Great location at a fair price.

Short walking distance to the center of the main district. Breakfast was not bad but would be great if the reception staff could be a little friendlier.

Everything was nice, the people, room, etc. HOWEVER, why is it that there was long black hair EVERYWHERE! Between the sheets, in the shower, on the towels... Not for nothing, but I have blonde hair. It definitely was not me. Kind of gross.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but not really a big issue. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We either parked at a metered spot on the street or at a garage 2 blocks away. (The garage was closed from 12a-7a, so one can not retrieve your car during that time, if needed.)

The staff was helpfuld and the hotel was convinient to public transportation and the beach. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

A very cosy & clean hotel, rooms not overly large but very clean. 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good location. I requested a quiet room and received one with lovely window shutters. The maids didn't always take away all of our dirty glasses and I think perhaps they were just rinsed and left. Ice and glasses weren't always available in the lobby. That was a frustration. Overall, a good stay. I will return.

Great hotel at a great price. Hard to find a park if you've got a rental car though when checking in.....not their fault as this is standard in Nice.

Location is the best. Rooms are newly furnished, and clean, even though really small (just like any other room in Europe). Staff is receptive, there is free wireless connection, and breakfast is great. I would definetly come back.

We stayed overnight at the Hotel Roosevelt in Nice. We were embarking on a Mediterranean cruise and needed an inexpensive place to stay. The Hotel Roosevelt was easy to reach by bus from the Nice airport; the hotel's directions were spot on. The hotel was very clean, modern, and located in a good neighborhood. The front desk experience was excellent. Our prepaid reservation was correct and ready for us upon arrival. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and offered information about the Sunday morning market as a place of interest - and it was! Instead of eating the hotel breakfast, we went to the market and bought some fruit, cheese and bread and ate it on a bench as we watched people walking, jogging, biking, and in-line skating along the seaside promenade. Our room was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, great bath/shower. They let us store our luggage as we explored Nice the following day and called a cab for us to take us to the port. Merci a Hotel Roosevelt!

Really enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to the bus and rail stations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed it so much we are returning next year.

this hotel was spotless, convenient to everywhere you could want to visit during your stay. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Nice.

The thing I find most important about a hotel is how comfortable a bed and this hotel simply has a bed frame with a mattress. I tossed & turned all night and actually felt sore when I woke. Other than that the hotel was what you would expect for the money and just a bit out of the way.

We stayed here for a long bank holiday weekend for four nights. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the hotel is clean. The lift is a bit different as it stops four inches above or below your floor and doesn't have the expensive soft start and stop, so it is a bit jerky. Bend your knees before you stop and you'll be alright. The room we had was on the fourth floor and the only fault was the strange odour when you first went in. Not sure if it was the air conditioning and the fact that no-oneopens the window in summer because of the heat. Other than that great weekend away and great hotel.

Even though it was difficult, finding the hotel, due to traffic diversion, due to the Africa/French converence, I did find the hotel. No parking, no place to drop off luggae, small elevator, small, small room, but for the price, I got what I paid for. It is too bad, because the location is right at the markets, the coast line, the casino, and the larger service stores. It was OK for the night, but not too have to live out of for many days. Staff knowledgable, helpful, building in good shape, but just a transit location.

hotel very conveniently located for prom, old town, main shopping street, railway and bus stations in a very safe area.

Our 6 Night stay was excellant, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Drinks at the bar were reasonable considering nice is a little expensive. The only moan for us was no air condition until may, which was only a problem because of early warm weather

The hotel is close to the major attractions in Nice. My only negative observation is that the elevator is the smallest I've ever been in. My wife and I had to stack the luggage on end in order to fit both of us in with both pieces of luggage!

I stayed here four nights and had a very comfortable stay. Rooms seem to be soundproofed, so no worries about street noise or hearing your neighbors. I slept really well here. Updated bathroom was great and fabulous shower pressure. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, but it was nice! Pancakes, cereal, yogurt, breads, etc. Location is great and you are a block away from action. Neighborhood is safe and just about everything, train station, bus station, etc is in walking distance for exploring the area and going to Menton, Antibes, Monaco, etc. I would stay here again.

