This hotel has one of the best locations in Sao Paulo. I like the fact that the best steakhouse in town, Baby Beef Rubaiyat, is just across the street. The neighborhood is relatively safe for Sao Paulo’s standards and the hotel basic services are good (restaurant, pool, tiny gym). I like the coffee shop at the lobby for a quick cappuccino or an informal business meeting. The general condition of the hotel is good but the rooms need an update badly. The rooms are clean and for the rates, I am OK for a business stay. My biggest problem with this hotel is the wi-fi (extremely slow, either if you pay for the upgrade or use the free service). I have stayed at least four times and no matter what floor or where your room is located, be patient when using the internet. Honestly, this is probably the only reason why I am considering staying somewhere else the next time (too frustrating for me!).

I was less of 24 hours in the Hotel (Arrived at 09:30pm and departed at 06:00pm) my roon was # 2315. I indicated at the time of checkin-in, that i needed to check out at 6:00pm, They charged me 240 Reais (Half o f a day for 6 hours beyond the normal Check-out.(I had to leave at 6:00pm to The Sao Paulo Airport to catch a flight to return to Miami. I left a card in the door knob when I left in the morning asking to fresh up my room.When i returned at 5:45pm the sign was still there, despite of the fact that somebody entered in the room to Check the mini-bar. To my surprise the room had not been freshened- up, the towels all were in the floor and I did not eve had a frexh hand towel to wash my face after a full day of work and havig paid half day for six hours. When I checked up I did not received any satifactory explanation and the lack of courtesy of the personnel of the front desk was evident. THIS WILL BE MY LAST STAY IN A GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL AND I WILL GIVE INTRUCTION TO MY PERSONNEL NOT TO USE THIS HOTEL ANY LONGER (I am the President of my Company)

Front desk And concierge are the best service ever

Hotel with maybe the best location in Sao Paulo city, 50metres away from Avenida Paulista. Very nice service. Hotel staff was very proffesional and personal at the same time. The cleaning ladies was so nice and funny. The breakfast buffet is definatly worth the money, there is loads of everything. Though the hotel could invest in having another guy helping out at the egg-omelet open kitchen. It's sad that one guy is getting stressed out and everyone is expecting miracles from the egg-omelet chef. The workout room / gym is nice and has alot of good tools. There was not a single english speaking channel on the TV and I stayed there for 1 week, that annoyed me alittle and the costs money - Not exactly what you can expect from a buisness hotel... All in all a good stay.

I just returned back on December 10, 2011 from the Golden Tulip Paulista, Sao Paulo. The hotel was very nice, although one bad commment i will make is that the WiFi in the room was HORRIBLE!!! The front desk was always willing to help with any issues, the room was always clean in the afternoon, and the breakfast that was included was fine. Taxi from the international airport was $80.00 to the hotel, thats crazy!!

When there is no way to bring the room temperature to a comfortable level, then a hotel has a major issue. Wall heating system was set at the highest level, but could not warm the room. The social areas on the ground floor were uncomfortably cold. Front Desk staff were personable, attentive, and helpful. All were bilingual or multilingual.

The hotel is comparable to the best hotels in the world in its category. The only disapointing service was the Internet. Two start Hotels in US don't charge for Internet and Tulip did. The internet service was not great either, it was based on devices. Another unheard thing in America. If you have to connect your phone and Ipad you have to have two connections. This is ridiculous. Finally the service was not relibable and slow. Internet is mandatory for business and if you want business people to stay in your hotel you have to provide with a better service. The guest doesn't want to deal with a third party company everytime that there is a problem with the internet, more likely guest should never deal with anybody but the front desk period.

This hotel is very modern looking from the outside and is in very good condition outside and inside. Location is very good and is close to the main street and to all public transportations yet it is in very quiet place. All employs and all hotel staff are very friendly, very helpful, very curtesseus and nearly all speaks English. Check in and out is very fast on time and with the smile. Customer sefty is very good. Hotel is safe. Fitness room is good, service is an excelent. Morning buffet has very wide selection of food, all very fresh. They make fresh eggs in many different ways upon request. There is very good selection of food even for vegetarian like my self. They store customer lagguage after check out upon request.

防音ガラスでなく　隣のビルが建設工事をしており　昼夜問わず実施しておりゆっくりとなれなかった。テレビの設置位置も悪く　ベットに横にならなければ見れえずに非常に不便であった。

Hôtel bien situé qui permet d'éviter une grande partie des embouteillages lorsque l'on doit se rendre en clientèle. Les chambres sont grandes mais la déco n'a pas vraiment changé en 7 ans en dehors du couvre lit et des rideaux. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, super petit déjeuner et buffet le weekend pour le déjeuner. La piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffées donc l'eau est froide puisque le soleil passe difficilement entre tous les immeubles (Sao Paulo c'est un peu comme New York au niveau gratte ciel et proximité de chaque bâtiment). Il y a un petit centre commercial à proximité et de bons restaurants à quelques mètres.

清潔で値段的に満足で 安全含め問題なし。朝食に野菜やサラダがなかったのが残念。会議室が半日で１０００リアルくらいとすごく高かった。

Gostei da localização e da limpeza do quarto. Mas faltou um kit de amenities de qualidade e folheteria no quarto com maiores informações do hotel e de atividades no hotel e fora. A disposição do café da manhã deixou a desejar. Faltaram talheres e não havia pratos proximo aos pães. Deveriam deixar talheres, pratos e copos sempre próximos.

MUITO FELIZ

Excellent in all points. The staff was always ready to answer a question and provide a solution. The only point that I would recommend review was that I was granted an extension on the check out time which I wanted to use to rest and I was awaken by a staff member wanted to know if I had used something from the room bar. Couldn't they do it when I am not in my room or ask me during check out? I asked about it at the front desk and they told me they do it regurlarly. I thought it was bad planning by the hotel management.

El hotel muy recomendable, solo un poco caro para lo que es, por el precio imagine algo mejor. Es muy bueno y recomendable, solo un poco caro, talvez consegui una tarifa cara porque habia muchas ferias y estaban muchos hoteles llenos.

Os valores cobrados pela utilização da internet são absurdamente altos. Penso que, em todos os hotéis, a internet deveria ser gratuita.

Je ne recommanderai cet hôtel que sous éserve de vérification et amélioration de l'isolation phonique car dès que l'un de vos voisins de chambre utilise la salle de bain et les toilettes vous avez tout le bruit en direct dans votre prope chambre

Encontrei banheiro com teto mofado, banheira cheia de limo, cabelos na pia e vaso e para completar, uma enorme barata na janela do banheiro. Pedi cama de casal e encontrei duas de solteiro. Pelo preço cobrado e pelo marketing do nome do hotel, não recomendo. Limpeza e manutenção são essenciais para fidelizar o cliente.

Café-da-manhã regular, excelente localização, bom atendimento.

Estuve en ese hotel hace unos años y evidentemente la relación precio-calidad ha disminuido. Deben mejorar.

Os serviços de restauração e atendentes de restaurante eram horríveis. Os garçons foram unpolitted, muito nervoso, e preço de alimentos de qualidade, pobres e muito frio

Tres bon rapport qualite prix et surtout situe dans un quatier tres sur ou nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en danger, meme le soir tard. A conseiller absolument si la mauvaise reputation de Sao Paulo vous fait peur...
