Good hotel, but one of the people at the front desk was very rude, especially after they forgot to give our guest a package that had been waiting for him the night before. They barely offered to forward the package along to his next destination and offered nothing but attitude.

Construction central, very difficult to get into hotel when driving

Nothing great, nothing terrible. I slept fine, had a hot shower, a clean room and the Internet worked. The negatives stuck out more than the positives, though: My bed didn't have a fitted sheet, which was odd. When I took the covers down, everything came with it down to the mattress. The printer in the business center needed a new cartridge in order to print. I told three different people and no one took care of the problem. I waited about 20 min and paid for printouts I never recieved. The food was pretty terrible.

Very convenient to Yul airport. Good shuttle service. Heating in room noisy. Shower cold getting in.

If you want a cheapish Sheraton by the airport this hotel is an OK option. My stay was spoilt by the incompetence of the front desk who 1. tried to put me in a room that was a lower catagory than I had booked and 2. did not respond when I complained about the broken heater / air conditioner in my room. Three complaints and absolutely no action?? The restaurant is good. There isn't much in the area and so if you are staying at the Sheraton then you'll be captive. I will be staying downtown on my next trip.

The hotel was veey nice for the price and will be ataying here again

Usually I stay at Novotel and I have no fees on wifi, parking and in morning there is a muffin/coffee and go! In general at your hotel I can tell people who are working in reception and restaurant are really nice.

good place to stay if you get in late or have an early a.m. flight. The restaurant service was horrible, and the hotel itself is laid out like a giant maze--its very confusing and it was a 10 minute walk to find my room.

Awesome plaace to stay but pretty aways from dtown... One bus to airport and a shuttle to hotel isn't that bad

The stay was overall a good experience. The room was spacious but the bathroom was a little small. I was looking forward to swimming laps in the pool but it was so crowded that I was unable to due to the popularity of it. The restaurant inside was convenient but the service was extremely slow.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Roads leading to hotel was a nightmare because of the ongoing road construction in the area!

Convenient shuttle from the airport. Helpful staff. Not much to see or do nearby.

The Sheraton was wonderful! The room was in perfect condition and the bed was so very comfortable! I had a long day of travel from London with an overnight layover in Montreal. I wanted a hotel near the airport and this was a real gem! It was modern, very nice and very clean.

This Sheraton is a good hotel. It is conveniently located at the Montreal (YUL) airport with frequent free shuttle service to the airport.

Very clean an comfortable hotel close to airport (shuttle provided). Finding our room was a little confusing as rooms are structured in a circular way.

Good location for catching an early monring flight out. The room was comfortable and clean, but over-priced given the amenities compared to other hotels (no breakfast, expensive in-hotel dining with no nearby options, no free internet). The grounds around the hotel are also a mess due to construction on neighboring properties.

It was excellent.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

Friendly staff. Difficult to find the hotel due to construction in the area. Surrounding area is a bit run down.

I moved rooms 3 times, their ac is really bad, it was 80 degrees in the room. Finally they "upgraded" me to their 4th floor club rooms, the ac was better there, still not very cold. The club rooms are next to the runway, so you will here planes landing/leaving till very late at night and very early in the morning. This was a Hilton before.

I did not mind the airport noise. it is good to see planes take off and land. Room is great very clean, very comfortable bed with good pillows. Swimming pool is good but has bad hours to close at 9:30pm it should be 12 midnight. did not like the pay for parking per night.

Unusual, but nice layout / floor plan. The rooms are on two floors in a very large ring around a central courtyard which is quite nice. Everything was clean and in good repair. The courtyard was very pleasant especially for the proximity to the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport was courteous and fast. The restaurant was ok, a bit pricy for the food served, IMHO, but normal for hotels. And there are few dinging alternatives close by, unless you shuttled over to the airport, I guess. If I needed to be near the airport again, I'd look here.

Breakfast was horrible. Excuse was You had a buffet for 200 people.

Great friendly staff,very clean hotel with all you would ever need in a hotel and more..highly recommended. If I had to find a fault,although a very small one is the location. Overall..was very satisfied

Nice hotel close to the airport. The noise from the airplanes could not be avoided thou.

Pros: Newly renovated with nice decor (previously Wyndham). Close to the airport. Shuttle service to/from airport. Friendly staff & good service. Cons: Paid Parking; Paid Internet Service; Limited Buffet Breakfast Selection; Lazy Housekeeping; Short of employees & constructions in multiple areas at the time. Problem Experienced: Upon reservation, I requested standard pillows instead of "down pillows" due to allergy. Upon arrival, it was not done. After 15 minutes and checked into the room, the house keeping only changed 2 out 4 pillows on one bed. I had to take each one out of 2 pillow cases and check for myself which ones are not "down pillows". On the other bed, nothing was done. Overall, I would give this hotel another change since it's new, clean with good service.
