Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre - أورلاندو

Very impressed. Stayed for a weekend Disney trip. Very close to the theme parks and many restaurants. I am meticulous about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. Every single staff member we encountered was so nice and pleasant. Not one complaint about this hotel :)

Clean and friendly. Walking distance to many amenities.

When I reserves my room it said breakfast included, that's why I choose it, there where many other options that had breakfast included. When I got there the hotel said it was not, but "nicely" offered one morning free, but it wasn't worth it, could have played hockey with the pancakes and the line for the one waffle iron making Mickey waffles was insane. The surrounding area was super congested making it almost impossible to drive anywhere. Toilet broke and the a/c remained fridges even when we turned it all the way to warm, plus it ran all night long, stopping for less then a minute only to turn on again.

ok just needs repairs paint and better cleaning jobs carpet was stained tub was dirty walls in bathroom were terrible in need of repair , shelves were dusty ok for a one night stay

We stayed for two nights on a Business Trip. It was a 5 minute drive from our Convention location and placed perfectly in front of Disney. Checking in & out was a breeze, breakfast was great, and everyone that worked there was extremely helpful, ESPECIALLY Suzanne in house keeping. I am thinking of contacting the hotel directly to tell them how she is probably the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met! Great hotel and worth the $$. I recommending staying here with the family and on business!

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Close to everything. Pool area was nice.

We normally stay at fancier hotels but we knew we wouldn't be spending any time in the room except for when we were asleep. The location was convenient to the Disney parks. The room was very basic but it was clean. The bathroom was about ten times cleaner than a room we paid double for just a few months ago at a nearby hotel. The front desk staff was wonderful - friendlier and more genuine than even the finest hotels. The breakfast was a great addition. The staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel was extremely helpful and kind.

I must admit that the staff is very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the hotel’s accommodations weren’t good. On our first day, we left and upon returning in the evening we found that the key cards were in operative. After going to the desk they 
“re-keyed” the cards and we entered the room to find a large carpet dryer that was placed on the floor by the sink. After returning to the front desk I was advised that the room’s toilet next door flooded, but they forgot to tell me before re-keying. We moved to a second room and that room had a very loud air conditioner unit. We just toughed it out, but I wasn’t expecting that from a Courtyard, which is why I booked it. It just seemed as though Marriott bought a very sub-standard hotel and did little aesthetic changes but not quite enough. Breakfast in the morning was fine though and the lobby looked great. But the reason for staying, the rooms, could use more care.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Good breakfast (no lines + food was constantly being refreshed/refilled, which I heard can be a nightmare at other hotels), nice clean pool to chill in after a long day walking around at Disney parks, very clean rooms (a must-have!), lots of restaurants in the area (walking distance), and reliable shuttle service to Disney parks. Jamie (at the front desk) was great in helping us pick the right park ticket combination for us - truly very convenient. I think you can tell clearly that our stay here was easy and comfortable. Excellent value for the money we spent. We will definitely come back to stay here during our next Orlando trip.

The staff was extremely friendly, curtious, and helpful. The breakfast food exceeded my expectations.

We observed very comfortable surroundings starting from the staff to the lodgings themselves. It was in an excellent location for all Disney attractions. Where we had an issue was with the parking. The 1st night after returning from a night out at Disney night attractions there WAS NO PARKING AT ALL we ended up parking away from our room to have to walk in a dimly lit parking lot to our building. We also observed that we never saw any type of security inside or out. When we approached the attendant inside to let them know of this we were assured it was just because they had a full house for the night. We observed the same type of situation the next night. Never saw security and on this night there were teenagers running down the halls at 3 am and in a particular set of rooms they were smoking pot with the door open which filled several of the hallways on the 1st floor. I was very disappointed in these events. And when we complained we have had no return calls from the hotel or corporate office on these matters.

