What a fabulous stay I had, a lot of value for the money. I was surprised that there was a bar and that there were so many nice people in there when I checked in. The room was great - free wi-fi. If I was to say anything bad it would be the breakfast buffet - it was a little over priced. I would totally stay there again.

The hotel was very convenient and accommodating. It had a shuttle service that met our needs from the wedding location (Ruby Hill Country Club). The bed was very comfortable.

It was very noisy outside the room both nights

Hotel was extremely clean. Bathrooms were like new.

Good value and location. easy access.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Nice indoor pool and hot tub for kids to play, lobby area has a comfortable area with bar, tv, couches, and computer terminals. Breakfast is standard fair but fine. Overall a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel. This was my second time here why visiting family and will stay here again.

Good and solid place. Recommended. Clean room, quick and efficient staff, and even good coffee in the room! GREAT bed! Nice TV! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service that I received - especially from the night staff. Check-in was extremely efficient and they inquired whether I was familiar with the area and had dinner plans. When I told them no to both, they were able to recommend several local restaurants and when I had selected one, then gave me a coupon for the restaurant I selected. The next morning I was given excellent directions to the business event that I was attending. Overall, a great experience for a short business stay.

I had no "true" complaints with this hotel/stay. I have an overall complaint with Courtyards, in that their mattresses are really bad (they're not true mattresses, only foam). Second minor complaint was that we had to request our room be cleaned, as someone messed up and overlooked us. Again, no big deal, but annoying. Staff was courteous/helpful when approached, and cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning/organizing room. Overall I was very pleased with the stay.

it was a very good one among the rest of the hotels we had stayed before. i think this is our second one and its very accommodating. when we got our room number, and seen that it was on the 3rd level, we right away had it changed and the front desk lady was so considerate to give us a room in the ground level. we liked her attitude towards dealing with their guests!..the only thing we would ask for is, hopefully they will give us a mini refrigerator and possibly a microwave too. all in all our stay was a perfect place to be at!

We stayed two days at this hotel. We needed it as a base for our visit with relatives in Livermore and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fact that the sink and vanity area were outside of the bathroom, as we had just stayed in a few hotels where the vanity area was in the room with the shower. The Temperpedic mattresses were comfortable and a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a good hotel, it is located a little far from downtown but the exit to the freeway is 1 block away. For a one night to go and visit friends was perfect. People were very friendly. It was quite and peaceful. We have no complains during our stay.

We were told that the shuttle operated until 10 p.m. We landed at the Livermore airport at 8:50 p.m. and called for the shuttle. I was told that the driver had gone home 1/2 hour ago. We took a cab. When we got to the hotel, the very nice young lady behind the counter told us that there was no food within walking distance, but helped us order a pizza. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and comfortable. Free internet, balcony and quiet.
