very friendly staff. close to Mall of America.

Stayed here one night before an early morning flight out of Minneapolis. Really nice room; quiet (even though my room was next door to a party in a conference suite). Nice restaurant and bar. Indoor pool and spa but the jacuzzi in the room was the bomb after a long day on the road.

We have stayed at this hotel annually for the last 8 years and have generally been pleased. We like having a restaurant and bar in the hotel. This year we noticed many issues with maintenance and cleanliness - black stains on pillows, torn bed skirts, broken compressor, fresh urine stain on mattress. Mattresses were not supportive, causing back pain. Won't be staying here again.

Good hotel for the price. The lack of a free breakfast is a negative.

We loved the location, atmosphere and lounge :) however, the bed was horrid! king size bed, huge ridge in the middle and the rest of the bed was so lumpy and hard. I wouldnt stay again probably bc of that reason alone...after long days shopping we were ready for a good nights sleep. They also put us in a handicap room...which was fine, but the shower head was super low. and kept sliding down the bar. the water was hot though!

The hotel was right off the freeway, but the road noise was not a problem at all and I did stay in a room facing the road. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. The only negative I have is the incredibly overpriced snacks at the front desk.

It was a great stay, and very nice hotel! Will most definitely return! :)

We chose the Courtyard by Marriott simply because it was the most affordable mid-range hotel close to the MOA & it was a great location with a beautiful lobby. Everything was above standard, except the room. While clean, it was just a let down compared to the rest of the hotel. Hopefully they will make updates soon!

We had a king spa with breakfast included. The room and breakfast was great! A fantastic stay with great price and location.

I think the hotel was over all very nice! Staff was great and food was great!!! I didnt really like the location of the hotel, but it was over all nice. A must stay!

Only complaint we had was that the bed was a little too firm. Service, cleanliness, location and breakfast were great! Underground parking was also nice. Will definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We will absolutely return to this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and also very close to the Mall of America which is the reason we went. The staff was friendly and the rooms were up to date which i really liked. I will stay there again next time I want to go to Mall of America.

Hotel was convenient and clean!

This hotel had the best price for its location (near airport and MOA). We were not expecting much but were rewarded with a really good dinner at Jake's one night, a clean room and really great service.

was ok had to call for shutle twice before they picked us up Room was clean, they had water in room but you had to make sure that you read the tag on the bottle before you open it that you would be charged 3.50 if you open it wow that is not cheap can get a whole case for that.

Enjoyed the stay and really enjoyed the shuttle service. Will take advantage of it on the next trip to get to the mall of the america's

I stayed here to avoid bad weather before a morning flight at MSP, and I was pleasantly surprised. For the price, I was not expecting it to be so clean and quiet, the only downside being that my room faced the freeway and the surrounding neighborhood isn't the greatest. However, I felt totally safe in and around the hotel. I would stay here again if I'm passing through.

I totally rely on these reviews and read each one which will determine whether we stay or pass. This hotel was very nice and overall I was impressed. The only thing I would suggest is new towels. They seemed rather old and tattered.

great price and a very nice very clean hotel.my only issue was i felt the coils in the mattress so woke up quite sore,oh well.i would stay there again.

The hotel was exactly as I would have wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only downside was soda in the vending machine was $2.50 for a bottle... I would absolutely stay here again, especially if I wanted to be near the airport, IKEA, or Mall of America.

Hotel was fine except for my room had a noisy heater. I would stay here again as I think this was probably an isolated incident. This was my first time to a Marriott in a long time, but I seem to remember them offering a free continental breakfast and I guess they have did away with those. I guess that probably helps the profit bottom line.

It was GREAT! We thought the room was very comfortable and rested out-so-well.

The front desk staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was always on time and helped us navigate to the mall and back. The rooms were not as nice as they appeared on the internet. Furniture and fixtures could be updated. The couches in the king size rooms were nice. We LOVED the black out shade as we like to sleep in complete darkness. Could have used an extra blanket on the bed. Overall we enjoyed our time at this hotel. We would stay here again.

We have been looking every where for a room with a hot tub in it! Very happy we found one.
