Service was excellent! Its a decent distance away from downtown. Has a nice lounge for guess to get a couple drinks at. Best of all it was quiet. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

My wife & I stayed here just one night. I would rate everything here as "good," and I felt it best serves its purpose as a business-oriented hotel, as opposed to a tourist's hotel. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very accommodating. They provide a nice large desk with free internet, daily Wall Street Journal and USA Today newspapers, in-room coffee maker & mini-fridge, reclining easy chair and large screen TV. My only complaints: the closet space is extremely small; we weren't provided a floor bath mat (oversight?), and the wall A/C unit's fan was very noisy; so loud that my wife had to turn it off in order to sleep. Lots of free parking, and the most spacious hallways I've ever seen! Overall everything is a solid three stars, but the hotel seems to lack a personality. It needs more charm and warmth, but the creature comforts are fine and the price is right.

Sheets and towels were so thin , you could read a newspaper through them! Entire motel smelled of tobacco. No monitoring of stomping, yelling and smoking in front of the front entry. Breakfast was good, staff seemed friendly. 1970's TV .. fair price..

For a Four Points hotel, I was a little disappointed. Just not a very warm hotel, difficult to find rooms due to the layout.

Not a family hotel at all parking lot not very well lit, loud partying on weekends, in business district, sorry just not happy with stay but did book through third party.

Nothing is wrong with my stay. It is fine but is not too spectacular than what I expected. I expected something special, but this stay is not that exciting. Parking is free, which is a very good thing, but with breakfast free, I might have a chance to give it a four star rating.

Nice hotel in SD area. Close to most attractions. Hospitality during our Christmas stay was superb. Great value all around.

The Hotel was nice and i will stay again, but i hope that the hot water work next time. I woke up and there was hot water to shower.

Although in a convenient location to get to San Diego sights, the hotel seemed to cater to business travelers more than the tourist trade. Minimal staff on weekends, only one waiter in their restaurant on a Saturday night, bar not open @ 5pm Saturday night, were astounding shortcomings from a Sheraton Hotel. Information on Hotels.com was incorrect according to hotel staff. I called to confirm the ability to get a ride on their shuttle to the nearby stadium for a football game and was told they didn't give rides to the stadium which was one of the selling points for staying at Four Points. I was told, " We don't give rides to the stadium. Hotels.com's information was not correct." There was no complimentary breakfast ... another selling point ... just a $14 breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable or I definitely would have gone somewhere else.

Excellent hotel stay. Had a group of 14 in San Diego for a conference. Hotel was very centrally located to conference and other sites. Shuttle saved time, driving and gas. Friendly/efficient staff, clean rooms, business center, wifi, nice bar. Would highly recommend.

Great location and distance to the Qualcomm Stadium. Which is why we stayed there over the weekend. Very dissatisfied with the beds though. I stayed in the Four Points by Sheraton in South San Francisco back in 2009. The beds were very comfortable nothing like the one here in San Diego. The beds were very high pillowtop bedding and the comforters and pillows were goose down feathers. I thought it would be the same but not at all. The beds here in San Diego were flat a bit hard and not at comfortable. Sorry about it!!

My son and I stayed at the Four Points as I was setting him up for graduate school. We stayed at your hotel for 3 night s while trying to get his apartment set up. I had to keep adding nights as things were not progressing as we had planned. The staff was so accomodating and did not require us to change rooms or anything. It made a very hectic and busy week that much better. Thank you!

The staff members were very helpful and polite. However, they were short on towels all 4 nights we were there. We had to ask for them each day, they finally told us they just didn't have enough and we saw a huge load of new ones come through the front door when we were in the lobby waiting for my son to pick us up. Problem may now be solved. Walls were very thin and we heard EVERYTHING going on in the rooms on either side of us.

the room was very comfortable. No major issues. If I want to nitpick, they seemed to be stingy on providing tea bags/coffee/sugar. The baby crib was ok. Could have been better. The appearance was also ok. But overall we had a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Close to downtown, and other attractions. Clean and beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Will stay here again.

We were lost a couple of times going to the hotel. The location was in a odd area. Surrounded by industry, not other hotels. There wasn't other restaurants to walk to, you had to drive. But the drive wasn't far. As for the hotel, this was the first time i had seen a wide hallway. It was so empty. It needed more furniture to cover up the emptiness. Too unusual.

