The hotel was fine.The breakfast less than expected. Coffee was not good. There was no milk, therefore no cold cerial.

This hotel was a great deal and right off the interstate. There was a small misunderstanding with the front desk where she was very rude but was taken care of soon after. The indoor pool was great but the chlorine smell was a little too much. Overall, we had a great stay!

The hotel was nice and clean but when we got to our room, we were blasted in the face by a very heavy moth ball smell. We tried to live with it, but ended up going to a nearby store to get some Fabreeze. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was barely warmer than the air. The beds were comfortable though, and the room was clean.

The staff and room were great..comfortable beds and clean room. It was very good. However, they have a pool and because this is Flint and because of the location they have drawn a cliental that is safe but loud and allow their kids to run rampant up and down the halls, up the steps and are loud in their rooms. I had to call and ask the desk to have them stop running in the halls at 1 AM and one night the kids were jumping on and off beds above my room until I called the desk at 2 AM...this went on every night I was there. The security stopped them but after I lost 2 hours of sleep each night. The cliental is basically lower class and their manner prove it. I suggest that nightly someone checks the halls for sound and children left on their own to cause havoc...it's back to the Hampton Inn for me. I loved coming to this hotel before but I can't do this anymore - when I am in town on business I need to get my sleep. More security is needed here.

We liked this hotel, it was completely adequate. Had a service dog and special needs child with us....went well.

The area near the hotel was disgusting. The personnel of the hotel were exceptional. The room was average but the pool and hot tub was in very poor condition.

I truly enjoyed my stay.Baymont is close to local stores and resturants,great choice

This hotel is conveniently located right off of I75 the problem is it is in a horrible part of town. While the room was very nice and large the caliber of people who were also staying here was a turn off. They were loud and obnoxious ...running from the pool up the staircase (the elevator did not work) which our room happened to be right in front of. I would not stay here again.

Decent overall, room smelled like wet dog and needed to be aired out. There was a half eaten subway sandwich and some spray cheese left over in the fridge from the last people. Nice big fridge though. Bed was fine, AC unit was awesome, went down to 60º, bathroom was weirdly big and there was soap but no shampoo. Also there is no garbage can in the bathroom. I did not sleep well the first night but a lot better the second night, so i wouldn't really blame the hotel for that.

Room was stinky.

Excellent accommadations and services, they provided an upgrade and the room was excellent, we were especially impressed with the furniture (heavy wood)

We had a late check in and the staff receptionist was very cordial. Our room for the first night stay was not good because of the noise in the hallway and the smell of smoking ( although this is a non-smoking building ). We asked for a different room he next morning and we were given a room that was very satisfactory and quiet. The grandkids had fun in the pool and the hotel was close to restaurants and quick shopping. The WiFi was fast and every request we had was done fulfilled with a friendly attitude ( including our request for a late check out ). We will definitely stay again on our visit to Flint.

LOVED THE LOCATION,ONLY COMPLANT IS POOL WAS WAY TO COLD.I UNDER STAND THE CHEMICAL SITUATION BUT I PAID MANILY FOR A POOL FOR MY GRAND KIDS TO ENJOY AND IT WAS TO COLD TO SWIM FOR MORE THEN 10 MINUTES FOR ONE OF THE KIDS AND 5 MINUTES FOR THE OTHER .

Our checkin went well but our room needed to be dusted and vacuumed. The mattress needs to be thrown out, no sleep all night. The fitness room needs to be improved ie. treadmill kept shutting off. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was good. Dirty doors in room, spit on elevator wall inside. Overall, staff courteous and helpful. Corrected the room problem efficiently and effectively.

I didn't stay long - just stuck in Flint after a late flight (this is not close to the airport). The room was clean and had everything you would expect. Didn't try breakfast. Late night help was very nice.

second floor noise kept us awake until 1am! 3 times we asked front desk to help and it took until 1am to quiet down. not planning on coming back. would like my money back. Jim

the up keep in the pool area was terrible, there were no towels. the pool was cold as well as the hot tub, did not bubble. when we got into the room there weren't enough towels for 4 people and the heater when you ran in it, made a very loud noise. the beds were comfortable.

The service and cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Close to Prime Outlets mall and other shopping. Easy to access from the highway.
