The hotel was good and the tennis was great at Coto de Caza

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were two working tables which was nice for two computers. The breakfast was minimal and the towels were thin and small sized. The price was lower than surrounding hotels but still a little high for our budget.

Good hotel, friendly and helpfull staff. perfect for my kind of stay on a business trip. My non smoking room had ventilation issues and next door neighbour smoke came into my bathroom though....

We asked for a non-smoking room, and the one we got must have been a smoking room right up until the day of our stay. Even with the windows open the smell was horrible! The hotel parking lot only has one way in/ out and it is in a one way street. So there were lots of u-turns during our stay. The shower was decent, but the microwave in the kitchen was missing its rotating tray.

The water was off in the entire building from 9-3PM and the hotel manager would do nothing to work with me so that I could brush my teeth, take a shower or even make coffee.

I suppose the first warning sign was the police arresting two "residents" of this place as I arrived. The person at the counter was fantastic, friendly, and very courteous. Unfortunately, the room was filthy, outdated, disgusting, and everything else you might imagine. I have never been in prison, but this room is what I imagine an inmates room to look like. The carpet was stained, 3 of 4 towels had brownish stains on them, the kitchenette was falling apart, and the television was something from the 1980's. And just to add insult to disappointment, the parking lot was being resurfaced when we arrived, which forced us to wait over 35 minutes for someone to leave JUST TO PARK THE CAR! If I am being honest, I would have rather slept in my rental car, than stay in this dump. Whoever manages this hotel should be fired- or perhaps forced to sleep in one of these slimy rooms--which by the way, don't even include a complimentary shampoo for their guests. I am writing this review for the sake of humanity.....go camping instead, at least the bathrooms at a public park are more clean than this place!

The service itself is enough to enjoy your stay. i personally had a great expireance at Extended Stay. the room was very nice and well kept i felt very comfortable.

Hotel was really good for the price. If I was paying full price though, I would have wanted it to be in better condition. Seemed old. Old fixtures that were corroded in the bathroom and cottage cheese ceilings. Hole in my blanket. No mattress pad on the bed. but clean and big and met my needs.

The hotel was in a great area, but the bed was super uncomfortable. There were only 2 tiny flat pillows & service closed down early. The hotel served its purpose but I will not be going back to that particular one. The Hilton Garden is MUCH nicer & about a 10 minute drive away. The price was decent but if I were to really stay there for an Extended Stay, I might invest in a good Chiropractor...

The hotel was good for what I needed. I was attending a class and needed a pleace nearby that was economical and would give me a place to study which it did. Also very close to a number of places to eat and shop. The lady at the desk was very nice. When I checked in I was on the ground floor in the back. As I am a woman traveling alone this made me a bit uncomfortable. When I requested a room change t first she had nothing available. when I went back to my room she called and moved me to the second floor. Much better. There was a refrigerator, microwave and syove so I could eat in wile studying. The bed was noisy when I moved around, but I have slpet on worse. The towels could have been a bit more soft, but they worked. Generally it was fine adn I would stay there again as it was good value for the money :)

The Bed was horrible it literally made it impossible to sleep and im not one to be picky. I was so uncomfortable that i cancelled my reservation for the remaining nights and went to a different hotel. The people at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful its just to bad the bed sucks. Oh and you have to pay for WiFi....... Yabadaba Doo!

I was shocked to see a kitchenette with plates and cups and stove etc....very nice....If I had known I would have brought up food! lol I didnt like that we had to pay 5 bucks for internet....and I only had 6 sheets of toilet paper on the roll with none in stock.... very embarrassing! I did tell the clerk lady later...and she apologized... Great room!

The hotel was average. Nothing special and nothing horribly wrong.

The rooms were clean and the kitchens were nice and stocked. The hotel itself is conveniently located off the freeway (enough so you don't hear traffic but close enough to be easily accessible). There are plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel. BUT... The beds are SOOOO hard. Uncomfortable hard. Lost sleep hard. Describe it however you want, but they were just bad. After driving 4.5 hours to get there, it was a great disappointment to have a 'lack of rest' all weekend.

