Front Desk was very friendly and helpful, Breakfeast was above and beyond for a hotel stay. Do not like the parking area way to small and the pool needs updated.

Very clean hotel....beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean, plenty of towels....coffee..and toiletries. Just wish breakfast lasted a little later. The staff offered to keep it open for me, but I didn't want to put them out. Ruby Tuesday next door was a plus!

Fine for an overnight stay. Pool was cold & needed updating.

We were pleased overall with our stay at the Four Points. They have THE most amazing free breakfast buffet I have ever had and the room rate was very reasonable. In our room, the coffee supplies were out of date - creamer was a hard lump, etc. so that was a bit disappointing. The room looked nicer in the picture than it was in person, but it was clean. The kids liked the pool, although it looked as though it needed to be repainted. We felt completely safe inside and the neighborhood was nice and safe as well. It was in a perfect location for us as well.

We travel too this area a lot. This hotel is clean, the people are very nice and the breakfast is above average for the money. It can be a little noisy but the fan in the room unit helps with the noise. I really like this hotel and the price is very resonable!

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was simple but plenty. Pool was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bizarre entrance. Good luck finding your room. Bathroom had broken tiles, peeling wall paper, latex caulk covering mildew with hair imbedded in it. Shame on Hotels.com for rating it a three star...might only be a 1.5 star wonder

Convenient, Clean, Service was great, reasonable

I picked this hotel for price because it was the least expensive in the area and in that respect it was a good value. If I had been willing to spend more I would have looked for a place with less road noise and quieter heating units.

It looks like this place was recently renovated. Got a good deal and the room was very, very comfortable. The TV was terrible (couldn't read words on the screen) but everything else was awesome. Would definitely recommend for the price we got.

We wanted to avoid a dreay November so took a short trip and stayed here on a whim. Very large comfortable rooms, clean and good breakfast. My only complaint is the bathroom is too white and bright.

The front desk personnel were very nice and when we walked into the room, my daughter and I were very surprised at how lovely it was.It was very clean and even smelled good. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. I would stay here again when headed to Gettysburg.

Spent one night (Sat Oct 15th 2011) here and would return for sure. Great value. The ppl at the front desk were nice and helpful at check in. Always seemed to be someone there. Room was neat and clean. Nice desk area and beds were very comfy. Clean bathroom. No issues. Hit the indoor pool with my little girl and found it to be fine. Not the coolest indoor pool but got us all out of the room for an hour of play. Hit the breakfast bar and found that to be better then expected. Scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, yogurt, cereals & juices. Good quality and BUSY! Fresh coffee available 24/7 at front desk was good also. Location seems nice also. Many restaurants close by and in walking distance (Ruby Tuesday, McD, Starbucks, etc.). Would look to return for sure when in the area. Great deal price wise!

Over all very pleased with the hotel. One thing on the negetative side, the bathroom fan and heat lights in the ceiling did not work. On the positive side, the morning breakfast had a nice selection of food, and it was warm and plentiful.

Great room at a great price. Half hour to Gettysburg. Small running stream with ducks outside our room.

The hotel was very disappointing definitely not worth the cost. The hotel is very run down and most definitely needs a serious renovation especially considering surrounding hotels charge the same amount and are much nicer. The hotel seems to have some type of mold problem due to the constant smell. The included breakfast was just another disappointed very poor quality and they didn't even have silverware, had to use plastic utensils. Would not recommend at all, you will most definitely regret. Much nicer hotels in the immediate area for the same cost.

This hotel was really nice - the rooms were large, the beds were super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good - the coffee was excellent. My only complaint would be that the hallway/elevator was REALLY stuffy. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to visit Gettysburg. It wasn't quite as close as we thought it would be, but the 1/2 hour drive is scenic and not bad. It is close to amenities such as a Wal-Mart and Rite Aid. Ruby Tuesdays is a part of the hotel. Although we didn't eat there,, they seemed to do a really good business. Hotel was clean, decent pool--a little deep though if you have small children. No hot tub.

This was the closest hotel we could find to Gettysburg. The parking lot was very small and too crowded for us to fit, we ended up parking at the Ruby Tuesday next door. The hotel is older but the room was in good condition. The next morning went down for breakfast and was very disappointed. The eggs were disgusting to even look at, let alone eat. They were out of bacon and all that was left was a pan of grease with bacon pieces. Our family packed up and went to the McDonalds across the street. Would not recomend this hotel.

nice room.not that far from Gettysburg. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ruby Tuesdays was good and convienent. only complaint was the television.Not so good.

The hotel was obviously old which isn't a problem, but you had to try getting your luggage in an elevator that was barely big enough for one person. There wasn't anywhere to hang towels other then a small rod under a free standing sink that had no counter. The air conditioning was under the desk so you froze when working there,but the rest of the room was still warm. We were told we would have WiFi but you couldn't get on unless you used the 1 desktop they had. The workers were very friendly and the breakfast was average. I either got flea bites or bed bug bites, I'm not sure which but they weren't on my leg before I stayed here and the next morning they were. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here and visited Gettysburg National Historical Park the next day. We booked the hotel accidentally, thinking it was closer, then found out after booking that it was in Chambersburg. This ended up not being a big deal, since it is just a short drive from Gettysburg. The hotel was very nice, which also made our "mistake" worth it. Great Hotel!

This is a good location in the area and has indoor pool(needs a little bit of up keep) close to high ways and neat and clean during my stay. Will stay here again.

Very comfortable. Great breakfast - hot and cold. We used & enjoyed the pool, too, which was in good condition. Our room was roomy & very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location close to Ruby Tuesday's and a steak house and several other restaurants. Easy to turn in and get back on hiway also,

The evening I arrived, Chambersburg was under a tornado warning. Although the front office staff was very cordial, I feel they were ill prepared as to what to do in the event a tornado actually hit. Guests were seated in front of the front windows totally oblivious to the warning that a tornado may hit. Why did not someone insists that people seek a safer location? Had a tornado hit, there would have been no time to direct people and as a result, it is feasible that lives could have been lost. I was very suprised that an emergeny plan was not announced.

The only highlight of our stay was eating dinner at Ruby Tuesday's. We did not feel comfortable with so many signs reminding us to protect our valuables in our car and room. It was not a very secure feeling to have all those reminders. We were on the road and had to empty our car and move it to the front of the building which was more lighted, because we were afraid to leave it in the back closer to our room due to all the notices regarding theft, etc. The room had a TV (inadequate at best) and not a piece of comfortable furniture to watch it and relax. I cannot believe it was a newly remodeled room with that antiquated set-up. Cannot believe the price we paid for less than desirable hotel.

The Rates were great...Everything about this hotel was great, from the hotel staff, food pool. Everything was great..

Older hotel but recently renovated and very nice, clean, up-dated rooms. Hotel staff extemely courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL! Kept our teenage boys satisfied for hours!!! Only about a 30 min. drive to Gettysburg.

Excellent hot breakfast, including waffle, sausage , scrambled eggs, bacon, oat meal, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc.

Overall our stay was great. The room was a very good value for the price, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Pros: nice pool, updated rooms, clean, great breakfast (hot food included), central location, attached to Ruby Tuesday's (where we had a great dinner with excellent service). Cons: Fan didn't work in the bathroom, AC/Heating unit was very loud, no hand towels in bathroom, and the pillows were not comfortable.
