The staff was great - I had many questions and they were very helpful. AND! The breakfast was awesome!

the reception at the front desk was great but went downhill from there. the first room we went in was gross. Had requested a smoke free room and when we walked in the room were bombarded with the smell of smoke ( and then we saw the ashtrays). there were burn holes in the bedspread, the toilet was not flushed and there was a bar of soap opened and obviously used. We complained and were quickly put in another room which was not much better: the curtains were half off the window, burn holes in the bedspread and wall paper hanging off wall in several places and the room was not very clean. Would not stay here again.

We arrivedin the wee hours of the morning because our flight was late. They were waiting for us and efficiently got us into our room. After a long day of travel, it was like coming home.

First floor room was comfortable. Bath was showing age, pipes in shower were loose, rust beginning in spots but clean. No lobby to speak of, breakfast area gets closed off after service.

very pleased. Will book there again next year when attending the Jimmy Buffet concert at the Comcast ctr.

Bathroom was dirty , tube was stained , bed smelled like urine. Never again

this is an ok hotel for one night - I personally did not care for the location of the room - ground floor right next to the parking lot I made sure the windows were locked

Do not stay here . very unprofessionally run place, staff is dress like they are just hanging out. rooms are not clean , my non smoking room reeked of stale smokey smell . shower was dirty,shower head missing, turn the knobs and the unit almost came out of the wall. after moving to semi better room just stayed 1 more night, couldn't take it anymore left early. went somewhere much cleaner, nicer just for the peace of mind and my daughters sake. she was grossed out by the whole experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Overall, a good choice if you need a clean and comfortable place to stay for one night.

This hotel was great. Upon arrival the girl at the front desk was welcoming and more than willing to help us to have a wonderful trip. My family and I went shopping at the Wrentham outlets and this hotel was a perfect distance from there and an excellent price as well. Another plus was that you were allowed to use the pool at the fairmount hotel which was right next door. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast with the waffle maker and fresh donuts as well. My family and I would definiltly stay there again when we are in town.

the Fortune Boulevard Worcester isnt helpful when turning off the main road. Please review your directions online.

Did not find the beds as comfortable as the CI at Auburn,Ma. For breakfast both my spouse & I went at different times to ask for refills of items that other guests were looking for which had run out of supply. The baked goods were not the usual fanfare of regular size donuts & pastires. The front desk was handling the breakfast area also. But all in all very clean & nice personnel. Had an incident with leaving my purse behind & when we went to get it a very nice guest had taken it to the front desk. Thank you whoever you are.

Great stay. Comfortable and convenient. Delicious waffles for breakfast. I will stay again on my next visit.

Room is clean, breakfast was nice, they had a workout room which was moderately equipped. Bed was comfortable. Tube TV's still. Water available to drink in the workout room. Service was not good, at Check in and for providing a missing remote control. Overall it is a really value for the money. I'm thinking about staying at comfort inns next time I travel. I have a feeling that each one is owned and operated by different people.

For sure, this hotel is better than expected. The break fast is very good

It was what I was looking for, a clean, no frills, low cost place to spend the night.