Very close to the parks, clean, nice people, parking lot a little crowded, but for the location and price and cleanest ill take it again

Could use some evening hotel dining options

It was not up to par for a Marriott. I called the morning of my arrival and requested a roll away bed for my son. However, when we arrived they did not have one in the room and said they were overbooked and could not accommodate my request. I asked if we could have an extra comforter, and when house keep arrived he brought me five sheets. Very disappointing for a Marriott! My son slept on the floor while my daughter had the bed. Good thing I brought my Lysol can!!! Bath tub not clean either. I will not return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was clean and perfect for families. The pool was lovely and warm. The hot tub was relaxing. There is a shuttle to Disney World which was great and very prompt. My kids loved the breakfast buffet, and ate a bunch of Mickey Mouse waffles. Overall, we were incredibly happy.

I was so happy to stay at this hotel. Its close to everything. Staff was great. I loved the breakfast (separate cost). My son loved the giant Mickey in the lobby. We wish we could have beds like this everywhere!

Location was great. Minutes from Disney. Very close to Universal too. Room was basic and clean.

We got a suite that included breakfast. The room was a nice size. Beds were hard but not to bad. The breakfast was great. And the location was close to everything. The bathroom in the room could use some Clorox for the mold and be a little cleaner. The towles seemed to be from the dollar store. We would stay again if we got the same rate. But if it was longer than a weekend I'd pick someplace els BEACUSE a week on those beds would kill me!

This hotel does not meet Marriott standards at all. I stayed 42 nights in 2012 in multiple Courtyard Marriott properties and this hotel does not meet standards.

overall is a good stay. The hotel staffs are very friendly, close to many resteraunt

The hotel is located reasonably close to the Disney World area, and if you don't want to drive there, the hotel has a shuttle service. It's situated a little bit off Palm Parkway which gives you a little extra peace and quiet. The suite we had had a living room with a small kitchenette and separate bedroom with two queensize beds which fit our family of four perfectly. It was clean and fresh. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was good and offered alternatives enough for all of us to find ther favorite breakfast combination. As for the amenities, they offer two pools (one heated) and a very nice hottub, a small shop, a game room, a small playground a well kept garden, free wifi and complimentary use of PCs if you don't bring your own. Adding to this, the staff was very friendly and service minded. We will certainly come back here if we get the chance.

The hotel is not up to snuff. It felt old, tired and even dirty in places. The halls needed vacuuming, the carpet in both the rooms I stayed in was dingy and threadbare. Entryways were dirty. The first room I stayed in was next to the hot tub so it was really loud. I asked to be moved and the very nice front desk staff moved me to their quietest room in the furthest corner of the hotel, but the next morning construction started up outside my window at 6 am! The only good things about this hotel is the super friendly staff and the large heated pool and hot tub (great for kids). I recommend a remodel and steady cleanings of the hallways and entryways.

It was quick to get to Disney, there were tons of near by restaurants. The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Loved this place, super practical, incredible price, the breakfast was fantastic, the variety offered, couldn;t be happier, the hotel needs to be a little updated, but the beds were super comfy as well as the pillows, in this price range this was the best service I could have found, the breakfast was a super, extra plus.

The hotel was clean and convenient to Disney parks. The shuttle to the parks have limited times, so we decided to drive. It was very convenient to get to the parks & traffic wasn't bad at all. Hotel was also convenient to Downtown Disney. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were all very friendly. We used the pull-out sofa and there were sheets/blankets in the room. The room also had mini-fridge & microwave. Would definitely staff here again!

The room were clean but lack of customer service, customer care and hospitality. All they care about is selling you additional shares. Its partly our fault also of allowing them to invite us for their sales pitch since we were quite interested from the start of investing on them. However, when our guest's child was not feeling well and need to have one of the parent to stay in the room with the kid, all the hotel staff cared is that all of us should be present no matter what since its the agreement. Such a heartless and non hospitable response. With such, we lost interest in getting any vacation shares from their marriott vacation club.

Great location, Great breakfast buffet, A little dated but was clean and well matained. Close to Olive Garden, Fudruckers and many more well known places. Could not hear noise from other rooms but seemed to hear doors shutting from time to time. I would stay here again. Great value and a wonderful staff that seem to enjoy their job.

We stayed at this hotel after a full day of Sea World. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean; plus, I loved the separate bedroom that you could close the door and still watch tv in the living room. Very impressed with the layout and staff friendliness. Only slight downfall was the breakfast buffet had a hard time keeping everything stocked. By the time they refilled the food, the items on your plate were cold. Great assortment, but a little slow.
