Quality Inn - Tigard - تيجارد

I am a repeat "attender"! Am booking again in a week for convenience to OHSU. You can't beat the staff in personality and caring for your comfort. It's so nice to have a hotel that is clean everywhere. Just one thing: I know it gets hot, but if the fire doors are left open, the smoke from cigarettes from outside the ER door float through the halls. With the doors closed as they should be, the hallways are not at all affected.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room for the price I paid. The room was clean and neat; the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was clean and I was happy with the service and would book a room there again.

When we first checked in to our room, I noticed there wasn't a fridge or microwave, so we went back to the front desk to find out the scoop. They have some rooms without so be sure to specify when booking- Jennifer immediately assigned us another room-ez-breezy. Location is off a busy street but set away and has lots of trees in the back so you forgot its location-very quiet, never heard anyone except in the a.m. when people leaving for the day. One night we arrived a few minutes past 10pm and parked in back, once again Jennifer came to the rescue, she noticed us parking and waited for us at the door so we would have to go around to the front-Breakfast is the standard but well appreciated-Will stay here again whenever I visit my relatives.

The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet is old, the bed was comfortable and it was suitable but you could tell that the hotel is not keeping up with the competition. We have stayed at other Comfort Inn's that were a lot nicer than this one. I think they may just not be busy enough to bring in the funds to do remodeling. It is a little hard to see the sign from Hwy 99/ Pacific Highway so you need to keep your eyes peeled. The staff was friends and courteous, they had excellent hot water and the sheets/pillows were very comfortable.

For the price we got, it was a pretty good deal. It was clean, but a lot of the appliances and other such things were severely outdated, and a bit faulty. I felt as if I was breaking the bathtub's drain closer, I had to really put some effort into closing it and it even popped out at one point. Also the AC system had a big chunk of metal sticking out of it.

our stay was great. The hotel is vary clear. Service was great. Only one thing i had a problem with and it was not that big of a deal, The shower head was way to low. I am 6' tall and the shower head was at the top of my shoulders. other than that it was great and would stay agin with out any hesitation.

The Hotel was very dificult to find, but everything else was great. We will definitely book here again, now that we have found. it.

Rooms were good !!! For the price you can't go wrong.

One of the best mid-range motels that I've stayed at.

Stayed two nights and was impressed with friendly, helpful staff and size and comfort of room. Room was clean, but needed cosmetic touch up paint and carpet which showed wear. Breakfast was nice and included some protein which was appreciated as well as the waffles. Would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was closed to the freeway and very safe to park as well. There was a complimentary breakfast and even the guests at the hotel are nice and friendly. Overall a great experience. The room was a little old and heater was not as warm as I wanted to be but it was cleaned and maintained properly.

we where in town for the portland marathon, and just needed a place to sleep before, and shower after. Room was good, and the rate was very good. The customer service was outstanding, needed an extended checkout so we could shower and freshen up after our race. They allowed us to have room untill two the next day, not a single other hotel/motel would do that for us without charging us for at least a minimum of a half nights rate.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, continental breakfast, good price and great location for my work. Only complaint were that my room shared a wall with the elevator, so I could hear it through the night and the room was a bit small. Other than that it met my needs perfectly and I will be returning as I travel to the are for business 4 times a year.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Rooms could use more pictures on the wall and updated TV's. Staff was very friendly. Located close to Hwy which made it easy to get around. Decent restaurant across the street that's open 24 hrs. Not a 5 star but for the price I would stay there again.

At time of booking, stated we would have micro. & fridge., we had neither! Old cigarette burns in carpet, on bed cover, and edge of tub. Carpet not clean.On the plus side, the bedding was clean and personnel very helpful. Location excellent.

Very animal-friendly - a plus. Coffee maker switch was broken; I didn't tell them until leaving. No bar soap in room when I arrived; I obtained it. Clean, comfy bed, nice shower. Water was quite hard - they could use a softener. Very convenient location for my purposes; I'd stay again. Nice discount on my room rate which I did not anticipate. The usual OK breakfast.

Very comfortable beds - I slept like a log! Close to everything I wanted. Definitely planning on staying there again. Debbie

I enjoyed my stay here. The mattress was very comfortable, accommodations amicable, and very friendly staff. The only drawback to my stay was having a room by the stairwell. Everyone coming up and down was definitely audible. Other than that, i really enjoyed my stay!

this is one of the poorest hotels i have ever stayed in there was only aprox 6 guests on site and all 6 the management wanted to due is charge you for anynthing extra they could. obbiuosly they have failed there clientel so they have no customer base and try to make up for lack of business by charging the only customers thay have for any thing they can come up with. the pool did not state open or closed. the gates of the pool were wide open for any child women or any other to gain access and posibbly cause harm or worse drowning. there was no clause stated about a pet only that pets were accepted unitil checkout when i was charged 20$ per day for a pet that only weighed 3 lbs. on there web site it says there is refrigerators and microwave in room, what they dont tell you is they charge extra for for that ammenite. my review is never stay at this hotel is a scam thay are trying to make up for there short fall of a hotel by charging customer for anything over and above they can.

When we arrived and were given our room the tv did not work. We tried over the phone with the desk clerk to fix it to no avail we could not. The desk clerk came up and tried and could not. The Clerk decided to give us a different room, so we had to move. The rooms definitely needed updated as there were stains on furniture etc. We found that the hotel was very noisy when trying to sleep. Next day we tried to get into our room and the room key would not work. The day of our departure I went to the front desk to check out and was told I owed $40.00 for a Pet fee. When I booked the room, I asked if pets were allowed, I was told yes but was not told of a pet fee. When I checked into the hotel the front desk clerk did not tell me there was a fee. My little dog weighs a mere 4 pounds and we have traveled with him everywhere we go and have not ever been charged a fee.
