My stay was good, the only problem I find is the pop machine only one available and it is all the way down in the basment

Beds were super comfortable! Bathrooms and some common areas needed some updating but then, they'll have to charge more. Nice lounge and restaurant. Overall, great value!

Over all decent for a airport hotel. Staff was attentive and the hotel was clean but it could use some updating. Good value for the money. There is not around the hotel for restaurants or shopping with in walking distance. I was there for a conference and the hotel provided the food and it was good so I assume the food from the in house restaurant is good also.

the beds are so comfy, the linens wonderful. a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, then an early morning shuttle to the airport, perfect

The main reason for me choosing this hotel is the covered garage that lets you leave your car there for up to 21 days. The room I was in was clean, but was a little rough around the edges, especially the bathroom. However, the service and price was very good.

My girlfriend enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable and inviting room. The clerk who checked us in was not helpful at all, but other than that it was a great experience. The Airport shuttle service is comfortable and reliable and free!

we ate at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service very attentive. Actually every employee we had contact with was very polite, pleasant and attentive. We've stayed here twice, they have a great price for one night stay, with a week of free parking for your car while you are away.

Staff was excellent at hotel and room was very comfortable and clean - our room was quite small and could not find a sit down restaurant for breakfast in morning. Great pillows there!!

The hotel is fine. My only comments address the busy check n desk, who handle guests like in an impersonal manner, and the noisy air conditioning unit in the room (I'll admit I always dislike such noisy units and prefer rooms with independent control, but from a central source).

Paid a bit extra for a premier room.... supposed to be nicer accommodations with a better view, we were only on the 3rd floor, with a nice view of the lobby\restaurant rooftop. The rooms were a little small compared to any other hotel i've been at. For the price we paid it was OK, however we could have found nicer cheaper rooms at a Comfort Inn/Best Western.

The hotel was not very clean. There was a leak at the ice dispenser so they had a white towel to soak up the water. The towel was there that lng that it was turning brown. The hotel needs a coat of paint .

Close to downtown Toronto and very accessible from hwy 401! Staff are very friendly

The place was great! Friendly staff - very helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Location was great - 6 miles from Pearson airport - never heard a plane. Very easy access to Toronto and Niagara Falls - close to great shopping and good restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience. Recommend highly...

The hotel staff was excellent. The 1st night stay was in a room that could have used updating in a bad way. the 2nd night we stayed in a "newer" room. Save for the unstained rug and a flat screen there was little difference. I especially enjoyed the slight smell of Urine in the room, Which soon subsided once the A/C was on.

Inspite of having booked and paid for almost 1 month in advance for a premium room by hotels.com and having a written confirmation. when we arrived all we got was a standard room. Darlene at the reception was fantastic and did her best to make up in other ways. Been at this hotel before and enjoyed our stay each time. Food and the breakfast good. Guest should not be allowed to bring into the hotel cases of beer etc..And hockey teams or party goers should be on a differente floor to enable others to sleep in peace. Thats what we paid for.

Staff very friendly, restaurant very good food, shuttles on time.

Sloppy very sloppy service , I requested 2 beds and they only gave me one bed, while the guy at reception was not friendly and never attempted to arrange or fix my problem with beds I got my issue fixed once called hotel.ca support and manager rectified issue after 4 hours but initially they never attempted to fix y problem

as many others do, we stayed one night and took the shuttle to the airport, our flight left at 6:30 am. No problem getting the shuttle at 3:30 am, there were about 8 other people also going to the airport at that time. Shuttle goes every half hour in the middle of the night. Coming back, on a Sat afternoon, the shuttle was more frequent. The room was a little small, but the beds were comfy, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed here now several times for park and fly stays. The service from all the staff is excellent. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Its an ideal location for park and fly and the shuttle service is very good

Great price, can't complain. The hotel was great, the people were nice and the beds and pillows were fantastic. It was nice to come back to our room after running around all day. The curb appeal can be improved.

Very friendly staff. They couldn't do enough or you. The shuttle was also efficient. Good place to stay for airport visits, nice lobby bar.

Talk about rude! the service from the front desk to the restaurant were all acting like we were discomforting them! I had to pay for parking, but the garage was under construction so i had to search for a spot everynight usually somewhere really far. I asked the restaurant to warm up some food for me and it was the most uncomfortable situation i've had in a long time! I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Also I was told to be quite within 2 hours of being there it was 7pm at night and it was my birthday, no music no dancing me and my girlfriend and sister talking and drinking.

Sehr gut gelegenes Airporthotel mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, die zum Teil auch zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Von dem "frisch renovierten" Zimmer hatte ich mir jedoch mehr versprochen, zumal es nicht in allen Punkten den zugesagten Zimmerdetails entsprach. Besonders unangenehm war jedoch die Heizung. Es war entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt, zudem war die Heizung extrem laut, was natürlich besonders nachts sehr störend war.
