We spent a very good time in this hotel and everything was perfect ,the location is very pleasant too.

Special thanks to night receptionist mr Max, he was very friendly and helpfull ,

A bit of a walk to the closest tube station , however there is an overground train very close by .A lovely hotel in a nice location .The room was gorgeous, with a lovely comfy bed. We had a river view on sixth floor , fabulous .

Fabulous hotel, helpful and pleasant staff. Great place to stay if you want to stay in that area but a pain travel wise to get to the major sights. It takes at least an hour to get back into the main tourist areas. If the hotel had a shuttle service to Westminster it would help a lot. We wouldn't stay here again because of the travel times. Excellent if you are a Chelsea football fan!

Wonderful room, exceptional staff, nice view on the harbor, A+ in every way, just a little bit off the beaten path if you're using the train to get around the city. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel...great staff...lovely rooms, although some problems with phones and heating....still great hotel for london area...area being the operative word...a bit far from happening areas of central london

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice staff with a sense of humour. Large rooms with lounge and two toilets. Nice view from all floors (but ask for room on one of top floors for best view). Quite near public transport. London Overground just round corner. Kings Road very near. All in all a really nice experience staying at the Wyndham Grand. Will do it again any day.

This hotel gave me a room that had the very worst bed I have ever slept on. I ended up sleeping on the couch one of the three nights I was there. Also, the staff in the Brasserie were not attentive at all. I sat down and not once did someone come ask me what I would like, even though the place was not crowded at all. I ended up walking out.

We had a great stay in this hotel, great location for Kings Road shops and a very quite hotel away from traffic.

Lovely setting and the foyer was really splendid. The room disappointed the ceilings were tired and needed painting, the heating didn't work and wasn't fixed within 24 hours. Free standing heaters were then supplied. The breakfast was lovely but very overpriced, a small portion of fruit, omelette and coffee over £26! Also whilst my friend was still eating my plate was removed, not what you expect from a 5 Star Hotel. Simple things to fix but unfortunately we are unlikely to return.

I will stay here again and again! This is a great hotel along the Thames. Friendly and helpful staff, large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Train station right across the street; bus stop is convenient 5 minute walk from hotel.

great hotel in a good location, easy access to centre and all tourist sites. tip on parking- use the public car park attached to the complex its a lot cheaper than the valet service. if arriving by car the entrance to hotel is via lots road access, coming in from satnav postcode does not get you the correct access and you have problems with security gates.

we had a nice stay in this hotel recently and we enjoyed it , but we think that it is not acceptable that the deposit you put in as a credit card, must take 7 days to be canceled. I think when you chek out all that should be taken care of with no flash back in the following week.

This hotel has the service, attention to detail and style you would expect from a five star hotel. Being close to Imperial Wharf it also has decent nearby restaurants. Getting to it not perfect but worth the effort (nearby station has limited destinations)

This Hotel was great, spacious rooms and outside space in the middle of London. I will always stay here now.

Always stay here now - what can I say - good Hotel, easy location with good walking into Town, could be cheaper but that's life ! Friendly staff and clean and comfortable... I am hoping to get a Discount if I write really nice things !!!! ha ha

stayed at this hotel for a weekend. suite was very good, clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was very good and my nephew who is 10 yrs old enjoyed it very much.

The Wyndham was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous. However when I made a reservation, it said I would be getting a bed to sleep on and it ended up being a cot which was very uncomfortable. The bedding felt and sounded somewhat like it was made of plastic. The pillows were so flat after 5 minutes I almost shouldn't have bothered. The staff also quoted me incorrectly by £25 on the cost of the car from Heathrow airport to the hotel and tried to charge me for a car ride we never actually had. When we arrived, they knew the reservation was for 2 beds and yet they were not prepared for us and had to bring up a cot after we were already in the room and also bring in more towels to accommodate us. Not well prepared. Overall not a very pleasant experience with Wyndham London. Frustrating is the best word I can find for the experience.

The hotel is situated in a fast developing area. Spacious apartment and very friendly staff. A short walk to King's Road where there are restaurants etc - The Summer House at the World's End pub using the Top Table offer is excellent! Take the short cut to the station through the car park. Free wifi in the lobby is a bonus and there is usually a taxi waiting outside. All in all, if you are in this part of London it is an excellent choice if you can get a reasonable price.

The Wyndham was a lovely place to stay - We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a suite that easily accomodated 3 adults. The SPA was nice and the workout room was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, easliy the best I ever had at a hotel. Try the portobello eggs benedict!! Travelling to the London's sites was easy enough...the overground is very close and one stop away from the underground. The staff is amazing, and eager to help. What a trip!!

It is the worst managed 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff could not understand English and I am gutted that this is supposed to be a flagship hotel representing the UK. I had to wait 2 hours for a room only to be offered a smoking room and then finally an unprepared corner room next to the lift shaft. The spa was shut. Colleagues with me had similar experiences with some being offered compensation and others not according to someone's whim. The uniforms of the porter team were ill fitting and sloppy. It was interesting that sone guests were treated differently from others. Really bad form.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about how to use public transportation. They could use a few more computers in the free internet area. The fitness area is a little small but has the basic machines. It would be nice if the pool was open a little later in the evenings. We will definitely stay there again.