Rooms not ready at check in time-asked to be called when ready-3 hours later we called again-yes,they were ready-arrived-no crib for baby which I had asked about 4-5 times-took1/2 hour+ to bring one-also no towels in one room-next morningbreakfast-uncooked pancakes-Next night no pillow cases,minimal towels--------

I stayed here while traveling through on business. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very nice. It would be great if there was wifi in the room rather than plugging in. Bring your clubs if your a golfer . . .

The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Aside from that, we were not too happy with room service. When we checked in around 7:30 pm, there were no towels in the bathroom. We asked the front desk for towels and went to dinner. When we returned to our room, there still were no towels. We called guest services who informed us that the laundry is still running and will take some time. Next day, housekeeping did remove the dirty towels, but left only 2 bathtowels and 1 handtowel for us. Although there were number of guests staying at the hotel, there were still rooms that we perceived to be empty. And as there are plenty of guest parking (as oppose to several other reviewers' comments), we assume that not all rooms are filled and do not understand why there is an issue in providing sufficient amount of towels. In addition, we cannot state that housecleaning was good as the dirty glassware was not removed when they cleaned the next day. Therefore, the hotel was given a 2 for the cleanliness. (Fortunately no previous occupant's hair on the vanity). We wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends. As there are number of outdoor activities to do in San Diego, having plenty of clean towels to wash up afterwards is a must.

This hotel was in no way on par with other starwood hotels. The rooms we had were so congested, mircowave was out of reach of vertically challenged people, The phones in the rooms did not work, the bathroom sink never drained water quickly and would get filled up even when we were brushing. the bathroom floors very slippery and had very little room. the architecture of the hotel was very depressing, no decorations, very plain. I felt i was staying in the dorm

I was checked out early and couldn't get into my room! Seems when you use your "free night" there are two reservations made and this hotel locked me out of my room. They also did not supply towels on the third night until 8:30pm! Seems they were sold out on Sat night and ran out of fresh towels. Overall though the stay was good and I'd stay there again.

It was ok. If I had to do it over again, I would have booked a different hotel but can't really complain about this one.

At this aging hotel, my wife and I got checked into an occupied room. Went down to get another room only to be checked into a room that was a 2 queen not a 1 king like our reservation stated. Went down again only to be helped by a front desk agent with her cell phone ringing (sounded like chickens clucking was her choice of ring tones) and she pulled it out of her bra to put it in the back. Never even shut it off. Finally got the room we wanted and it was very dated and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. The pillow was good. Overall the place needs a cosmetic overhaul and maintenance. They gave us breakfast for our troubles but wasn't good either. Eggs on the buffet line looked like they was there an hour before we arrived. The bacon was hard, sausage cold, hash browns looked terrible but the fresh omelettes and waffles were good. Service was great even though the server had to call front desk to make sure we was really recieving a free breakfast. I must point out that I confirmed with front desk prior to going to eat and was assured we were on a list. To top it off, there was a table tent saying "Starwood congratulates Four Points by Sheraton for being on of their top 5 properties." I can only think top 5 in complaints. This place was a joke and thankfully this nightmare of a stay still didn't ruin our honeymoon.

The overall experience was great!! Would definitely recommend and revisit myself. We went for my 22 bday and even though we slept a couple hours the beds were very comfy

Chose a horrible night to stay at the hotel, there was a MMA event that night and there was no parking anywhere close to the hotel for the guests. In addition there was only one person visibly working the front desk so when I was given a room that was already occupied (of course I find out after I go up to the third floor with all our luggage and family) it took quite a while before we were given another room. When discussing the parking problem the solution presented was to set an alarm and get up at 1-2 AM when the fights were over and go get our car. Hotel room was nice but everything else turned me off to the hotel, won't be back and would suggest that nextbtime they plan for events rathere than just having then and making everybody else suffer.

always check all amenities in the room during maintenance.

Before I called Sheraton I had called Hilton asking question about self parking was transfered 3 different times once to hotel manager. ACE manager and to ????? person. No one can on the phone. Its a shame Hilton SUCKS and Sheraton catered to make us very comfortable and a very friendly staff even at 1 am in morning. Very safe place to live in. Call Sheraton for your next trip to San Diego.
