Days Inn Phoenix North - فونكس

The hotel was in the same condition as other hotels I have stayed in. We stayed two nights. There was a small problem, when I told the manager it was taken care at once.

Carpet was heavily stained and wrinkled up at the sink. Bedspread and blanket had holes in them.

As far as where we needed to be, it couldn't have been more convenient. As far as hotel quality, it had a LOT to be desired. The hotel itself didn't seem very clean or well maintained. The room was a little cleaner, but not much, and we had no towels - we had to go to the front desk and ask for them - what? TV reception was poor. Breakfast was a joke. Quite disappointed.

Terrible. Service poor--only 2 staff people. tried to get additional sheets and was told laundry hadn't been done yet (11pm) so could not get it. No availability of additional blanket--only supplied 1 blanket.

Overall a nice place to stay. The mattress was too firm for us to sleep with comfort.

Quite shocked when we walked in the room. For the price, I expected more. This was more like a $50 room. The towels and wash cloths were quite stained. Looks like they were starting to remodel some areas. Getting onto 101 was not possible from the frontage rd, a bit of a pain.

Friendly staff, clean, easily accessible, reasonable rates.

was not happy that we weren't told of the extra charge of $20 for the rollaway bed, given the fact that 2 qns were not available. The check-in clerk was rude when I disputed the charges, so we had to pay. so the hotel cost was $200

Satisfied for the amount charged

I have stayed at other Days Inn locations and have liked them...not this one! The night staff was ok and the day staff was unbelievably rude. We had two rooms, both had showers that did not drain properly (five min shower = standing in ankle deep water), and one of the sinks dripped all the time - made it difficult to sleep with that noise. There were many other issues, but those were the main ones. The location was the best part about the place.

The location was perfect - easy access to 101 and I-17. Denny's next door. Continental breakfast was laughable, so Denny's was a must. Hallway smelled of smoke. Non-smoking rooms are next to/amidst the smoking rooms. For an overnight stay, it was tolerable.

It sucked, the room i booked was a queen full bath and shower, i got the queen but not the bath and shower, they gave me a handy cap room instead. Half the room lights were blown out and the AC knobs were broken off. Carpet had gizz stanes on it. Lets be truthful, it was gross!!!!

There were condoms in the Bible, odors in the room, and damage in the sheetrock. Had to get another room.

The hotel looked a lot better in the pictures. It was run down and the hallways smelled like smoke. It advertised breakfast but it was only continental breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets and towels were dingy.

Wi-Fi spotty. Dryer hardly dries. Wanted to leave a night early but was pre-paid so was at discretion of management and they said no way. I travel a lot and this is never the case.

Because of Spring Training, March Madness and Bike Week, we had trouble finding a room for 4 nights. I wasn't expecting too much - and got MUCH less! Calling this place a dump is giving it too much credit. The window was broken, the drawers were stuck, the microwave was missing its knobs, the wallpaper was patched and peeling, the lampshade was stained, the carpeting was absolutely disgusting. I don't even want to think about what caused the huge stains. Need I say more? Even after I asked for maintenance, they did nothing. This motel is ruining the Days Inn name. I have stayed in a number of Days Inns over the years and I will definitely hesitate before ever booking with them again. So, please do yourself a favor and find some other place to stay!

They need newer updated beds.The bedspread was so old it should of not been in use anymore and there was a stain on the sheet. I am just glad it was for one night.

The hotel smelled of cigarettes right when you walk in pushing a door that says "no smoking". The carpet needs replacing (badly stained) and the towels felt like sand paper. The staff was friendly and courteous and although they tried to make it a nice place to stay, it needs major remodeling!

This place was ok for price & in the area I needed as I was in town for an emergency. Got 2 rooms & stayed 5 nights. Cons: Window cracked, chairs falling apart in both, pee stained bathroom walls, fridge broken, no hand towels, & we never got wake-up call asked for, doors are always open for public so no key required to get in from outside, & beds are NOT comfortable at all. Pros: Close to highway, gas & food, no problems with staff other than wake-up call issue, not too bad for the price, & nice size for price.

I have stayed here 4 times in the past few months and find the staff to be very friendly, the rooms decent and the location excellent. Definitely a good value.

I didn't realize there was a warehouse behind the hotel! I was awakened at 3:30am and 5:30am with trucks arriving to unload. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and hard. The sheet had an ink stain and the carpets were badly stained. My bathroom had 2 scratchy towels, 2 hand cloths and 2 washcloths. There was a coffee maker but one day I was given only decaf coffee to make. Not a good experience.

Pleased with the hotel; rooms clean and comfortable and the hotel had several restaurants within walking distance, and many more within a short drive. Provided a basic breakfast for those in a hurry.

I used hotel.com to book my reservation and I'm glad I did because if I hadn't I would've lost all my money on this reservation. The motel room was so bad that I didn't even want to stay the first night. The room was so dirty and gross that it seemed it hadn't been cleaned ever! The beds were uncomfortable and the linens were unclean. My stepdaughter said that there was hair on her blanket and that there were bugs biting at her all night. The bathroom was in disrepair. The shower curtain had a huge hole in it big enough to pass a basketball through. I mean if the maids had even bothered to clean they might've noticed the shower curtain. And lastly the floors were gross. I mean it seemed like the rugs were never vacuumed or cleaned. I would never stay there again even if I was desparate. Save your money and sleep in your vehicle you'll be more comfortable!

My wife and I requested switching rooms twice because the window was damaged screen bent where someone attempted entry or brock in to the room. Finally the third room we went in, the window locked, not very well but at least we were on the second floor. In addition, there was unpatched hole's in the walls in the bathroom where they replaced the shower rod. Also the A/C units on twio of the three rooms were loud. Overall this hotel was in dire need of repair!

could be more helpfull in letting people that are from out of town to find things to go see or do. we asked but no one knew anything. where you could spend some time to see or do something.

The check in staff was very gracious. The room was well cleaned every day. The room was conveniently located. all in all a very pleasant experiance

First lower cost hotel in AZ I stayed at with working Wifi! Will stay at again next month!

Location was perfect for our stay. And resturants within walking. The MMI School was just two blocks away. Gas an major Hiway right their as well.

Nothing that was exceptional-except for the housekeeping staff who were very helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean and is conveniently located. For the price, you couldn't do much better.

Hotel was actually pretty nice. Room was a little worn but clean. Service was excellent and I had a comfortable two day stay. Definetly would come back.

The room was clean. Toilet seat broken. No lock to enter building. Good eats nearby.