A truly 5 star experience, great food, the suites are generous in size and the pool and spa is top quality.

This hotel is excellent - big rooms in London - very rare. Hotel immaculate, clean and big pool for children. The bus goes straight down Kings Road, Chelsea - great shopping, convenient for Natural History Museum and Science Museum .

I personally love the Chelsea area and King's Road, and this specific hotel gives you the best value for money in Central London. It's virtually the best option to get a spacious suite, in a good price for the city. The hotel services are superb and indeed 5 start, and the staff is polite, helpful and efficient. I gambled when trying this hotel for the 1st time as I had meetings in the Chelsea area - always stayed in London in either The Cumberland, The Montcalm or The Ritz (which are all great), and this was a very good surprise. I do have one point as a criticism - I think high speed internet in guest rooms should be complimentary, it always adds bad taste when you need to pay for it, especially in these days and when you are using Wi-Fi. I wouldn't mind paying a little more on the room rate and get internet for free, I think it's a better customer experience. Overall - I really enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back.

I did not personally book myself into the Wyndham, this reservation was made for me. However, I would choose to stay here again, if visiting this part of town again. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, spacious, good service etc etc. I would recommend to those wanting the South West London area.

Everything was excellent. Service, staff, hotel, Concierge...all could not have been more helpful and courteous. I will deffinately return on my Next trip. Ps. You must eat at the Lot road pub just down the lot rd. Excellent!

Stayed at Wyndham for a few days up from Dorset, really very comfortable, had very nice room with sitting area and excellent bathroom, Espresso Coffee machine was good fun, but found the coffee a bit weird. Spa was very good - excellent Sauna and Steam room, very good facilities and lovely pool. Location is fab with Bars and Restaurants all over the place and easy access to all areas. Car parking is very convenient, although check the prices with the NCP car parking attendant as the Hotel gets the prices wrong. Hotel Restaurant and Bar very good and not overpriced for London - All in all highly recommended.

As service and lacality go I was very impressed from the Door-men to Housekeeping...

I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it is Amazing. Although slightly off the beaten path y0u feel like you are on vacation. All of the rooms are suites,incredibly appointed and way above the spacious of any other London Hotel. I had internet problems and thanks to a saviour the IT manager George he helped me out immensely!! The bar is incredible and the assistant manager Jesse was a delight. The only problem I had was with the front desk staff it was impossible to get help getting my Wyndham # I will stay here on all my return trips to london and will recommend to all my friends

Great location with large and quiet spacious rooms - particularly good if you don't need to be right in city-centre. We really enjoyed being right on the Thames and took advantage of the commuter ferry to get to the theatre in the West End and visit the sites near Trafalgar. Great food choices nearby on the King's Rd. Get an Oyster Card to take advantage of frequent bus service to Earl's Court and along the King's Road. Recommended. Will certainly return.

In the very nice Chelsea Harbour area, the Wyndham is an excellent place to stay. All suites.. so separate living and bed room, very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from Kings Road, Chelsea's main shopping street.

What a great hotel! Everything from the luxorious receiption/liunge area, the courteous staff (EVERYONE stopped and said hello as they passed) and the quality of the suite. We only had the basic suite (it's an all suite hotel) but it still ahd everything you could possibly want. The pool and fitness areas were well supplied with a decent sauna and steam room for both men and women. The location on the harbour was wonderful. We had a lovely evening stroll round the marina and then along the Thames path with fantastic views of London. The hotel is only a few minutes walk form the Kings Road, allbeit the far west end of it. However, a decent walk got us to the centre of all of Chelsea's attractions. If I had to find fault, and II really am struggling here, is that there were no biscuits with the tea/coffee making facilities. Although there was a fancy coffee making machine. 10/10, gold star and smiling face. A definite recommendation to anyone who wishes to stay in the area.

A long walk from public transportation and then a pretty substantial trip to the heart of London, the Wyndham Grand is a deluxe establishment suited to expense-account business travel.

Overall very good. Room was very spacious and bath rooms very clean and in good order. Small issue was that we couldn't control air conditioning very well - however room was still comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but a high on price. Service overall all was very good. Also, little pet peev but internet access was way over priced - at this place it should have been free.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel suite was roomy and modern with all the trimmings including a balcony which was very useful during the hot spell. The air-conditioning struggled to cope with the heat. Being in London I like to be central so the only downsize is its 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest tube. The overland train which stops 5 mins away was very infrequent. All-in all a very good hotel with excellent staff.

A member of our staff stayed here and I would stress that you should avoid this hotel at all costs. The room was not ready, the heating was unbearably hot even when turned off and there was drilling and banging going on from the room above afternoon and evening which prevented sleep. The phone went twice while trying to sleep, once in the afternoon and once at 5.00 am in the morning. When complaints were made the staff were surly. The hotel is located up a series of undesirable back streets, miles from any shops or restaurants and walking around would be considered highly dangerous in the local area. It is about a mile from Chelsea and even further, a good 2 or 3 miles from Central London. Check the map as if you want to be in London this will not suit you. It's absolutely not a 5 star hotel but if you want a hot, noisy hotel in a very dubious area staffed by people who don't care then this is the place for you. Never again.
