charge on my card without my authorization.

This is an excellent place to stay in Springfield. They are right off the I-55. 5 Minutes from Abraham Lincoln stuff and 3 Minutes to University of Springfield and Lincoln Land Community College. Plenty of restaurants around it and walk in distance. They got nice indoor heated pool and hot tub and the main thing is that their Rooms are super clean. I would say spot on to their Hospitality. Nice and smiling staff and good breakfast in the morning. They also got Flat Screen HDTV, which I have yet to see in some of the 3 and 4 star hotels in Springfield, IL. I would recommend to every single guest traveling to Springfield, IL to try them. I will be back Soon !!!

Not bad at all. Nice and close to the interstate. Only think was that I could not get on their internet at all, after multiple attempts. I had heard that others staying that night had the same issue as well. Minor inconvenience, but it was fine otherwise! Good breakfast!

In a very convenient location....just a few minutes from downtown Springfield. Staff was courteous and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here twice and both times was good. It is located close to highway, so you can take 55 north or south very quick. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a clean place for not much money. However, I just figured they have indoor pool; wished knew earlier

worst customer service that i have ever had at a hotel booked and payed in full through hotels.com and wen i arived hotel attendant tried to charge me anouther $30 i think hotel managment needs to take a look at staff and make some changes
