Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation - بلانتيشن

Stayed in the Hyatt Delray 4/29-5/4 was so pleased with the accomodations. The one in Plantation is deffinately not up to par, older rooms,small bathrooms, and no satellite tv.

Clean room .good breakfast,helpful staff enjoyed my stay.will be back.

Stay was great. The hotel really is in good condition. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. Except for a distinct humid smell which would not leave, dont know if it was because of the carpet. Either way, the breakfast here was amazing and it was less than 2 minutes from wedding location. Would recommend.

Staff was courteous and hotel generally was clean; my first room and room change had a loud odor but by the 3rd try it was ok. Wireless was non-existent in the room; they gave me 2 different reasons as to why it was not working and promised to have issue resolved. This was never done and was quite disappointed as they pitch themselves as a business hotel; While waiting for assistance at front desk I overheard another guest complaining about no wireless service and heard them repeat the same lame excuse they gave me on my first day.

Extremely friendly staff. Excellent location, close to shops and resturants. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

My stay was a refreshing experience from the many hotels I stay in with my travels. Especially for the rate. It was definitely a 5 star experience from room comfort to cleaniless, convenience with excellent service across all levels of the staff.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay of 2 days and 2 nights very much. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Everything and everyone was awsome. We will stay there again on our next trip and will recommend our friends and family to stay there, too.

I was not impressed at the hotel at all. The Internet was not working and the room was not the typical Hyatt brand. I was planning to stay another 4 days but check out the next day

Front desk, was cheerful, and very helpful! Breakfast was great, very healthy choices, YAY! Wine Bar, was limited, but good! And the lite lunches were perfect!

Suite style room very comfy, friendly helpful staff, an excellent buffet breakfast included in price. Hotel was mainly used by business people so very quite. Safe walking distance to a few local places to eat & Sawgrass Mills is about 15 min drive away.

I have stayed here before. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, great location and I love the fact the hotel serves a hot breakfast in the morning.

hotel was nice only thing is when you have room with 2 beds th ey are full size not queen like most motels beds were small or 2 people...other then that it was a awesome place..

We enjoyed our stay the staff was outstanding and helped with any questions. They are a true team which is a reflection of the leadership. Outstanding!!!!

staff were amazing and catered to their guests. general manager sean was great as was annette. the breakfast is an added bonus with hot and cold options. only negative was that the room smelled pretty bad

Annette checked us into the hotel she was very friendly and efficient.. The hotel was located in a nice quiet location close to shopping centres, restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A very good breakfast was included. We did not use the shuttle as we had rented a car, airport was twenty minutes away easy commute. Would stay there again.

Welcoming staff, great location, shuttle available to Saw Grass Outlets, lovely breakfast

If you've stayed at this location before its time you give it another try. The staff was so helpful and friendly especially Andy it seemed like there were three of him.

I booked the Hyatt Place for this trip because of convenient driveability to SunLife Stadium, and because I thought all Hyatt Places are new and fairly uniform. The stay was just so-so. The location was convenient and there is a mall and restaurants nearby, however our rental car was broken into in the parking lot and the police said the area and nearby restaurants are frequent targets. The hotel had a musty smell, which may just be Florida humidity. We had to pay for tea at 10:20am, which would have been free up until 10am. This seems like the kind of place that might have complimentary coffee and tea outside of breakfast hours, but I guess not. Our sheets were very scratchy. The hairdryer was very low-power. The staff were very friendly however, and the rooms are big. It was adequate for our purposes, though not outstanding.

Nice rooms, new, clean and close to shopping. Decor is nice and the location lends itself to a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive. Sofa bed was one of the few that you could sleep on as you could not feel the springs. Great place to stay if you are looking for clean, new and quiet with free breakfast, wifi and parking. We stayed here before leaving for a cruise as it was less than 25 minutes to the port.

Our room was actually a suite with a sectional sofa bed, ottoman, desk, refrigerator, and bar sink. We had a king size bed, large vanity and mirror and the bath tub and toilet were in a separate room. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. They had everything you could want - hot and cold. We will definitely stay here again. They have a shuttle bus to take you to the Broward Mall throughout the day.

Having stayed here several times before we were very disappointed by the general run down look of the rooms, which were also very smelly. The hall carpets are filthy and the carpet in our room was so dirty that our feet were black. The air con is so close to the bed you can't walk past it to get in the bed so it blows on you all night. The air con is also horribly smelly.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times and we are always satisfied with the spaciousness, location and cleanliness of the rooms.

What a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to every need. The room was very clean and all the amenities were exceptional. The staff kept asking if there was anything I needed. The free breakfast was exceptional!

This is my third stay at the Hyatt Place and pleased with the facility. Lobby a bit small and crowded in the mornings but other times suitable for small meetings of 4 to 6. Helpful staff. No restaurant but snacks and Starbucks on site. Quiet, safe, I'll return often.

The staff was very friendly at all times during our stay. The bathroom was a bit small , but overall our time at the hotel was great.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Very nice complinentary breakfast. The entire staff deserves an " A" for hospitality and customer service. We would definitrly stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was that the drain in the shower was terrible.
