Awesome staff! Great location! Incredible party town! Go during hockey season and go to a game! Forget the valet service, if you have a car, park across the street in the garage for half the price! My new go to in Nashville!

Great place to stay when you plan to be downtown

When I made the reservation I specifically asked for a room with a balcony. The very nice customer assistant ASSURED me the room I booked had a balcony. Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told "we have no rooms with balconies, maam". This hotel has zero balconies! And, the room didn't have a hairdryer. A hotel room with no hairdryer?!! Otherwise the hotel was fine, but there was nothing fancy about it. And all this for too much money. I felt ripped off.

I really enjoyed my stay. Could have been a little more energetic and friendly in Bistro. Really saw no food around. Not really a cozy or friendly atmosphere. Loved front desk people and the valet boys.

The Courtyard has been our hotel of choice when visiting downtown Nashville for several years. The condition of the hotel is very nice, and it is quite comfortable. There have been cosmetic upgrades since we visited last year, and it looks better than ever. ** Our one complaint was that the breakfast service has changed from a nice buffet to a counter-service ordering system, and the quality of the food is not at the same level as it once was. My suggestion would be to skip the breakfast, and don't pay extra for the package that includes this meal.

hotel is very nice and the bed was comfortable, parking should be included in the price

This hotel is smack in the middle of downtown Nashville, so be prepared for lots of traffic outside of the hotel, great people watching and some noise at night if your room is facing the street. The hotel staff is fantastic and took very good care of me. I would definitely stay here again if I were in town for a downtown Nashville event.

While my room was just fine, and there was indeed wifi (hotels-dot-com said it was only wired internet), I do wish there had been room service. The little eatery was nice, and the staff was beyond pleasant and helpful (really, I don't know if it was Nashville, or what, but they were exceedingly nice!), but a breakfast buffet is so helpful when you have an early morning start, and when you get in late it's nice to be able to order room service instead of wandering around to find quick food. I do have to say that if you require dead silence to sleep you should get farther from the heart of downtown-- we could hear the music all night. I was able to sleep, but others might not.

The location to downtown is great,but the parking/valet was not marked well, the fitness center was closed for renovations(we were offered another 3 blocks away....but no financial credit for inconvenience). Our view out he window was a brick wall and the front desk staff was not very friendly,

The Courtyard is the perfect location to enjoy all the Broadway sites! Close to the Ryman. The room was sufficient and clean. The staff is very friendly. Our only complaint is that it was under construction, so the lounge/restaurant area was not open. We were not aware of this when we booked through hotels.com.

Loved everything about this Hotel, the staff, the location and the room. One thing is that the Hotel State taxes and service fee should be advised at time of booking.

Hotel was nice. Hotel is in great location to enjoy everything downtown. Great place to stay if your going to see a predators game. Close enough to walk to arena and pretty much anywhere downtown. Whirlpool could have been a little better.

There is not a better located hotel if you are visiting downtown nashville, just blocks away from the Ryman, 2nd Ave., the cuntry music hall of fame, LP field and many others. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms clean the beds comfortable.

Great location! Within walking distance to everything downtown - there's even a little grocery store/deli across the street. Very clean rooms and lobby area, beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

I had to drive around the block about 5 times to get to the valet spot, I suppose the location had a lot to do with that. The room was a strange layout, the door would only open about half way before hitting the wall. There was a lot of noise in the room and a lot of noise on the street that was easily heard in the room. The staff was alright and the valet was good, once I got to it. Would not recommend on a weekend unless you are an all night party-er.

Everything was very nice about our stay except the buffet breakfast that we had on Sunday morning. The food needed to be hotter.

Very nice hotel in historic 3rd National Bank building. Quick service by both the valet and front desk staff. Several fresh carafes of coffee near lobby ready for your pleasure! Very clean, rooms, great water temp and pressure in shower. 2 1/2 blocks north slightly up hill from Broadway St. Literally from lobby to front door of Jimmy Buffett's Margarittaville Restaraunt in a 4 minute walk. Bridgestone Arena and all of the nightly entertainment within a comfortable walking distance. Leave the car with valet... Enjoy your weekend! No D.U.I.'s! Enjoy Music Row!

A great stay! Every staff member we encountered was cheerful, courteous, and went out of their way to provide that "extra touch" of hospitality. The hotel, remodeled from an historic bank in the heart of downtown Nashville, is extremely well done. From the tasty morning breakfast buffet to the comfortable piano bar to end your day, the hotel has an understated, yet welcoming feel! Located in the heart of the city, you are in easy walking distance of the many historic, cultural, sports,and entertainment treasures that Nashville has to offer. You can have an amazing trip and never move your car. I will go back to the Courtyard - very reasonable rates and highly recommended!

It is a perfect location to go to either a game at LP Field or to the arena for a concert or Predators game. 2 minute walk to the strip (Broadway) or to the secondary strip (2nd Ave.). The hotel staff were quick and very friendly. Good valet parking (did not have to wait long for vehicle, if at all). The hotel was clean and comfortable.

My son wanted to audition for American Idol and we were looking for a hotel close to the stadium. We found much more than that when we were greeted by smiling faces at the front desk and helpful tips for getting around the city. In fact, the girl at the front desk told my son that several other people at the hotel were there for the auditions and that they could use the piano in the lobby to sing and practice. My son and his new found friends were there all night and the guests seemed to enjoy the free entertainment. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable and there was an area where you could purchase snacks. We especially enjoyed the room as the beds were extremely comfortable. After walking all over Nashville and enduring the 12 hour Idol experience, those beds were appreciated! If we come back to Nashville, this will be where we stay and I have already recommended the hotel to others.

On our last visit to Nashville, we stayed at Opryland Hotel; while it is nice, the Courtyard was equally as nice, but most of all was how close it was to Music Row. We walked everywhere. There are still some places waiting to open since the flood, but for the most part, all is open for business. The Wildhorse Saloon is scheduled to open June 4 or 5; that was our only disappointment. My husband was looking forward to eating there (excellent food; excellent entertainment). Fried pickles are the best. Will definitely stay at Courtyard on all our next visits (hopefully soon).
