Love the cabo beach bar & the apps. were great, so were the specialty drinks.. The room and bed were very comfortable, casino was fun, they got my money.. But they let me play a long time...would stay again

It was really good that the hotel is down from the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. It was easy to go to a concert and then head to the hotel afterwards. The front desk help was amazing and understanding when I got list trying to find my room. Granted room service not being 24 hours was kind of a bummer, but each floor has vending machines so it was easy to get a late night snack! Definitely going back for another stay when I can!

Stayed there during the week. Ate at their buffet good food but over priced. Casino is nice parts of it were under construction so was confusing to get around but they are improving it for the better. Room was nice and quiet hardly saw any cocktail waitresses while playing though. Use to be a harrahs and is definitely on the right track to improving the overall experience. Nothing real close so just easier to plan to stay at the hotel and casino unless you are there for a lo get period.

As casinos go it was very average at best and and well overpriced. The only reason to stay here is to gamble at there casino yet the overcharge. There are no shops or entertainment. If you have other destination options than here take them instead.

Try this hotel in the Fall of 2013. It should be ready by then. Casino is not ready yet. It will be nice by then as renovations should be finished.

The walls are a little thin so getting to sleep for me was difficult. The bed was divine! The tub was made for soaking and relaxing, towels were thick and snuggable Room service was prompt and courteous. Checked in two hours early without problem, Check out in the morning was expeditious.

I enjoy staying at this location, but I did not understand why my $50 deposit, that hit my charge card when it was swiped, did not credit me with the same urgency. They told me at the desk it would take 5 to 7 work days, really! That sucks! My room had used kleenx beside my night stand on the floor.

Nice hotel and casino. Rooms have nice flat screen tv's and are comfortable. Casino is being renovated and has areas of construction as part of the change over from Harrh's to Hollywood Casino. A nice place to stay and play, just not as upscale as the place across the river.

Hotel is nice, just difficult parking. Great if i wanted to stay a night a casino

Very comfortable and the hotel met my needs. I am not a gambler but my two sisters are. They enjoyed the casino very much.

Didn't get the smoking room i reserved. Didnt try to accommodate me. You have to pay for their "free" wifi. And to use the keyboard for their tv. It rained that night and the tv had no signal. The walls are super thin. The buffet is not worth the price. Golden Corral is cheaper with a better variety of food. The waitress never removed our dirty plates and never filled our drinks. Mqnagement could have cared less.

Great location when watching a concert at verizon wireless amphitheater.

Very nice stay

The staff I encountered were great, the room was clean and comfortable, we had dinner at the buffet, and had a ball in the casino. I would stay here again.

My mom and I drove from springfield to harrahs hotel the day before we were scheduled to depart from st louis airport. Springfield is roughly 3 hours from harrahs hotel. We arrived at 330pm and was told our room wasn't ready. We understood bc check in was at 4pm. We checked back with hotel staff frequently and finally were given the keys and in our room at 645pm. The room was hot or cold. The shower curtains were moldy. However the valet staff and the room service staff were extremely friendly. I won't stay here again. There's 8 other casinos to choose from.

I think it was way overoyuy priced.everyone had there hand out expecting money for nothing.there was a bad storm the staff at hotel never informed. Us of it! I had valet parking which should have been in a secure spot but no they park my nice undented car outside.when they have a parking which covered garage that's where it should have been.they told me it was safe..ha..its got 100a hail dents in it ...I'm really upset that it was parked out in the weather..

Good times, cheap room, friendly staff, okay casino and stuff. Fit the budget! Real close to airport, 15 minute shuttle without traffic.

The escalator was in dis- repair and out of order so had to take the elevator which smelled like pee, It also needed cleaning,The parking lot was far walk to get into the hotel but not too much you can do about that, There was not to much handicap parking,

We had a nice time at the Harrah in St. Luis, Mo. We were disappointed that there wasn't a pool. We had 2 small kids with us and there really isn't much for them to do at the hotel. So, it's great for adults, but if you have kids with you, I'd re-think staying at this hotel.

Impressive entrance with a big arch over road that says Harrah's. The bed was a little firm for our liking. We ate at Sammy's Bar and liked the Happy Hour. A big pitcher was only $5. The front of each restaurant was different and reminded me of the walkway shops and restaurants going between Bally's and Paris in Las Vegas. Also, the ceiling is painted like a sky with clouds.

I have stayed at this hotel 2X. First time in a suite and it was nice, but, overpriced. This time I stayed in a standard room and it was okay, but, the price was right. I called regardiing the business center before I arrived to eliminate travelling with my laptop to check email and the hotel confirmed one was available for hotel guests. What they omitted was the following: 1. How incovienent the BC was from guest rooms. Down to main floor, walk to casino entrance, go up an escalator, go by the buffett, walk down the length of an adjoining hallway and there it was! 2, The BC included 3 filthy chairs (think public transportation seating or a bus terminal) and one YES one) computer. The computer had a credit card slider in front of the keyboard. The cost you ask? A. A $30 minimum hold on your credit card. B. Fifty cents a minute which is $30 PER HOUR. I opted to delay because at that rate per hour they probably had it on dial up to make more money.

The room was very comfortable and clean. One of the few hotel rooms that actually looked like the picture on their web site. The front desk attendant was pleasant, as were the valet attendants. Lots of restaurant choices right in the casino, and plenty of gambling choices too. Would recommend and will be back!

Good overall stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the attached casino had plenty of tables without too much smoke. I have three complaints: 1. Unlike a number of patrons at the casino, and unlike other casinos I've visited, I didn't receive any discount coupons or complementary amenities. 2. One of the days I was there (three-night stay), room service didn't clean the room, despite my request that they return later after I left. 3. The room had a crummy view. Given the low rate and overall quality of the hotel, I'm reasonably happy with the booking.
