The stay was perfect!! I will use Homewood Suite from now on and tell all my family n friends! The room was great and the staff was awesome n very helpful! Breakfast and dinner great plus food awesome!! Very pleased all theway around, ccan't say enough good things!!

We were three guys traveling together to Phoenix from Albuquerque for the weekend, and we needed three separate beds. For less than it would cost for two 2-bed rooms at a cheap motel, we got a beautiful suite with two queen beds and an sofa bed, a full kitchen, two TVs, access to a nice pool, and a free breakfast. We sat around on the sofa and easy chair talking and watching TV, and were very comfortable throughout the stay. I have traveled a lot, and this was one of the nicest and cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The free breakfast was outstanding, with fresh eggs, sausage, and oatmeal, along with the usual bagels, rolls, cereal, and make-it-yourself waffles. There are also many nice restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner, some within walking distance, yet the hotel has a secluded feel and is very quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we return next year.

The area of town we needed to stay in is not what I would consider the safest or best. This hotel was a great choice in the midst of this area. It was clean, secure, and very comfortable. The only complaint was that our room was not ready at 4:20 and although they were completely booked - it was a bit frustrating.

Vacationed in Phoenix for baseball's spring training. Ended up going to 3 different ballparks and this motel was about 30 minutes from each site. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast (everyday) was great and Dinner (Mon-Thurs) was good also.

since it was a suite I thought the size be a little bigger and when we check in the clerk was not their she was in a differnet room than the lobbie. She did not explainn any thing she just check us in

The quality of service was outstanding. Very friendly staff. The room was clean.

Wish had a hot tub and indoor pool. Electrical outlets for electric cars would also be nice.

nice hotel with facilities, bit away from action, but nicely priced and also have gud hot cooked breakfast.

My stay was great and comfortable. Went to the AZ High School State Games at Jobbing.Com Arena. Watch my niece play and they won state championship. Great Weekend. Thank you.

Very comfortable. Loved that the room really had all the amenities of the home (Refrigerator, sink, etc.). However, it would be nice of the quality of the beds were better, softer, larger. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

The rooms we're clean and well appointed,the staff was great,had alittle trouble finding it but will stay again

We stayed with our family and love this hotel. It is close to restaurants, clean and comfortable. Would not stay anywhere else.

Seprate bedroom from living area. Nice place for a get away to have some of the comforts of home. Local to the metro mall. Great service also

Just needed a few days away from the hospice work world. Love the kitchen, spacious rooms, and the only thing I would change is the number of channels you get on the TV, it is limited, BUT did get the four days of the British Open. Great front desk staff and service people, also the kitchen staff did a great job. Definately our new hotel in the area to stay at. THANK YOU FOR THE R/R.

The room was spacious and had lots of amenities for the price. However, the fan was loud and constantly on, and there was a water leak in the bathroom that flooded the floor. The rooms were clean overall, but if we left the room after 9am our rooms never got cleaned. The hotel was generally comfortable, and we could not hear our neighbors or highway noise. It was somewhat of a challenge to get to and surrounded by a barren office park and chain restaurants. The free breakfast was better than most.

It was centrail to every thing I needed to do. Front desk people were GREAT. Houjsekeeping was also VERY good. Overall it was all I needed and more.

The hotel was great!! The kids loved it because they had their own space & TV. :-) We had one small problem where the bathroom fan not working but it was fixed by the time we returned back to the room. I would most definately stay here again.

Hotel was great for the price. Everything was excellent except for a few things. You may want to think about a second waffle machine for breakfast time. Also, the sofa sleeper was bad. I would recommend a 1-2" pillow top mattress cover or memory foam or equivilent to place on top for better comfort. The overall stat was great.

So comfy, so nice. Great bedding, set-up great even popcorn. Definitely stay here!!!

Overall, loved our stay. Clean hotel, clean room, great staff, all room amenities in great condition. One of the perks of Homewood Suites is the weekday breakfasts and Monday - Thursday dinners. I have to say though, that the quality of each were vastly different. The breakfasts were decent and different each day, and the person responsible for food prep and service was great. I wish I could remember her name. She was very pleasant, always ready with a smile and a 'Good Morning!" The evening food and service,, however were less than mediocre. The food wasn't very good, though the salad bar was always fresh. They ran out of red wine two nights in a row. Compared to breakfast, dinner was incredibly disappointing. I hope management will see this and make an effort to improve things. The Homewood I use in Ohio brings food in from local eateries - this seems like a great solution to Phoenix Metrocenter's dinner problem. Having sufficient wine for the number of guests you anticipate might be a good idea too.

We stayed here with our 4 kids in a 1 bedroom suite for Spring training. The pool is small but clean & nice. Breakfast was great and dinner was even included M-Th. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family. The staff were very friendly & accommodating.

My hubs and I went for a overnight away from the kids. It was real nice, real clean, staff was very friendly and great rates for the suite we got! I would stay again in a minute!

Overall a great hotel, staff were very friendly. The only thing I could say I had a problem with was the breakfast. The eggs were a little chewy, like they were way overcooked not to apealing.

We stayed at this Homewood Suites for an extended weekend and were very pleased with the hospitality and ammenities. The room was a suite and was in outstanding condition with lots of extras. The people who work here - from the cleaning staff, breakfast staff, front counter were all exceptionally kind and professional. I wish they had a jacuzzi but would without a doubt stay here again.

For a Hilton Hotel, I was dissapointed. This hotel needs upgrading! Location is great, but Hilton needs to put some money into renovation of rooms.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations except for the continental breakfast on our last morning. The food wasn't that good and they ran out of things before the everyone was fed.

This was a great place to stay but the service was not the best we have had. The internet would not work in our room and it took 4 phone calls and 8 hours before they finally fixed the problem. The food was okay, but they only had one person for bringing food out and clean up. Most the time either there wasn't food out or the dishes were out. The overworked staff person was friendly though considering all they were facing.

I utilized the double 1 bedroom suite w/sofabed and found that it was more than what I expected!! My 4 children and I were visiting from CA and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The kitchenette had a pretty good stock and was surprised by the full size fridge and dishwasher! We didnt want for anything! The staff was pleasant and housekeeping came by everyday to accomodate our extra linen and cleaning needs. There was even a workstation for checking emails, an onsite laundry facility (24hrs)-We will be staying here everytime we come to AZ-very pleasant visit!!!

We had plenty of room and it was in a good location. I'll go back when returning to Phoenix. Breakfast was ok.

Good size suite, nice breakfast buffet. I will stay there again.

The first room had blood and fecal matter in the tub! The second room door wouldn't open... The 3second room looked great minus the scibble on the note pad sayin "injooe uur stae" (enjoy your stay?) come to find out that when i finaly relaxed n got in the bedit was totaly lopsided. I was very upset but 2 tired to switch room...

Our suite had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils. An actual suite with a separate bedroom with a real wall and door separating it from the kitchen/living area. Everything was clean. A/C worked well, just ever so slightly on the loud side. Didn't feel like getting up to try their breakfasts on either morning that I was there, so can't comment on that. Overall, I would definitely stay here again next time if I can catch it at a good rate.
