Holiday Inn Express Quebec City - Sainte Foy - كويبك

We had a great stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and nice. The room was neat and clean. Great breakfast too!

Excellent Service, and yes the staff speaks English and is very helpful. It is not exactly next door to old city, but is reasonably close. The place is clean, and breakfast was amazing. The pictures are exact, you get what you see. Bathrooms are not super big, but very well equipped with high quality stuff..Recommended...

Very enjoyable stay, one of the better hotels we have stayed at! We appreciated the convenience of having breakfast provided every morning at no extra cost. The staff (at the reception desk) were very sociable and helpful. Fireplace and reception area provided a great place for reading and relaxing. Holiday Inn Express was convenient to downtown Quebec City and local points of interest. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent

The Hotel was fabulous! The breakfast is just what you need. The kids liked the pancake maker. Really clean, comfortable beds and updated decor. There was a requirmeent to change the reservation and both the hotel and hotel.com went above and beyond to fix it for me even though they didn't have to. AWESOME! Would definately stay again and use hotel.com again.

Arriving on a late flight this was a perfect location to overnight before catching our cruise (15 min cab from airport). Staff got our group checked-in and settled quickly. One reason we chose this hotel was its advertised complementary shuttle to the city center, which I had tried to confirm by email without response, and which does not exist (30 min cab to cruise ship terminal). Fully informed we'd still choose it again.

Everything about this place was top of the line for Holiday Inns. Staff were fluently bi-lingual and very friendly. There is also a really nice Italian restaurant (Le Maison) within a short walk from the Hotel. Will use this again as a stop over enroute to the Maritimes.

Good quality, good TV choices in English and French, free parking and breakfast. I would stay here again if I come with a car.

"Walk to parliament hill" means a fair hike.f

I would like to come again and refer other people, it was small hotel, comfortable, receptionist guys very nice, friendly, providing us with all info that we needed, room very clean, good standard, breakfast delicious, everything looks perfect.

Decent hotel. However, two of my lamps were not working as well as both phones in the room. The fan is too loud in the room. Next time I'll stay at best western.

We where very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is in walking distance of the Aquarium and it is very easy to find your way to the other attractions from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well taken care of, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The. Breakfast that is included with the stay is very good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city of Quebec.

Perfect stay...quick trip from Boston to Quebec then back again the next day. the stay here made for a great night, restful breakfast the next morning and we were back on the road again. Comfortable easy relaxing.

Overall, a pretty good place. It's located near the big shopping mall in Ste. Foy where 'Simons' is a must-visit every time we pass through the City. The touristy area is about 10 minutes away by car, which was fine because we drove along ch. Saint Louis through a really pretty residential area and then along boul. Laurier past the Plains of Abraham to get there. We ate near the hotel where there are lots of choices. I prefer to eat where the locals do, as I feel I'm getting better value for my money. Don't get me wrong, every one should experience the culinary charms of the old part of the city, but I don't need to do it every time I visit. At the hotel, everything was good except our wireless connection on the first level was spotty. Breakfast was very popular, I would suggest being first in line. I would stay again.

Clean & comfortable, very nice. Lots of Parking. the only downside is that it's far from downtown, they do have free shuttles to take you to town & back.

Excellent place. Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. The only thing is that their shuttle to the city is only once a day. It leaves at 9 a.m and returns at 6 p.m. We thought that it runs the entire day,because when we reserved the room, we were told that there was a shuttle that goes to the city. We had to drive our car. We loved the place and we highly recommend it.

htel was great and so was the service, but if you get the room in front of the maintenance room then you will be hearing employees early in the morning.

The hotel is very nice new and clean. We had a room on the first floor - basement and was cold. The heating system was badly ajusted, we put the thermostat high, the unit work for a half hour and after stop. During the night the temperature get down to 16deg.C. We could not get the heat in the room. We like the hotel very much and we will go back but we will ask for a room to the higher floors. We recommend to others people to avoid the room at the first fllor.

Very nice, fairly new hotel. Close enough to downtown to tour the city centre but far enough out to get better rates. No carpets so no dust. Hardwood floors are very nice washrooms are big and clean and well appointed. Flat screen TV. Out door heated pool is small and near the front entrance and next to the parking lot. Parking is free and reasonably safe. I like free. So, is the almost full breakfast. Eggs bacon sausage buns cereal etc. Good assortment and good coffee. Get it yourself buffet. Free news paper. Two free computers to use. If you need handicapped room this has a very big washroom, accessible sink and also hearing impaired doorbell and fire alarm. King size bed again no carpet to impede a wheelchair. Staff was very polite, did I say very polite? I like this safe hotel and will go back again.

The only negative about this hotel is the location. However, it's proximity to the airport was good. We had a 6:30a.m. flight and needed to be close to the airport. It was still a $20 cab ride. The hotel was very nice and the staff very accomodating. However, next time I would stay in the downtown area.

Very pleasant hotel with good breakfast. Close to the aquarium but 10-15 min drive from the old city.

This hotel was extremely well-kept, comfortable, conveniently located. The free breakfast was fantastic. The room floors were laminate as opposed to carpet which is wonderful for anyone with allergies. They were roomy and scrupulously clean. Beds extremely comfortable. But the best thing is the friendly, efficient and welcoming staff at the front desk.

Great breakfast and loved the hardwood floors in the room.

This hotel was in a better price range but was a distance from Town. Hotel shuttle left at 8.15 and returned at 6pm. We did manage to keep amused in town all that time, there is a local bus if you need to get back earlier. Pool was small and a little dirty but enough to keep the kids amused for some relax time. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotle, near Highway, Good location. Only bad thing is I booked a king size bed with prepaid option, but they changed to double Queen without notice.
