Think it was good but should not charge extra for parking at hotel.

Quite comfortable. Staff were professional. I needed to borrow a pair of scissors for a few minutes and the reception clerk approached the request professionally by recording the room number and was also polite. I was somewhat surprised to learn that the hotel does not have a convenience store and the nearest one was a block away!

Location is great, right downtown. Decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, pleasantly surprised. You have to try the barbecued chicken pizza.. and the red wine isn't bad either. Would stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this London location! It was close to everything I was interested in and everyone was very helpful and kind. Checking in and out was very smooth and easy!!

I booked at the Hilton London for an overnight stay to catch a concert at the John Labatt Centre. The location was perfect (I think it's the closest hotel to the building)! About a five minute walk to the front doors. The staff were very friendly on check in and departure. The room was larger than I'm used to seeing at chain hotels and was clean and tidy. Great downtown view. My only qualm is that we had four people in the room and they only gave us two drink glasses. Pool/spa is good (when annoying guest are not present!). I would absolutely stay again.

During our one night stay we did not have a heater as it made a high pitch sound. We also found 2 different spiders. Two spiders in one night is a little unsettling. Besides this our beds were very comfortable and our stay was enjoyable.

Staff were very nice. We did have a stain on one of our pillows. Overall a nice stay...very comfy beds.

the staff was excellent...helped our family find our way around london and the rooms were clean and tidy....best sleep ever! lovely breakfast buffet.....doorman was cute....

i was a little dissappointed, my room did not have a fridge, to get ice i had to either go up or down a floor very inconvient, i could not open a window or open the vent to let fresh air in, the pictures were alot nicer than the actual hotel its self, i dont know if i would stay here again

Check in was a breeze...Parking being an extra was not cool. The hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious and close to lots downtown. I would recommend this hotel and stay at it in the future! It was the first time I used hotels.com and will continue to use it.

The hotel needs some "Revamping" Very old and dated.

Nice hotel. It was extremely close to the John Labatt Centre which was very nice since I came from out of town.

Pros: Staff was friendly, room and hotel were clean, location was central to everything downtown. Pool is a definite plus and was maintained well. Cons: Breakfast buffet was average. Beds were a little soft and a little bit like a hammock.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The room was little smaller than what I expect from Hilton, however the bed was still amazing. Great location in the heart of d.t. London. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Pros: location is okay. Bed is very comfortable. Cons: Hotel has not been upgraded compared to other hotels in the area. For example, they still use a tube TV that is very old. The Delta beside it has all LCDs and way nicer furntiure. There's no excuse for hotels like Hilton to be still using those old TV boxes that no one has now.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was my first stay at a Hilton and my next concert in London at the JLC I will definitely stay there again. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a rock and that isn't normal in a hotel for just one night!

We absolutely loved the Executive class service. Food and drink included in room for breakfast and around dinner time. Loved it!

Stayed one night. Hotel was in easy walking distance from the train station. Check-in was a breeze; I arrived a bit before checkin time but my room was ready. Room was large, clean and had a great bed. No complaints about the room except perhaps some noise from the street around midnight (crowd noise) even though I was on the 15th floor, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Shower had great water pressure which is important to me. I had breakfast in the Market Grill and the buffet was very nice, as was the service from Bruce. The pool was good; I just beat a crowd of kids in town for a baseball tournament; the hot tub is way too small. Piped in music in the pool area would have been nice; something tropical! The "Beefeater" at the main door was very friendly and courteous. The only "negative" would be people slamming their room doors late at night and early in the morning, but this is a common problem no matter where you you stay. I always make sure I hold the door and close it quietly to respect others; too bad no one else seems to do this! Great hotel; will use it again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Went went to the Labatts Centre on Saturday and it was a little taxi ride. Tom at the front door and Donna in the restaurant were extra pleasant. Will come again.

One thing that I would suggest when reserving a room at the Hilton in London, Ontario - make sure you request that your room has a fridge. We were shocked when we opened the cupboard to put our refreshments inside that there was a rather large whole where the fridge was to be. However, after I called down to the front desk, one was brought up to our room within 30 minutes.

Our family reunion where we had 5 rooms in the hotel landed in the middle of an Amway Convention with about 3000 guest all on the same schedule. A minimum of a half hour wait for an elevator as each one was cramped with no room for at least 6-10 passing elevators. No hot water due to this either (we assumed) Paid for parking - lot full - and had to park in open parking lot across street - pouring rain! Smallest hottub in the world! (but strong jets) Manager was rude when we requested discount or part refund and refused. Staying at the Delta next time in London - same location - always a great experience.

We always experience a little bit of dread when headed to a hotel since our regular bed is a waterbed, and nothing ever seems to come close to the comfort of sleeping in it at home. Very pleasant surprise here, the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we both slept very well.

Stayed one night to attend a concert. The hotel was fine, we did not use the restaurant or bar in the hotel, just the room and parking. Good central downtown location.

This hotel is obviously not new and it is starting to show its age. My bathroom for example, it's not that it wasn't clean'ish, it was very old...dirty grout, OLD dingy shower head, door had been punched in and repaired (but still very obvious). Hilton needs to invest a little money into the upgrading of this hotel.

Consider that parking is extra before booking.

We booked a King bed but ended up with what appeared to be two double beds. We requested room service for breakfast but the tag was still on the door in the morning and no breakfast arrived. The iron barely worked and the bath tub would not drain. There were no bath robes. When challenged, the staff were very friendly but we will not stay at this Hotel again.

Upon check-in i was greeted by very eger and friendly staff, The hotel itself was very nice and clean, elevators were fast, They were not able to give me the king bed i had requested but the room was large. The TV could have been a bit better but everything else was consistently good.

We were a bit disappointed for a Hilton. We had some trouble with the condition of the bathroom.

This hotel was great and we will definitly be staying here again. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extreamly comfortable and the pool was great fun! You won't be disappointed with this hotel.

My experience in this Hilton Hotel in London Ontario was not good. The hotel needs major remodeling and the stuff needs major training to be more polite and know basic information about the hotel surroundings. Also the gym has to be properly managed, all the weights were missing from the stand !!!! A week ago I stayed at Hampton Inn in London Ontario which is part of the Hilton group and my experience was much much better, much better service. And it cost me about $ 60.00 less. I will never stay again at the Hilton in London Ontario.

Excellent stay! Great location though there are a lot of one ways that we always get confused on. We stay at the Hilton everytime we visit London and love the beds, they are so cozy! Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful whenever needed. Only suggestion is that if you decide to have the breakfast buffet, either get their earlier as we found the buffet not up to par with freshness. Everything else was excellent!
