Great Hotel! Service was Outstanding! Loved the complimentary water, hot water & coffee in lobby:) Fruit & cookies in the afternoon! Location is Awesome! Cherry Creek Shopping Mall, Super Target, Whole Foods and not far from downtown:) Would definitely stay here when visiting my Denver:)

This hotel is in a construction zone due to strip malls going up in its parking lot. They did offer free valet to accommodate but it is noisy. Rooms are very small but offer many conveniences. In house dining is offered at a hefty price. Pool area not great (pool wasn't very clean and spa had too many chemicals). Overall decent for short stay.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The rooms were extremely clean, not even a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. My only complaint would be the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub had way to much chlorine. When the bubbles were off it was barable, but once the bubbes went on the chlorine would burn our eyes really bad, almost unbarable to stay in it. Overall I would rate my stay at a 4.8.

Ordered car to go to airport the day before needed. Desk cherk wrote it up, but did not notify the car company. A driver came it about the time we were to leave just to check and was really surprised that we were waiting. Could have been bad if we had missed our plane!...But worked out just fine.

When I arrived they could not find my reservations but after 15-20 minutes they finally found it. We reserved a "mountain view" room which was nice but dont expect much. It was hard to get past all of the traffic that was right outside our window. The room itself was nice and clean and beds were comfy. All in all it was a good experience. My biggest complaint was that the "mountain view" room was not as described. Very far away in the distance you can see the mountains...

the hilton is quite stylish; everything is new and modern. Great location for central Denver activities. Very clean room also very quiet. excellent breakfast cafe.

great view, clean, friendly, great place to stay, location was great...... Beds were very nice looking but hard as a rock, did not sleep well due to mattress.

The hotel was nice and clean. Customer service was ok. The location was great, next to Target, within minutes drive from Cherry Creek Mall, with lots of good restaurants not far away. It was very convenient for us to get all the errands done before heading over to the mountains for a ski vacation. Only reco: The front desk rep. does not know what time their neighbor Target Store opens - they should try to know.

Did not sleep at all due to very uncomfortable "Air mattress" bed. Will not return to this Hotel unless they can offer an alternative bed.

We were very happy and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Denver.

Despite all the construction going on to make the hotel bigger and better, the staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable, including free valet parking. Great choice.

the only complaint was the TV. Few programs and so many blocked, even after I unblocked all the ones I could. We spent a lot of time in the room because of a medical issue. It would have been nice to view a decent lineup of programs on TV.

Hotel was great, new and clean. Super location near shopping, 1 block to Whole Foods and Mercedes for service. Construction next door was loud while outside, but did not affect our stay. Plus, due to that construction, they offered free valet parking. Great stay, we'll be coming back.

Great service at the Hilton and a decent room. Comfortable bed, Whole Foods is right up the street for a great breakfast and coffee, otherwise Panera is just outside and around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. It appears that the hotel has been renovated recently. Its just a few minutes away from the Cherry Creek Mall and Cherry Creek North. The room has a microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient since there was a Whole Foods Market about 2 blocks away.

This hotel is perfectly sited for access to great food of all types, gourmet restaurants, Whole Foods, sports bars, and other yummy shops. The views were spectacular, and the room very quiet and luxurious. Such a relaxing place with a super nice staff.

Excellent hotel, very clean and being a Hilton lives up to it's name. It was my second time at this property for the very reason that it was an excellent hotel to stay at. Breakfast is located in their lobby or there is a Panera coffee shop just downstairs around the corner on the property. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice and clean hotel! The restaurant has great food and the staff is very friendly. Great location! We would definitely stay there again!

i wanted a nice clean place that was close to the Cherry Creek bike trail and this one fit the bill exactly. Just wish they had free breakfast like some of the "lower-priced" hotels.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in every possible way. When I had a problem the staff fixed it immediately. Food at the hotel was cooked to perfection. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone and I will be staying there again.

If I could I'd give them 10 stars. This was absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at in (at least) the last 10 years- including business and personal trips. The room was spotless. And I mean spotless. I've been in clean rooms before, and this was several steps above it. The bed was almost better than mine. The AC worked well and had no issues with temperature controls. Secure wifi, and the room had all the little extras one expects nowadays. Anytime I interacted with the staff they were attentive, assertive and took care of us- making us feel like they really went above and beyond. And best of all, the rate was really reasonable. We were on an open-ended vacation and loved this hotel so much we actually extended our stay an extra day. This hotel and our overall experience here is the reason both me and my wife will go out of our way to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn in the future.

