I enjoyed it thoroughly. Especially the choices for breakfast the following morning. The staff was also very pleasant.

This was my second stay in this hotel. It is very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. It was very close to my destination. I will stay there again.

We stayed here for a night before we left out of Dallas Love Field on a 6am flight. It was very clean and comfortable. I took a star off of comfort of room simply because the bed was very firm. I didn't mind that, though... I still slept fine. The hotel was a little hard to find, due to some construction and detours in the area. I also rated the "surrounding neighborhood" lower just because there is a high concentration of exotic nightclubs... Very busy at night. The hotel has a free shuttle to Dallas Love Field, but it only runs from 7am - 10pm. However, we told them we needed to leave earlier and the people at the front desk offered to call up a taxi for when we needed to leave. The pool was closed until April (being an outdoor pool) but it was a really large pool for a standard hotel - it looked nice. We left before breakfast was offered, but the dining room was spacious and clean. I would very much recommend this place! We enjoyed our stay.

Not the best neighborhood. Three men appeared to try to break into our room around two in the morning. My husbands voice scared them away. When we called the front desk to alert them, they said they had sent these guys to to wrong room number. That didn't make sense since they actually knocked before using the room key. Would not stay in this hotel or this area again. Definately not safe for a women traveling alone.

I stayed here before my flight and then after realizing that my trip back home was delayed I came back and stayed again at this hotel because I was very satisfied with it the first time. The neighborhood was not bad but kinda behind some clubs and gas stations but I never felt like there was going to be a problem and I never felt unsafe because they had a man driving around as security so I felt safe. The rooms were taken care of and clean. There were no funky smells or anything. It was very peaceful and I would def stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. There was a faint hint of cigarette odor in the hall of my room, but the room did not smell like cigarette odor. I would stay at that Holiday Inn Express again, without question.

My friend and I stayed for two nights and we have no complaints. Our room was in great condition and the service was quick/accurate with a smile behind it. Location was great and all the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to any other customer looking for a place to stay.

The hotel price was inexpensive, but the hotel had an old musty feel to it. The airconditioner was loud and kept me awake, but overall the hotel provided exactly what i was looking for, an inexpensive place for the night.

Quite a normal Holiday inn hotel, the pool looked bigger on the photos... But it was warm and clean.

Very impressed by condition of room, proximity to Love Field (only about 8 minutes away), and wonderful breakfast that was included. All in all, for the money this was a wise choice. Front desk personnel also very accomodating.

Everything was pretty much fine except the wifi only worked the first day of my stay.

It was a little over priced but the convenience to Cowboys made it worth it.

The hotel is clean , very nice and new. The location is prime considering everything you need is two blocks away. We went out for the evening and found the hotel to be very quiet considering the local night life surrounding it. Only complaint is the maids don't speak english so when they disturb you, they don't understand not to come back till after check out time.

Loved the location of the hotel. The pool, the room, the service everything was great.

If the toliet had not been making so much noise we would have enjoyed the night much better! When I told them they said I did not move the handle correctly. I would think in 12 hours I would have MOVED THE HANDLE CORRECTLY. Other staff were very nice. Local close to 35 but did not hear the traffic!!!!!

Very convenient to airport. Clean; decent breakfast.

The only downside was the loud AC. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

I would have given them an even higher rating if the numbers went higher. The Breakfast was a 11 on a 10 pts. scale. I travel to Dallas frequently, and will stay there again.

Really this stay was close to perfect except for one incident. We swiped a card upon arrival but couldn't watch movies, called down and were told that we needed to leave a card on file. Took us pointing out we already had, but we still couldn't watch, found out we didn't have the correct remote. Past that, the room was clean, the staff polite, the free water appreciate, the breakfast room clean and the food selection was good. We would definitely stay there again.

A good hotel with ok access and suspect neighborhood. Would stay again but only for business.

All of staffs are very nice and this hotel is very clean. I'll like to stay again and there hotel rate is very good.

Got into town early and asked for an early check in, they had no problem with that and took care of me well.

I was surprised at how nice, clean, and quiet this hotel was. Hot breakfast, although powdered eggs. Right next to Waffle House. Fold out couch was very small, but room was big and well kept. We will be back.

Our stay at your hotel was a great experience. I loved the pool. The breakfast room and menu offered was exceptional. I will recomend staying at your location to everyone. Thank You to the Staff especially Jose, everyone went the extra mile to help make our stay a really pleasant memory.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for Labor Day weekend 2011. We had an AWESOME time. The pool was salt water and very inviting. The staff was extremely accommodating. They gave us a rolling crib for our two year old son and 4 small cartons of milk one late night for all the kids. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices and saved our family a ton of money. The hotel was centrally located within the metroplex and boasted several restaurants. Thanks Holiday Inn for being so nice.

Hotel was no where near the airport or eateries. Had to walk to find a place to have dinner. Was more than 15 minutes from the meeting location the next day, which cost $30.00.

LOCATION, HOTEL, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. WAS VERY PLEASED. WILL DEFINATLEY BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. HOTEL AND ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. EXCELLENT HOTEL STAFF.

Just off Northwest Hwy...lots of really good restuarants nearby. CLose to the bowling alley for the tournament. Seems to be safe, well lit. There's a Waffle House and Starbucks just outside the door and an IHOP less than a block away. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Dallas....and very quiet.
