we were only able to stay one night the place we didnt use the swimming pool but it looked very clean and i believe it was heated it was connected to the whirlpool, the breakfast in the morning had a small omlet and some sausage, and the others waffles, cereal bagels breads for toast, juices, coffee... will be back...

The pool and hot tub were filthy.

We were in Kerrville on New Years weekend to visit with family members from Virginia. The hotel was overall comfortable and met our needs nicely. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The indoor pool was a plus for the kids, being able to swim in the winter. We would stay there again without question.

I stay here everytime I ride in the Hill Country. It's in the middle of everywhere!

Ok except no elevator and we had numerous bags to drag upstairs.

We chose this hotel because Hotels.com has it rated as a three and half star, which is the same as the Hampton across the street. Big mistake! This is definitely not up to par with the a normal Hampton. Bathroom fixtures were old and falling off the wall, shower was very old and cheap. 1980's TV. Bad breakfast, processed foods, stale and reused. I never stay at Comfort Inn's specifically because this is normal for them. More upset at Hotels.com for giving them a higher rating then they should have.

Clean and comfortable rooms

Upon arrival, I found out they did not have elevators. It was very inconvenient to carry all our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Also, the heater/AC unit in our room was not working at all. Thankfully, we stayed there at a time of year when it was not hot and not too cold outside. Not pay per view on the TV either----we were hoping to watch a rental movie that night. A bit disappointing. The hotel is an older one, but nice enough in other areas. The room was clean and the furniture was in good condition. The staff was friendly and there was an indoor pool and hot tub, which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was free and a decent one with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy and the usual continental type breakfast foods. I guess for the price, it was somewhat worth it. I stayed here because the other hotel I wanted was full.

Very disappointed! Had there been another room available near we would have left. Very unprofessional! all in all the place was a dump!!! and the management was simply bad.

are you kidding hte hotel next door received the same rating...and is a recognized destination..thought i would save a few bucks and got what i paid for. So unappealing my wife and i left at 8:30 PM and drove home

This hotel was quiet and comfortable, and had otherwis excellent service. The hotel had an excellent breakfast menu (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc), but, unfortunately, most items were unavailable for an hour and a half midway into the breakfast.

Our A/C unit thermostat didn't seem to be accurate, but that is my only complaint. We just turned it down to 62 even though it was probably closer to 74. The mini-fridge was a great size for sodas and drinks. The pool area was clean and well maintained.

NICE HOTEL, NICE LITTLE TOWN, NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS

Room was comfortable and clean. Desk Clerk was accomodating but ineffective. Complained 3 times about side door of motel not operating and was assured it would be repaired shortly. It was never repaired and I don't think it was even worked on. You could not enter the motel on the side, but had to walk to the front in order to enter your room.

Regarding our stay, everything was to our satisfaction, however, I think we could probably find a comparable hotel in Kerrville for a cheaper rate.

Would recommend, would return.
