Seaport Marina Hotel - لونج بيتش

The room was substandard, but the real issues were what was missing. One of the phones didn't work, several outlets didn't work, and the refrigerator didn't work. It's true, you get what you pay for. If I spent anymore time in this room other than just to sleep, I would have seriously been unhappy. But, if you're looking for a cheap hotel just to sleep and not enjoy, then maybe it's not so bad.

Our room was located in a quiet area.... They need to Update their Mattress! Also wish they had Coffee machines in the room

I've stayed here couple of times and loved it each time. Hotel is older but it works and is worth the price the area.

Honestly, pay the extra $20 to stay at a nicer hotel. Motel 6 would have been a cleaner choice. My husband and I slept fully clothed for fear of bed bugs, and did not use the shower as it was dirty and moldy. The heater/AC did not work. My least favorite part is that at 1:30am they gave the room above ours to partiers & did not shut them down until 3:30am. Need I say more??

This hotel should have been updated or torn down years ago. Worst hotel I've stayed in in years.

looking for an expensive hotel with a view of the harbor this would be the place to stay for the price it is local to the movies, resturants and only minutes from the ocean. very quite a little old looking but very clean and comfortable , would definately stay there again.

All maintenance has been reduced. No hot water to speak of. No hair dryer. Coffee maker put coffee all over everywhere but in the cup. This place is past its prime. Great location, but lousy facility. People try to be helpful, but this was the worst location we have been in for 4-5 years, and we rent alot of motel rooms all over the US. Very poor property. Lousy amenities and rates too high for what they offer.

Furniture was old and outdated, iron and board should be thrown away, should have microwave,restaurant hour were misleading but it is in good location lots of place to eat nearby.

We read all the bad reviews about this place which made us nervous but for the price and location you can't beat this place. Everywhere else that we checked along the coast the rates were ridiculous. We had a great time at the motel restaurant. We happened to hit karaoke night and my two girls had a blast.

This place is older and in a little need of renovation but the location and staff make up for that and then some.

this hotel is very old and dirty. the key didn't work well. it smelled funny. i would rather stay at motel 6.

We had two rooms in one night, the night we checked in. Our first room was horrible and disgusting! The room stinks, the carpet felt wet, towels had yellow stains, the shower had flies in it, and while we were taking a shower a huge cockroach came up from the shower drain. We went down to the lobby to complain, and they gave us a somewhat better room, but still wasn't worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stay here at least once a year for the last 10 years. Never have been disappointed. Great area and close to everything. Will be going back next year!

I'm normally not a "picky person", but the only two good things I could think of immediately, was,#1, they allowed us to check in early, #2, they are dog friendly, but, there is a "pet friendly charge" (this was the case at every hotel I checked, $20.00 - 50.00, per pet, per day!). As for the rest of it, the staff was not friendly, it's property line is just feet from a freeway and the building is old and has that feeling when inside, but it'll do in a pinch.

For a 1 star hotel, this was over priced for what you got but the area location and the view made it worth it.

If you like camping and don't mind beachy older motel then this will work for you. Love the location by the marina and close to Seal Beach.

Read review and hesitated to book. I was pleasantly surprised. Location was great for where we wanted to be. Hotel, while older and not in perfect condition, was quite adequate and comfortable for us. I would stay here again.

Check in is @ 3pm. Room was not ready upon arrival @ 5:30pm. They were short of staff and many guest had to wait on clean rooms. Some were given rooms where guest were already staying in them. The hotel is a hotel /motel. We didn't get the executive room we paid for or the view we wanted. We pre-planned the view of the marina with Hotels.com and the Manager. She was not on duty the night of all the chaos. We had planned to go to dinner and the aquarium and couldn't because we checked in FINALLY @ 7:30pm. Other issues included no jacuzzi, no frige and the room seemed muggy. It was in need of weather stripping to keep bugs out and the A/C unit also needs weather stripping , as I could see sunlight shining through the sides of the sleeve it sat in. I did love the patio, but the furniture needed cleaning. The room was rather large but the furniture was old. The bed was comfortable. The place is in need of renovating badly and updating! Despite not having rooms ready, the staff was very accomedating. They allowed us to use a roll-away-bed for free and the next day when the manager came in, she contacted Hotels.com and got me back 1/2 my money for the 2 night stay. She also allowed us to check out @ 5pm the next day.

