Everything was nice except for the measly A/C

We paid over $100 per night for a room that didn't even have a small fridge or microwave.

The Hotel was not kept clean. The place could use a face lift everywhere. We stayed there for the placement of the Hotel. It was located in a very good area with gas stations and eats around. But the Hotel itself needs a big renovation. The rooms were clean enough but just needs work all the way around. The breakfast are was very well taken care of with lots of food. The people (staff) were helpful.

My husband and I chose this hotel because it stated pet friendly as well as handicap accessible. The staff we did run into were friendly, but the maid staff left our room unlatched (unlocked) after doing the small amount of cleaning we requested. I had advised them they did not need to change/make the bed or sleeper sofa, only run the vacuum and empty the trash. When we got back, the door was not latched and I could just push it open. The trash was emptied in the living room, but the bathroom (which was overfull) wasn't touched. The other request we had confirmed with the cleaning staff was that we did want extra towels, but that wasn't done either. The hotel's response to my calling the front desk was "Is anything missing? No? I am sorry, the cleaning staff will be reprimanded because they know some of our doors don't latch easily. " The handicap accessible room features were okay, except for an amputee to try to use the toilet is difficult when the seat is loose and movable. The bench in the shower bent downward and made it uncomfortable for him to use. The carpet wasn't tacked down very well so my husband had to fight to navigate the room.

Upon entering the hotel no smell was noticed. But as soon as we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled so bad of cig smoke in the hall. Our room had no significant smell until laying in the bed then the sheets smelled musky. Breakfast the next morning was nice and very enjoyable but again the hotel smells of cig smoke.

Front desk staff was awesome, the ac in our room broke the morning we got up and we were getting ready for a wedding and they gave us a whole new room. Staff was great.

not a bad place to stay, the taxes were a bit high. I do suggest that the rooms should have something that tells you where there are restaurants that are close by, there was nothing in the room. Holiday inns used to have them but more and more do not.

Not the nicest hotel within that price range, but staff very nice and room was extremely clean. Need more towels.

Excellent location. Room was very clean. Hotel was close to resturants and shopping centers. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

After reading the other reviews I tried to book another hotel, but it was full. I'm glad I didn't. The room was clean and comfortable. There was breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The rate was very good. We will definitely stay there again.

This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express, this is a dump of a motel remodeled with a Holiday Inn Express sign! I've stayed at nicer Microtels'. Spend your money elsewhere. If you insist on ignoring my advise, please note the address is 120 Cartwright Pwky. COURT (exit # 97 off I-65), which is NOT how they list it on this site. If you go to the adress they list, you'll be in a residential neighborhood looking at someone home and scratching your head.

Well....hotel.com has the wrong address. Put address in my Garmin and got taken to a subdivision...hotel is on Cartwright Ct...not Pkwy. The room door, had tape over the lock-looked like someone had kicked it in and then fixed it with tape. The room was clean and the staff was nice at the front desk. Breakfast was nice...but very crowded. Overall a average stay. Felt the room was overpriced for what you got.

More clean towels is a must.

The hotel and staff were just okay. Half the curtain was missing in my room, and the ironing board would not open all the way, but I was able to get a new ironing board. I also didn't like that I pretty much had to beg for a refrigerator, but that was delivered as well. I loved the bed, the TV, the cookies in the evening, and the breakfast in morning. Overall, not a bad stay.

We stayed one night as we had relatives in the area and didn't need to be close to downtown Nashville. For the money, good value. Comfortable room, free, working, wireless. There were a couple minor issues with hairs found in the bathroom but overall our room was quite clean. The bathtub did not drain quickly enough for the massive flow of water out the shower head. The outdoor pool was clean and quite warm, only drawback is the location facing the street - swimming with the rumble of trucks going to warehouses or something. While in the room noise did not bother us, the A/C ran the whole time. There are restaurants nearby, you can walk on a sidewalk under the freeway to Cracker Barrel. We did not try the free hotel breakfast, nor the Mexican place next to the hotel - it seemed to have a good crowd on the patio for a Tuesday night. Be prepared to hear Fox News on in the gym and sitting area. I'm sure you could change the channel. :)
