Good: - Awesome panoramic view with chairs & picnic tables at the back of property upon small mountain. - Very convenient location; right off freeway exit. - Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bad: - Felt deceived about "free" breakfast; (a) breakfast not available on Monday; (b) must pay for drinks and waitress tip at full service restaurant. Not a bad deal, but should not be called "free". - Some rooms are not close enough to wireless hubs. We had to switch rooms to have consistent connection. - Rooms are very outdated. One practical ramification is that there were not enough electrical outlets for our chargers (laptops, iphones, etc.) ... even after unplugging a few non-critical items. Air conditioner was dated, very loud, and didn't adjust properly.

This hotel is a converted Holiday Inn. Perched on a hilltop the view is excellent. The rooms need a bit more work. The rooms need updated. The staff was very pleasant.

I was assured that this site was pet friendly however the manager just changed the policy. We were allowed to stay with the dog however I was told to "keep him in the room" so the manager does not see him . My 11 pound Dashound was walked anyway but in the parking lot where he was not seen i hope. The onsite restaurant is open only for the complimentary breakfast. Hot breakfast was great. The view was wonderful. I don't think it was worth going out of our way.

very mediocre in terms of quality, but totally worth it for the view. wifi reception very poor in the rooms. free hot breakfast for 2 guests per room.

The location has an exceptional; view. Free breakfast and USA Today are included. The senior room rate makes it very affordable.

Wi-fi in room was free but unreliable. Room smelled musty on first entering it, freshened up as time went on. Snack and ice machines were in un-air conditioned hallway, temp about 100 degrees, chocolate snacks melted. Breakfast buffe twas only average at best. Lobby has evidently been renovated, quite attractive. Christian ownership subtle but evident, a plus for some, a minus for others

The room wasn't ready for me to checkin when I arrived. The sheets were dirty. The couch and carpet also needed to be cleaned. The wifi connection was MIA upstairs in my room. The price was good. The location was great. The breakfast was impressive.

Our room had not been cleaned, upon check in. Reported it to the desk, they put us in another room. After checking into that room, it was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned, as there was several items left in the shower, from the previous guests. Reported it to the front desk, however, the only thing they did was provide me with cleaning supplies, instead of having housekeeping clean my bathroom, I had to clean it myself. I will not be staying at this motel again in the future.

what wonderful views of the mountains. The rooms where updated but the bathroom in our room at least, had a bathtub that the bottom was broken and patched, This gave you the feeling you were going to fall thru the bottom. The bathroom needed a redo. It didn't feel clean.

Great Location, beautiful setting. I am sure it was extremely nice at one time but is showing its age, needs a lot of TLC and more house-cleaning staff. The stairs and halls were not vacuumed for the three days we were there. Not a great value for the cost.
