Staying at this hotel was Ok for a short period of time . Location was good.

Heater in broom didn't work, liked the soap tho

Was not happy at all.

Loose toilet & dirty tile grout

Even thou I wanted a "smoking" room, I have never had a room that was so "stale"! Carpet was disgusting, no pool, no jaquzzi. Would not recommend and will NEVER stay there again!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean, but the stains in the rug were disgusting, hair dryer did not and the smell of smoke on the first floor was terrible. I did not know that hotel/motel still allowed smoking in their establishments.

VERY NICE OVERALL

Will probably not stay here again, but it was a place to sleep for the night.

This is my hotel of choice every time I am in Windsor(twice a year) to visit my elderly mother.Their rates are the best and it is close to the airport. The hotel is looking a little tired however but it is clean and comfortable. I understand it is undergoing a renovation. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is adequate. Offerings include juices, coffee, toast, muffins, bagels, cereals and some fruit if you wish.

Great customer service; friendly and helpful The beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay there again... this was our second time.

Little oldfationed like a hotel from 1980's.

Ramada South Windsor is nothing fancy but is clean and simple. The Staff were cordial. The location provided easy access to resturants and shopping.

This hotel is not impressive in any way, however I found it to be clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for an amazing hotel experience this is not your stop, but I was looking for a clean, affordable stop to allow for most of my time out with colleagues. It worked perfectly for this reason.

Brought 6 year old grand daughter along. Plan was to grab a swim in the morning before we went out for the day. Our little girl was terribly dissapointed when we were told the pool opened at noon. Checkout was 11:00. Had I known this, I would not have booked. Washroom door was hanging off the hingesand scrapeing the floor. Tightened with my Swiss army knife and reported to front desk. Pretty sloppy maintenance.

When I travel for business I look for the following things: a clean room/ bed, a convenient location, reasonable prices and (if possible) a continental breakfast. While the location, breakfast and price were all fine, the cleanliness of this hotel was so severely lacking that I would never stay in this hotel again. My complaints: the first room I was given had visibly dirty sheets, the second room had clean sheets but I didn't dare touch anything else - the furniture was filthy, bathroom had hair all over it and the carpet looked nasty. On top of that the check-in staff acted as if I was unreasonable and overly demanding in requesting the initial room change.
