Its a cheap room, no tub just a shower stall, poor breakfast, room is small 2-double beds and a rollaway. Hotel is in a great location for the mall and good restaurants. Close to interstate and gas. Kids like the indoor pool.

We like the hotel and rooms. The room was clean. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was a shower no tub and no refrigerator/microwave. I suppose if we were staying more than 1 night I would have checked about a room with these features. They did have a breakfast of which I didn't partake. It seemed adequate. The highlight was having the pool open till midnight. The hot tub was very warm but the pool was lukewarm which w fine. The door says pool opens at 11 am but it's not locked. The desk clerk said I could go in to use the pool. I would stay here again. We hope to in June.

We will go back in a couple of weeks. We enjoyed our stay. It was good service for the amount of money that we paid.

4th time at this location .

our stay was fine. a little upsetting that there were people yelling in the hallway at 4am and again at 11pm on both nights. Did not even try the continental breakfast, fruit and muffins. Just was not into that on those days. Was nice to be able to walk to the mall for shopping and was a short drive to the waterfront and historical sites.

The staff were nice but not helpful and unaware how to use their own computer system. Our room stank of cigarette smoke even though it was "non smoking". We asked for a portable baby crib and were told by the staff that "you wouldn't want to use it -- you know what I mean". We didn't expect anything nice based on other reviews we saw and it was exactly as expected - awful.

There are to many DRUGS surrounding this place! We had throw up on the trash can outside our room, found A Syringe on the ground outside in the parking lot just out to the right of the front door. Needless to say we will NEVER stay here again.

Not the nicest place I have stayed. The blow dryer in the room sounded like it was going to blow up. The bed was comfy but I just was not overly impressed w the room. But if its an overnight stay it does the job.

i thought it was pretty nice but no bath tub in the room sucked. It did have hot tub and swimming pool. I liked the fact that their was a computer and wifi. It was average.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast is terrible.

The hotel was great, good breakfast, clean rooms. The beds are a little firm but very comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful, the pool however was waaay too cold.

Had a great stay with complimenry breakfast and they had a room during the holidays.

The people working there were very friendly and helpful; they let us keep our 2nd car there for 2 days while we went camping near Mt. Hood. The breakfast was pretty shabby, though.

Booked this hotel due to convienient location north of Airport. Got in late and left early - were using this as a cheap place before moving on. Corridor smelt as we walked to room (did this use to be a smoking hotel?) but the room was fine. A good, clean, cheap hotel for a quick stay.

It was ok. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room though,looked like it had been through a war. I would not sit on the couch! It was pretty disgusting. The carpet was filthy and the shower door wouldn't close all the way allowing water to get on the floor. Coffee was not replenished.

It was a little old and warn down, plastic sheets under bed which made for a horrible night sleep. Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby had a weird smell when we walked in.

The lady who checked us in was really nice. The one who checked us out, not so much. There wasnt much food stocked either mornings for breakfast. Coffeee empty, frozen milk and the 1st morning we literally spit the OJ out. Hardly any fruit. The elevator rug was disgusting and the one bed had a blanket that seriously looked like someone had sliced it with a knife. We wouldnt use it. Over all it worked for the short amount we were in it at night but would not stay again.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was pleasantly surprise by the hotel. We found the cheapest one in the area but it is a clean, nice hotel. When I checked in we found that the house keeping staff was behind and it took them 45 minutes past normal check in time (3:00pm) to finally have our roon clean and ready for us. The front desk took my credit card and informed me the charges would come off after check-out. I immediately know this was wrong as I had booked online and the charges for the rooms had already been processed. When informing the clerk of this mistake she would not change her mind. I had to call hotels.com and have them call the hotel before they would finally agree that the room was already paid for. Thankfully this process filled the time it took to get our room cleaned. Once we got to our room it was nice and clean with a good AC unit. We had a nice stay the rest of the trip. The breakfast were good, small muffins, toaster waffles, cold cereal and coffee or tea. The wifi was not the best and I gave up using it after the first day. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day. It appears the hotel is slight understaffed at the present but overall I would say it was a good stay.

I would have to say that the customer service was great. The housekeeping was not up to standard...They did not change the sheets on the bed for three days, one maid left their drink tipped over in a chair, there was something stinky on the floor by the desk and on the last day they ran out of cups for water and coffee. The complimentary breakfast was uck..the toaster was broken and burnt the frozen waffles and they ran out of little muffins at 7:30 a.m.

I picked one of the lower-priced hotels in the area since was for a short stay...I wish I (and my family)would have been able to stay longer to enjoy the room! It is located near a shopping mall and restaurants - even though there is a complimentary breakfast served. This was a wonderful hotel for a great, low price! I highly recommend, and I travel often;)

The towels were stained and yellow (white towels). The pool needed to be cleaned and water needed to be changed.

the carpet needs to be replaced. Very dirty and stained. Other wise. Great!