Hotel is a little difficult to find on first pass as it sits behind some retail stores off of S. Colorado Blvd. My stay was as hoped for and I found the accomodations excellent for my business needs. Very comfortable, great staff, very helpful, bar and dining on premise good also.

Stayed in the newly built Hilton, only 20min walk through a peaceful bike/walk trail threw the park or 5 min drive towards the Cherry Creek Mall. The hotel has a free buisness center if you need to use a computer and offered free wifi if you brought your own laptop. Staff was pleasant and the energy was positive. I didn't eat at the new bar or restaurant but there was good food just behind the hotel as well.

Although the Hilton Garden Inn at Cherry Creek/Glendale is a nice-looking facility, the level of customer service was sub-par. During this fourth of July weekend, I was placed in a 2nd floor room that would end up being directly above a huge party that did not end until 11pm. No one warned me about the potential noise disturbance --- and it was really loud. On top of that, my hotel room faced the City of Glendale's fireworks show. Not informing me of that too is just plain bad customer service. After complaining about being above a late-night party, I was given another room to move to, but that was little remedy for the inconvenience. But not only did I lose sleep over all the noise issues, the bed was painfully too firm to sleep on. Apparently, the bed was adjustable but the only information on it was down at the customer service desk.

The hotel staff was exceptional and provided superior customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is definitely on the top of my list for stays in Denver. We went to a Rockies game on Friday night and Elitches on Saturday. Very easy to get to both locations. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel workers were extremely professional and courteous. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and the area was clean. The workout area was amazing! I have never seen one like that in a hotel. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is by far the best HGI I have ever stayed at. It was very modern in design and was beyond clean. There is a very nice shopping mall within 4 minutes and restaurants close by as well. The staff was overly accommodating. They even cleaned my room one day and left a fresh bowl of fruit for me. Grapes, apples, bananas, and oranges! It was such an unexpected surprise. I couldn't say more wonderful things about this hotel. I travel 100% for business so finding a HGI like this was a truly wonderful experience.

Great hotel very clean and modern microwave and fridge already in room without having to ask front desk for it. convenient for cherry creek area and downtown. Only down side is the back of hotel is only about 50 feet from Colorado blvd.

Our room was very clean and nice. However, the second night when a family member was flying in we were initially told our rooms would be near each other on the same floor. Then when he was checking in, they moved him to a different floor. His room smelled musty and we reiterated the fact that we wanted them on the same floor, so they moved both rooms to the same floor and they were both nice. The reason they changed the reservation for the second room is that there was "work" being done on the floor we were staying on. The only thing we saw was a guy touching up paint. That wouldn't of bothered us at all so not sure why we had to move. What I did think was interesting is that they didn't have any "wet paint" signs so if someone didn't know they might've brushed up against it while it was wet. Other than that the hotel was clean, the bar and restaurant were also and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Stayed here over NYE. About 10 minutes away from downtown and on that night was a bit difficult getting downtown without driving. Otherwise, it seemed pretty easy to get around (we had our own car), lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Overall, very happy with our stay. Room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely stay here again. One recommendation, they should offer a shuttle to get you to the RTD service about a 1.5 miles down the road.

We stayed at here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and modern with marble accents and a nice sized flat screen TV. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which is always nice. The mattress had individual comfort levels, which is a nice touch. The hotel had several restaurants downstairs, but we only ate at the bakery in the mornings. The hotel is minutes away from shopping at the Cherry Creek mall and just a block away from Target. The only problem we had, was that Denver "rolls up" the sidewalks early on Sundays (and starts late on Sundays) so there wasn't much to do when we got back from a Broncos game. Also the pool lacked privacy. Its over sized windows face the parking lot and sidewalks, so everyone outside can see in, especially at night. Also there is no airport shuttle, as with most hotels in Denver. They offer a pay shuttle that costs $40 per person round trip if needed. Ouch. For me and my wife, it was just as much to rent a car from Alamo. They even gave us a free upgrade. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Good stay that is conveniently located but check in service was slow. They were not ready with our room but I assume that is not normal

Great value for the money. This hotel must have been recently renovated because it was very nice inside. The beds were extremely comfy and the price was right. And...there is a Panera right downstairs!
