بشكلٍ عام فقد شعرت بمنتهى الرضا والسعادة لإقامتي بفندقكم....وبالنسبة لأسرتنا المكونة من خمس أفراد فقد حصلنا على غرفة كبيرة وواسعة، ونظيفة ومريحة للغاية، كما كانت هناك مساحة كبيرة بالغرفة للأطفال كي يجرون ويلعبون، كذلك فالفندق يتمتع بجودة عالية في مستوى الخدمة وكذلك بطاقم عمل ودود....إنه موقع مثالي يبعد مسافة دقائق عن ميدان تايمز، وشارع "fifth AVe" حيث تقع منطقة التسوق، ومركز "Rock FFeler"...إلخ...ولا تقلق بشأن ركن السيارة لأن لديهم بالفندق جراج خاص (كما أن به حارس خاص)...كما أنه قريب من المتاجر والمطاعم إذا لم تكن ترغب في تناول وجبة الإفطار بالفندق...إننا نشعر بمنتهى الرضا كما أحببنا الجلوس في ساحة فندق (ماريوت- نيويورك- منهاتن ميد تاون إيست)...فبلا شك سوف نعود مرة أخرى للإقامة هناك....سوف أوصي به للجميع.

الموقع مناسب، كما كان الموظفون في غاية التعاون، ولا أتردد في التوصية به للآخرين. إنه قيمة ممتازة مقابل المال.

This was my second visit to New York, the first I stayed at the holiday in and there is nothing to be compared of. To describe the courtyard hotel... The rooms were large and clean, the bed was really comfortable. The service by the staff was great and knowledgable, also they really helped us with a really early check in. If there is something to be critic about... the breakfast was not amazing, and once we had to wait at the entrance of the room since it was full, but I've heard that they are preparing a new and bigger place. overall a great place to stay at, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great room! Unfortunately heard a conversation from next door...word for word. Otherwise would happily stay here again!

I spent 4 nights with my family at the Courtyard . Rooms were very clean and comfortable ,the hotel location is great! The only bad and really annoying part was that my daughters laptop has been stolen from the room!!! This was at the beginning of April. After one call for further investigation I haven't heard back from customer service. Very ,very annoying!

Liked this hotel because the room was spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 8-year old. Also this hotel is just far enough away from the crowds of tourist. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Front desk very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant very friendly and helpful, service and food was good ! I called lost and found after arriving at home to report items left in hotel room. Very pleasant and said it would investigate and call me back. They had the items in lost and found and informed me they would mail items back to me at no charge. Needless to say I was very pleased.

Great stay at this hotel. We arrived at 10 am, left our bags and the hotel staff ensured that we had 2 rooms next to each other after our day of sightseeing. Large, clean rooms with Internet included in the room price. Coffee maker, refrigerator, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Next door to the hotel is a 24 hr pharmacy for drinks and snacks etc. 15 min walk to Times Square. Ate breakfast at Madison's on 1st and 53rd, which is a 5 min walk from the hotel, fabulous food, old diner style, wait staff very smart and attentive. Bustling place on the weekend, full of locals! We had breakfast three days in a row at Madison's- it was that good!

Family vacation and this hotel fit the bill - not much in terms of service, but it is a Courtyard. Great views of the city and top location. The only negative as that we wanted to watch some of the Yankee game after a full day walking and their cable package had no YES network - bummer! I would still recommend it.

The hotel was great very convient and healpful staff. On the other hand I would not use Hotel.Com ever again terrible cust. service, rude and unhelpful and when emailed my issues they have never responded.

On the first night of arrival we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room etc. however, when the first of the family showered it was apparent that the water was not draining. After a quick word with the hotel staff we were moved to the top floor to a newly renovated room which was absolutely perfect! The hotel is in a great location for everything. The size of the family rooms are huge and more than enough space for a family of five. I would definately recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I thought I was getting a room with the pullout couch and was disappointed that wasn't the case, as that is what is pictured on the website.

The hotel is right next to the Subway station, which makes travelling more practical. It is also merely a few streets away from Central Park and Times Square. More importantly for me (whose first language is French, and who is an admirer of French culture, especially gastronomy), the hotel is very close to the French neighborhood, embassy, and bar/restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and the room/view was awesome. The hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the subway so that was very helpful.