We were in Nice for one night because we were leaving from the airport back to the States the next day. The hotel was adequate. The room was, as I had expected, really small, but I must call attention to the fact that the layout of the bathroom was quixotic at best, cruel more likely. The toilet was wedged between a wall, the shower, and the sink. This necessitated a really unappealing body squeeze manoeuver in order to use it in any conceivable way (especially in the middle of the night! Yuck!) It was the kind of thing which makes you want to slap the architect upside the head. Another quibble was the breakfast, which we did not take, so we didn't pay for it, but it was truly depressing. We ended up strolling in the appealingly empty streets and found some croissants and coffee, but at 7 am there was not much choice. So don't rely on the hotel for your pre-flight nourishment if you are staying here. I know some rooms are bigger, and I suppose some bathroom layouts are more sane. This was bearable because we were only there one night. If we had been there longer, we would absolutely have requested a room change.

Good points: Central location, polite and very helpful staff, well air-conditioned and clean rooms. The bad points: The bed was extremely hard which made the sleeping a nightmare. We had to put the extra blanket on the matrass to make the bed a liitle bit softer. There were only 2 English TV channels - MTV and European News channel. Event the French channels were very limited. The door key controlled the electricity and having only one key meant that the fridge was off when we were outdoors.

this hotel has an excellent location, 2 mins walk to the main shopping, beaches and restaurants

This hotel is located near the main Massena square, not too far from the main bus station (Gare Routiere), which is handy for nipping around the Cote d'Azur, ten mins to the Vieux Nice (Old Town) for the best local restaurants. It's also next to a yummy little ice cream and biscuits shop (try the lavendar sorbet) and nice little shoe shop. It's clean, the service is friendly, there's a handy computer to check your emails, but if you want individual charm and sea views, choose somewhere else.

The hotel was in a really good position for transport, shopping and eating out. It was clean and the staff were helpful. The room was a little bit on the small side and the airconditioning was not very cool. A bonus was a tea/coffee tray in the room plus free coffee and pastries in the hotel foyer. A lot of shops in the area were very expensive --- loved Lollipops (shoes, bags, accessories) which was having a half price sale! Also a gorgeous bakery in the next street for croissants etc for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel with outstanding service in a great location. Rooms are comfortable, nicely appointed and clean. Personnel service is very friendly. We will definitely book our next stay in Nice at this hotel.

This hotel is located close to the Premenade De Anglais, which is a long avenue along the beautiful Nice beach and if you go sraight when you go out you will find the beautiful shops and nice places to eat. Hotel is clean, but not fancy, just a normal decent place to sleep. Don't miss the Russian Church. I highly recommend the double decker, if you don't speak French, it will drop you off at the main places, no need to ask anybody, you will see everything, the drivers understand English. You will see it next to the Beach NICE LE GRAND TOUR, it stops every half an hour at regular bus stops, even if you don't see a sign, pay as you get in, you can cath it at the train station SNCF GARE NICE VILLE as well. 23 EUROS ($30USD) for 2 days. Make sure you go to the flower market COURS SALEYA before noon. To go to the train station GARE SNFC NICE-VILLE from the hotel take the tram (go to the left when yo exit the hotel) it's a couple of stops, but you'll see the rails above you, you can also walk (about 5-7 blocks). You can take the train to Monaco for about $10 USD and the train does not say Monaco, it says VENTIMIGLIA, however when you get to Monaco the stop says MONACO-MONTECARLO. It takes 15 minutes, it's very close, no need to stay in Monaco, if you don't want to spend a lot of money. It will cost you twice as much, I paid $350 usd for one night at the Port Palace, the hotel is very nice and fancy in front of the port, where you see all the expensive yachts. Go to the castle where the Prince lives, make sure you go inside is $11 USD, but it is very beautiful and visit the cathedral which is a 1 minute walk and that's where they buried Grace Kelly. Visit EZE the medieval town, not to be missed, but you need an extra day for this, you won't have enough time in one day.