Absolutely filthy place. One of the worst hotels I've been in, and I've crashed at a $30 a night roadside nightmare before. Only positive was there were no bugs or rats, but we covered the pillow cases in our own clothing and wore clothes to bed to avoid touching the sheets as much as possible.

This bed was hard as a rock and the box springs squeaked everywhere. The desk guy (who was super nice) admitted that the owner buys these really hard matresses b/c they last alot longer. Let's send that owner a message by NEVER staying at this place again. I sure won't!!!

No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer in room for 1 night stays.

The Staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and the Kitchen Appliances helped me save money tremendously by bringing groceries to feed off of. The only bad thing about the location is that you have to pay a toll coming and going back and forth into Lake Forest from where I was driving everyday.

The room was not a smoking room but it smelled of smoke. Perhaps because I was on the first floor and people were smoking outside of the building next to the rooms. Also, pets are allowed and this makes the smell of the room very undesirable.

I enjoyed my stay. The staffs here are very friendly, made my extended stay pleasing.

Avoid this hotel at any cost. You cannot get a sound sleep because the mattress makes loud noises when you move even slightly in your sleep, and will wake you up. After two nights at this hotel, I was totally exhausted from lack of sleep.

We lived in this area for many years and had a lot of advantages in knowing where to go and what to do. The service was lack luster and room service didn't clean the room or make the beds while we were there for the two days (maybe that's what is meant by extended stay.) The Hotel seemed noisy when we were there, which was only to sleep, but not worthy of a complaint. It suited our needs, but I will look for another place when I return next year.

Good Hotel for the price,good room beds are kinda uncomfortable but, tolerable my only huge dissapointment with this hotel is that it's surrounded by TOLL ROADS! you literally have to pay to leave & come back to the hotel it's crazy!! but otherwise the hotel itself was good! :)

This room came with a mini kitchen with dishes which was nice. The only problem was all the dishes had very strong cleaning chemical smell to them. It rinsed right out but had I not smelled it I probably would of gotten sick from it. For the price I paid for the room that was basically my only complaint everything else was ok.

The hotel is located near the 241 and is a fair amount less expensive then the other hotels in the area. However, it is not really a hotel you spend time in, only a pit stop to get some sleep and clean up.

While the service was very helpful that is really all that I can say that was good about this hotel. The rooms are not supplied with basics like shampoo. Even a cheap motel 6 can supply that at te very least. The bed was one of the worst and most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The room only supplied 2 thin pillows. I actually had to fold some towels up to add a little extra padding to the pillows. The tv seemed very outdated. I was really shocked to see that they actually charge for Internet use. I stay in hotels twice a month and it's really rare to find places that still charge for the Internet.

I like the hotel. Cooking if you desire. Comfortable Thank you

For the price it is worth it on the weekend. The weekday price was too much. Room 309 coffee maker busted, floors needed cleaning and no reclining chair.

We were very pleased. Good sized room, kitchen - very friendly and helpful service.

As a smoker it makes sense to be on the top floor so nonsmokers don't have to smell it. At the same time I was able to do my work and not have to walk outside just to have a cigarette.

I paid a really low amount for one night and thank goodness it was one night. The bed was not comfortable there was only 2 pillows and they were not comfortable. The tub had hair in it. I could hear the poeple above me sounded like they were moving furniture. The staff, however, was great. I needed a toothbrush and a hair dryer at different times and they were more than happy to help. I would stay here again in a bind because of the price, but I would rather pay a little more and stay in a better hotel.

Can't believe that this is only a 2 star hotel.The staff is friendly and the room were very clean.I was impressed!

Overall, we had a good experience. The room was nice and the kitchen was convenient.

I get in there , no one at front desk . When I got my key for the room . I can not get in to the room . There is problem with lock . I go back to the lobby no one is there again to help me . There were two other customers waitting also and they mention that I should go back and try again . This all happen three times.