Roadway motel in Vancouver WA. room dirty, no towels, refrigerator broken, Wi-Fi not working, swimming pool closed, no food at continual breakfast was told just ran out 4 days in a row, 5 car loads of homeless people living in parking lot and using motel facilities, little kids running in hallways all night and day, employees bringing kids to work, I am retired now so only stay in motels about 15 days a year but when I was working I stayed in motels 4 days a week for 38 years and I have never had a worse experience ever. will never stay in a Roadway motel again. BAD BAD BAD

Rooms need new carpet and linens.

Uneasy Stay! Guests loitering in the parking lot late into the evening.. Luggage all over the entry way. Playing Basketball in the Parking Lot. Wouldn't move as I drove in. Someone knocking on my door in the middle of the night and in the morning. "wrong room" Hotel Management seemed to lack control of large groups.

The hotel as customer service is excellent, but the housekeeping it was not clean. Our sheets were not change, our mirror was dirty, in the shower the maid didn't even wash it and to make it worst she didn't even empty out the coofee maker I had to wash out the pot my self so we can do our coofee !!! Were is the supervision is my question. We will never go back !!!

Clean, comfortable bed, walking distance to great indoor mall, enjoyed the hot tub.

This wasn't a 5 star hotel, but was a decent place to stay and rest your head at night. It was in a very convient location and the staff was friendly. My family planned a weekend of events in Portland and utilized the room to rest at night,shower and swim in the indoor pool. My kids said the breakfast selection wasn't the best but I guess you get what you pay for. I would stay here again.

The room had a strong beer smell. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. The jacuzzi was being repaired. The only thing working was the pool and it was freezing so the helpers turned up temp for us. The maintenance guy said the franchise owner was too cheap to fix stuff. I will never go to that Rhodeway again & ask every detail if I ever have no other options. The 1st 2 ladies at desk were super nice, the day girl was not.

We stayed 2 nights. We were on a very tight budget. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. We had a non smoking room that was very clean. Internet was a little hard to get on the 3rd floor, but it did work. No complaints at all.

the people in the next room had their TV on all night and I never could get the front desk to do anything about it. Because of their cheap rates this motel does not attract the most considerate kind of clients.

Peanut butter on one of the remotes. Peanut butter on the shower door. No soap in the room. No "Do Not Disturb" tag for the door. Awaken in the morning after New Year's Eve to the landscapers working.(Sunday) Ashley at the front desk couldnt care less.

This hotel was not very ideal. We were looking for a cheap rate and got a cheap hotel. When we first checked in the attendant gave me a room that had no tv in it and one bed had no pillows and it had a funky smell. I went to tell the attendant and she acted like she didn't know it was out of service. the next room was way better than the first...it didnt have that funky smell. I also asked for extra pillows, attendant siad she would get me some, but did not until I asked again about 20 minutes later. I would definately not recommend this hotel to any friends or acquaintances.

if you want to sleep while you have road trip for one night is OK

It would have been nice to know that their hot tub was closed for maintenance, and the overall customer service seemed poor. This is a budget hotel, definitely at a budget price, Good example of getting what you pay for.

The carpet was dirty and lumpy in places. Indoor pool water was cold.

The stay was very comfortable. Very nice & courteous staff.

the front desk employees were always out front smoking. never there when you needed to talk to them. the room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the room smelled, cigarette burns in the bedspread (nonsmoking room). breakfast was a disaster. i had to go to the front desk 5 times for something that was out. plates, forks, cups, waffle batter, spoons, napkins which they didn't have "just use the paper towels." the employee told us she was late getting up, to work and she was feeling sick. all while she is working in the breakfast area. there was mold around the pool floor tile where it met the wall tiles. the note says to ask at the desk if we forgot anything, well anything but a toothbrush.

the main dissatisfaction we had with this hotel was the continental breakfast area - one time there were no napkins or papertowels in sight another time the inside of the refrigerator was dirty.

Great breakfast. Waffles included! Rooms clean, and they take pets.

I just want to say that I do alot of traveling but this was the worst hotel stay in my life!!!!! Burns in the carpet, room smelled like smoke, dirty cover, allowed tenats to smoke in their rooms (everything was suppose to be Non smoking) Kids (18-23 yrs old) running around the hall ways late at night (till 4 in the morning), etc. The place really SUCKS!!!!! The rating sould be a zero!!!!!!

The room had cigarette burns all over the carpet and furniture and reeked of smoke. The air conditioner didn't work and the screen was torn so bugs came in the window. There weren't enough towels either. The hallways were dirty and so were the walls coming into and down the halls...people were in and out of the hotel and rooms all night long screaming and partying. It was aweful.