After reading reviews about this hotel I was skeptical, but chose it anyway. Am I glad I did! The renovations so far look GREAT! The rooms are really nice and the beds are super comfy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location was good. We would definitely stay there again.

They really should be more clear that the hotel is undergoing massive renovations. The rooms are typical Courtyard rooms, nothing special for a $299(!!!!) price tag. With so many other options around you are much better off at the Marriott only a few blocks away, The W or other boutique. Stay away!!!

Hotel currently undergoing complete renovation. Right now is excellent value. Great location.

Hotel under construction, check in on 12th floor was a bit confusing but hotel clean and organized , didn't appear to be any security at door so potentially street access to room door was possible seemed strange in NYC. Subway right outside door was good and plenty to do in the area. Walk from Grand central took 10 minutes.

When you pull up to a beautiful hotel highly rated, you expect that. Instead we were in a hotel that was being completely renovated and were not told. The restaurant was not accessible, staff helpful and friendly. When asked they indicated they were told under-construction would not be put on website. I believe it will be a great hotel, but they need to let people know.

Came to the City for Anniversary night out. They are doing a massive project to make the hotel look better so its not gorgeous yet. But after its done it will look great. The service was pretty good. Check in was slow because they didn't know what rooms were open for a King size. The woman was very nice though and got it set for us. I called 30 mins before we were to check out to have our car out front for us. They messed up and got the wrong car. It happens but we were ready to head out and had to wait 10 minutes for them to pick up the car. They did have a fork sent up to our room at 4am when we decided to eat our leftovers from food that night. Very nice! Overall, it's a nice stay but don't expect a restaurant or bar or anything special yet. Once the rehab is done, you will get the niceties.

The hotel was great. There was a little construction going on inside at the time so the front desk was on the 12th floor which was a slight inconvenience but nothing major. It was a fairly quiet street but still a short walk to Bloomingdales, Rockefeller plaza and fifth ave. would surely stay there again.

Room was a nice size, which is what drew us to it. However, the hotel is undergoing reservations so you have to walk through construction, avoid step ladders on way to elevator and dodge workmen hauling trash. Also, not all of the amenities were fully open. No matter the price, the inconvenience wasn't worth it. Maybe we will try again when they finish the work, but turned off for now -- SHAME on Marriott for not representing the situation up front.

Overall our stay was good. I was very disappointed to see there was renovation going on and we were not notified prior to our arrival or while I was booking. Other then that, the staff was friendly, room was clean.

The stay was great. Abnormally low temperatures while there (5 degrees) so the corner room I had was a little chilly. Expensive of course for breakfast (NY)and there was construction going on. But the staff was as nice and professional as anywhere I have stayed. Clean and VERY friendly cleaning staff. A safe in the room for important documents, computer, etc. Very convenient location. I will go back.

The Hotel was nice, clean, beds were comfortable but the service was not good at all...They wasn't helpful at all when calling to as a question and not very helpful when going out to a destination..But the worst was some of our personal items taken from our room.

Location is near a subway entrance. Lobby is under "renovation" and moved to 12th floor. Would like to have known that prior to booking.

Nice quiet area, close to subway. Free Wi-Fi which worked very well. Nice view from 30th floor looking down town. Price was good for a room with two beds and one extra sofabed. Friendly staff. Overall a very good experience.

We arrived at 9:00am and were pleasantly surprised to find we had a room waiting for us. It was a huge room with large windows. The king size bed was a dream to sleep on. The bathroom was spotless. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They are undergoing renovations starting January 2, 2013 and I will be back to see the changes.

Let's see the staff was very friendly, room was always clean and neat. Valet parking/storage was a bit pricey so be ready 48/day. My only complaint was that when we walked into the room it was so hot it took your breath away. We called the front desk and found out the entire bldg is controlled to the same temp so they supplied us with a fan and we opened the window. But we really enjoyed it there and plan on staying again in the future.

Excellent .will recommend it all the time.

Great location to fifth avenue and great restaurants close by will stay again

Very enjoyable. Hotel staff were helpful at all times. Subway 1/2 block away enabled us to see NY City economically with a 7-day pass for $29 each. Grocery nearby as well as restaurants. Room was large with small sofa so plenty of room .Will be renovated Jan.-May 2013.
