Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - ساسكاتون

When we first arrived and checked to our room, we noticed a few younger men just down the hallway. They had there door to there room open they were cooking I guess. Then everytime we went past there door was open, they played music, and video games, and people came and went. Most of this wasn't a real issue. Later that night the noise got a lot worse. My wife and I both had colds, which made things a little more intense. We both decided that we should just go home. It was 1:30 a.m. We talked to the front desk they said they would move us to another floor, we declined. They we very familiar with these individuals, they sent security up to talk to them. We drove 3 hrs home.

Front desk was very responsive to my needs.

It was an average hotel. For the cost I paid, I stayed places cheaper that were more clean, cometic friendly and modern. I also have stayed at places that were much worse.....I would stay again when factoring competition and costs.

I was driving from winnipeg to edmonton so it was just an overnight stay. It is conveniently located around the highway with plenty of parking spots. The service was average, they were not very friendly. Their so called "famous salad bar" was average for the price and the veggies were not very fresh. The room was fine but the air conditioning unit in the room was very old and extremely dusty. I don't think it was even working. The walls were paper thin, I can hear when the neighbours were taking a shower, its so loud that I thought it was coming from my own washroom. Its good that at least they provided complimentary internet and there are a lot of channels on TV. Its average for the rate of the room, however i know of other places that offer almost the same rate for a better service. I will not go back again unless its the last choice available.

It was a good place to stay and we were given a room close to the outside door which was convenient for us with our dog. The only thing I found strange was that they took a pre-authorized swipe of my credit card. We had already paid for our room so did not understand what that was for. It made me very uncomfortable.

Room was newly renovated and clean. Restaurant in hotel served good food and made it convenient. Easy access to main roadway to take around City

Brand new mattresses, very clean and very quiet room. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Location a bit far from downtown but Circle Drive made very easy access. We also appreciated the fridge and microwave. Thank you, we'll stay again.

At first glance you could tell it was an old hotel. At further glance you could see the lack of pride taken from cleaning staff.

hotel stay was ok, but i did not get my corporate rate and the hotel could not print me a bill or even tell me how much the room was

The stay was fine, the price we got from you was way too high, person doing the booking was hard to understand (accent).. I didn't like the fact my credit card was charged before I even registered... I would never book through you again !!!

we were very pleased with our stay .the cost was affordable .in the future we would like to have our pet deposit lifted as we have in other hotel we have stayed at .thank you we hope to come again soon

We chose the Heritage Inn because it was close to the airport, we had a very early morning flight. The hotel was clean but needed some care. It was adequate for a one night stay. The restaurant was renovated, the food was adequate and the service was good. We appreciated the taxi voucher to the airport for our morning flight.

Clean. Small Rooms. Dated but staff was nice, restaurant had lovely breakfasts.

We were really disappointed in the breakfast buffet. The breakfast we ordered off of the menu was soso.

the hotel staff would not follow up when a complaint about the loud guest running up and down the hallways past 11pm and slamming doors, adjacent rooms being loud several times and several complaints were made to the front counter but never once where they silenced. wanted peace and quiet after the wife had eye surgery, should have stayed somewhere else very unhappy with overall experience of stay.

Don't remember what its called exactly, but the upgrade (small nominal charge) to leave our car while we are gone for 2 weeks and includes vouchers to and from the airport is fantastic! Can't say enough good things about the option. Great service!

We were flying out of Saskatoon, don't know Saskatoon at all, but found the hotel easy to find. They were very helpful with getting us a cab to get to the airport for a 6 am departure.

the hotel was good quality for its cost. Not luxurious but clean and had a fridge and stove. Could walk to everything in the downtown area.

Hotel staff tried to accommodate me to the best of there ability but there is only so much they could do given the condition of the hotel. There is no sound insulation so after 2 sleepless nights I was transferred into a "suite" at no extra cost. I was told that the whole floor was nonsmoking and it was, you were not allowed to smoke in the suite but I have no idea how long ago it became non smoking because I woke up at 2 am not being able to breathe, I have smoke allergy. So I went to the frond desk and got the key to my old room, it's better not to sleep than not to be able to breathe! The following day while I was at work, management transferred me to another room. It was renovated, non smoking and far away from the stairs where you woke up every time someone opened the door to the stairway and it clicked when it closed . I got some sleep after that. Every room has that loud clicking door so no matter how I tried to be quiet when I was leaving at 6 am, I am sure I woke up my neighbors on both sides. Just for those of you that might think I am exaggerating, I travel for 4 month of the year and stay in hotels, this is the first negative review that I wrote and I am not suggesting that every hotel I stayed at was perfect it just this one was so imperfect in so many ways. When I was checking out I went to the front desk to thank the lady who worked there and showed her two bites to my face, one was healing and one was brand new. Have no idea what it was, would rather not know, will NEVER stay there again. Staff was great!

One of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel is because we were able to keep our car on hotel property for over 6 weeks while we travelled outside of Canada. We also appreciated the taxi voucher for service to and from the airport. We also found the room rates and meal prices were reasonable. It worked for us and we intend to stay there the next time we will be tavelling out of the country.

Was not happy that the shower didn't work and most of the plug-ins didn't work. There were also some stains on the mattress which were disturbing. When I told the receptionist about the issue she did not seem to care.

This hotel has been completely renovated! It was very clean and looks great! The terrible reviews posted on the website are no longer relevant.

Was not overly pleased with this hotel. Although clean, the rooms were the size of jail cells and very crowded and small. When we walked up to our door and inserted our key the door just pushed open, you needed to push it hard in order for the door to latch closed. I requested a fridge in my room as needed to store baby bottles and there was not one there. Went to front desk and asked for one, was told would have one by 630, and fridge never showed up. Only plus was that the room was clean and it was a very convienent location for getting to our concert.

very expinsif the hotel was old old i would not recommend them to stay not for this price