I had to wait 30 minutes in line to check in with only two customers before me because the computer was "acting slow". The entire night an alarm was going off in the club next door to the front office, which made the 30 minute check-in wait even more pleasant. The room was pretty run down and the screen door to the patio was barely holding together. There were a pair of boxers in the yard right outside the back patio door and the yard was pretty over grown. However, the location is very convenient for visiting the costal areas of Long Beach and it was not very expensive.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom was dirty; the door lock on one of our rooms had to be taken off/repaired by maintenance as it wouldn't work when we tried to enter; the mini fridge promised at booking by staff was not there and when we inquired we were told they would have to see if there was one they could pull from another room; there were several wires hanging from the wall in the corner of the room, attached to nothing; the room was dingy and extremely worn. We checked out early and moved to another hotel.

past its prime . was probably an excellent hotel in 1972. needs to be demolished aand replaced.

As soon as I got there, front desk told me my room wasn't ready, around 2:30 and check in starts at 2:00pm. Meanwhile, I went to have dinner. After an hr I came back, got my keys and head out to my room. After 10 mins being in my room a maid gets in and sees me and my partner on our bed, as soon as she sees us, she rushes out of the room. Around 5pm we head down to the pool, and for our disgrace the water is dirty and I could notice a layer of oil on top of the water...it was disgusting!...Supposedly I had a deluxe room...lol...I couldn't believe my eyes..but it the deluxe room looked more like a hooker's room, I was shocked that the room doesn't have a bathtub too...I will never, ever stay in this hotel!

Drunk screaming woman in my joining room and front desk did nothing when I requested that they help. Sea front room........huh????? Noisy road between sea and room. Walls paper thin and I heard every car that passed the hotel ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! A real dump!!!!

Really dissatisfied; limo's starting up at 6:00 a.m. and workers chating by our patio...rooms were not kept up run down and not what it use to be 7 years ago....

hotel was ok.. there were lots of stores to shop and some restaurants too in the area. pool table was in restaurant, so when the restaurant was closed you couldn't play. pool area was pretty but didn't get a chance to swim. the grounds were nice too. not too bad for the price.

Friendly staff, great location, great price! The only downside was the cleanliness of the room which was less than satisfactory.

Great location and PRICE. We will stay again when we have to stay in that area. On weekends there is a fair accross the street.

hotel is on it's last legs, The toliet didn't work, the wall paper was coming off. Location was nice.

Nice hotel, close to stores and food, in and out, claim jumper

Close to attractions, big facility, there is a night club by the hotel, so be prepared for people partying around. Nothing disturbing. Hotel is old, but its in a decent condition. If what you want its a clean place to rest and shower its a good option. A/C was not working but it was not a big issue for me. Im sure that if I would have let the staff know they would have change me rooms ar something.Hot water will take a few minutes to come out. No microwave, nohair dryer inside the room.

Well worth the money.

The hotel needed to be updated & the heater did not work properly and the bed was hard. However, the location was just what we needed & the staff were so very nice that it made our stay comfortable.

Room was musty and run down but staff was nice. Fun renting a bike. Biggest problem was no place in walking distance to find an early breakfast (before 7) if you're arriving from the East hence waking early

People pay to live on this "hotel" by the week or month. When I checked in to my room I saw two guys moving their furniture in their room. The motel is dirty, old, and unsafe. The welcome binder in the room warns the guest to report unusual activities to the front desk and not to open your door without calling the front desk to verify that it is a hotel employee!!!!! It was dirty and I had to plug in the swamped/ air conditioner to cool the room down. Sticky, dirty carpets with dirty comforter and curtains. Gross and scary! You would do better to sleep in your car!!!!!!!

this hotel was a blast. lots going on super fun!