Décoration un peu vieillote mais sinon bon hôtel, bien placé et d'un bon rapport qualité prix

Bonne,sauf l'isolation acoustique et la porte du toilette de la chambre qui ne ferme pas.

Kann einige Kritiken nicht nachvollziehen. Alle waren sehr freundlich, Zimmer war top gepflegt und hatte ausreichend Platz um mich wohl zu fühlen. Dazu eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Da mir Nizza sehr gut gefällt, werde ich da sicher wieder buchen

繁華街の近くなので夜遅くまで遊ぶ人には便利です。 空港からは駅で降りずにダウンタウンで降りた方が良いと思います。 また、ホテルから駅に向かう道は夜はあまり歩かない方がいいような雰囲気でした。 海側の繁華街に向かう方はまったく問題なしです。 ホテルの中でちょっと驚いたのがエレベーターです。 とにかく小さいので大きなトランクだと2人乗るともうぎゅうぎゅうでした。 それ以外は全体的に日本のビジネスホテルよりちょっと良いくらいです。 フロントの人も英語を話せるし問題はありませんでした。 ホテルとは関係ないですが、歩いてすぐのところにある「かもがわ」という日本料理屋さんは美味しかったです。

Bon hôtel de la gamme Best Western qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. Chambre sur la rue bruyante: les double-vitrage pas assez efficaces.

Frukosten ingick inte men var bra - för 12 Euro. Rent, bra läge, trevlig personal. Rekommenderas.

Valget falt på dette hotellet først og fremst utifra kriteriene RIMELIG og NÆRT alt. Vi skulle jo ikkje vere på hotellet meir enn høgst nødvendig! Vi blei ikkje skuffa! Faktisk bestilte vi 2 netter ekstra da vi fikk ein ekstra dag i Nice etter ein biltur rundt i Provence. Hotellet ligg veldig nære gågata med restauranter, handlegata med torg og kjøpesenter og ikkje minst promenaden og stranda. Heller ikkje langt å gå til gamlebyen og høgden med utsikt over byen! Forkostbuffeen var bra, betjeninga blid og hjelpsom! Litt lytt mellom romma, men der er man jo minst mogleg!?

Vi hadde fire overnattninger her og det var en fin opplevelse. Hyggelig betjening, rent rom i en ok størrelse, fint område, som er nært stranden, shopping og bare en kort gåtur unna gamle byen. Ikke overdådig, men bestemt et riktig godt alternativ. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården og det var veldig stille og fredelig.

ホテルからニースヴィル駅までは少し歩くには距離がありますが、歩けない距離ではありませんし、道がヨーロッパには珍しく綺麗に舗装されているのでスーツケースを持って歩いて15分程度でした。 スタッフが親切ですし、内装も綺麗です。 少しドアの開閉に力がいりますが、難点はその程度ですので何ら問題を感じませんでした。

Dette var et greit hotell med en flott beliggenhet.Kun fem min å gå til handlegate og ti-femten min til stranda. Hotellets heis var knøttliten.Det var såvidt plass til to personer med koffert. Frokosten var enkel,men god.Det var godt brød der.Egg måtte man koke selv. Rommet hadde en grei størrelse,var spesielt godt fornøyd med badet,Det var en god dusj på vårt rom, med masse god såpe og fuktighetskrem.Alle rommene var pene og rene ,og det betyr jo masse. Dette hotellet likte jeg godt,og anbefaler det gjerne. Bjørg

Super sentralt hotell til en rimelig penge. Rommene var litt små, men de var nylig pusset opp og holdt jevnt over en god standard. Hotellet ligger utrolig fint til både med tanke på stranden, shopping og gamlebyens koselige resturanter.
