There is a train passing by every hour almost, so if you cant take the noise is not the place to stay. The room was pretty clean, except the sheets of the bed!

It's an okay place rooms were clean. The pool is nice, there is a train that passes once in a while but you don't hear it when your sleeping.

The statement "that is what to expect for the price" doesn't apply at all. Keeping the room prices at the level the are, - it is a motel at a busy intersection after all- , doesn't mean they should skip on all maintenance and upkeep. This hotel had the overall impression of not having seem any investments for a while. The bathroom had patches of new paint in a different color. The air in the rooms was quite loaded with allergens.

I thought it was a good stay. There is a train, however, that passes through every hour or so.

The room served it's purpose,front desk clerk was very polite,breakfast as promised ;),the pool was nice, I would go back ..

everything, was good, the room was clean, service desk was awesome, lthe hotel is old, but you cant expect more for the price

When I arrived - the hotel - sorry MOTEL put me in a room off the pool I walked in and the room smelled like a mix between an ashtray and the toilet - I am a NONSMOKER and had requested a NONSMOKING Room with a Kingsize bed...once I got beyond the SMELL I noticed the room had 2 double beds and the toilet was in a continual run mode. Went back to the office, sorry Hotels.com booked the double bed for you and you have to call them to sort it out, I showed my confirmation from the booking and it said KING Size NON SMOKING. I called the 800 number to get the booking company to sort it out with the motel this was eventually done but unfortunately by the time this is all sorted out I am NOW late for the wedding I was going to. When the clerk finally gave me the new room key she said that I had been double charged for the room and I would need to sort that out with the booking company. SERIOUSLY what is the problem here. I go to the new room to change because now I am officially late. Get to the room is all I am thinking, the stairwell going up to the 2nd floor for this room is padlocked so I have to go back down and around the building, back up another set of stairs and down to the room FINALLY, open door King Size bed, smells musty and the toilet is running...SUPER no time to fight this anylonger have to get changed and on the road. At midnight I wake up to total chaos outside of my room 2 men and a woman are going at it fighting for the next 2 hours.

The hot water handle fell off in the tub/shower. The ceiling was peeling off in the shower. There were stains in the tub resembling poo. The area behind the sink was peeling. The floor was sticky. There was mold in the bathroom and on the adjoining room door. Breakfast was lacking...no variety and not much available of what was there. 30 minutes (one way) out of our way and not worth it. Wishing I had spent the extra $ on a better room closer to our destination. Won't be back.

did not end up staying, cancelled after we found out they did not give proper room to us, very run down looking also.

Older hotel, but comfortable. Very friendly staff.

The night lady manager over the weekend was very helpful and would recommend their hotel for the price your paying.

THE FIRST TWO NIGHTS PEOPLE OUTSIDE WERE GRILLING AND DRINKING. THE ROACHES AND SILVERFISH ETC WERE LESS BY FAR AFTER WE COMPLAINED. THE POOL HAD BEEN CLOSED BY ORDER OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE COMMODE KEPT ACTING UP. THE CARPET WAS TORN AND SMELLED OF MILDEW AND THE BEDS WERE NOT CHANGED AND HARD. WE WERE THERE ONLY TO SLEEP AND WASH UP AND SPENT ALL THE TIME WE COULD AWAY. WE WERE THERE TO HELP THE FAMILY WITH TWO HOSPITAL SURGERIES AND IT WAS EVEN MORE STRESSFUL TO HAVE A ROOM LIKE THAT. WE HAD TO WATCH OUR MONEY AND HAD REMEMBERED STAYING THERE WHEN IT WAS A DIFFERENT NAME. DIRTY, BUGGY, AND AWFUL

hotel .com. did not tell us that the swimming pool was close due to inspesction

Hotel was clean although old. Faucet dripped and frig made clicking sound on and off thoughout the day. Staff was friendly. Would not recommend for light sleepers as it is very close to very busy railroad line, had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep.

The first room smelled of smoke, even though is was listed as a non-smoking room. The second room smelled like mildew - the toilet rocked, the lamp shade was crumbled and the blankets felt nasty. We should have slept in the car. Spend the extra cash, get a better room!!

This was the worst hotel ever, I guess I got what I .paid for, trying to save some money, got the worst experience ever, there was big roaches in the room, smell bad, on the bed the sheets where full of wholes, and you can feel the mattress springs in your back. People drinking at night and noises, the pool was so dirty that you don't want to get in the water, my husband got a rash on his whole body due to the sheets I dont know if they were dirty...

I decided to stay at this hotel for the price. LET ME WARN YOU, it was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. The entire hotel complex as well as room SMELLED OF ROOTEN MEAT AND TRASH. There was trash all around the complex. If that wasn't bad enough I had the pleasure of seeing a NAKED MAN run around the hotel! EWW!! THe neiborhood was not safe at all!! the door to my room looked as if there had been a break in. the room would hardly lock! DO NOT STAY HERE! TRUST ME!

The hotel was very old and ugly which was not that big of a deal, but when we got ready for bed, we pulled the covers back and there was a bug. My husband took a closer look at the mattress and there were TONS OF BED BUGS!!! It was sooooo gross!!! We checked out immediately. The lady at the front was apologizing with a straight face so I'm sure this was not their first complaint about bugs in beds. Hello people! Your one job is to provide a CLEAN bed for people to sleep on and you can't even do that!

After checking in and seeing the room, we left the property and found a hotel down the street (even though we had pre-paid the room). The overall property is run down and the room was very run down (cigarette holes in the comforter, the tub faucet was running and we couldn't shut it off completely, the shower looked dirty and stained, the room smelled musty). I didn't have high expectations for the property but it was way below even my already low expectations.
