Staff is awesome and very helpful! Shuttle will take you to shopping and out for dinner! Love this hotel!! i was stay here when in Fort Lauderdale!

This hotel is great I stay here a couple of times of year. How they don't remember me though is strange. Only issue is the free shuttle. It is hard to get and most times you wait a long time.

Only negative was carpet in hallways could use a good vacuuming

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Not only are they surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, some of which can deliver to your room, but the service is nothing to sneeze at. Free breakfast, free shuttle to/from the airport and the nearby university, friendly staff, daily room service, all of this and more at reasonable prices you have to give it a try. I'm coming back here every time I go back to Fort Lauderdale!!

We stay quite often in the Ft Lauderdale area and found this hotel the best value and within the area of convenience for us. As we are so busy while there, the closeness to 595 and to many restaurants help us accomplish our goals. I will consider this hotel in the future.

One suggestion would be to clean the pool on a regular basis through out the day. Also, with the amount of guests at breakfast it didn't appear there was enough fruit? Staff was very professional and great to work with. Very happy with security provided

This is my second time here, the personnel, rooms were amazing, the new look is fresh and very nice. I'm planning going back to USA again this year to the same zone...and for sure I will back to this hotel.

Positioned between two malls and shopping districts. It was a pleasure staying here. Several times, my wife and I just walked to some local dining establishments that were nearby. Breakfast is good, waffle maker, cereal, scrambled egg and a daily meat (sausage,or bacon) Room with fridge and microwave was really nice as we were here for 6 days. Nice location.

This hotel is ideal for any length of stay. There is a mall across the street anchored by 4 major stores- Macy's, Dillard's, Sears,J.C. Penny's. They also have an area shuttle to take you to restaurants, Dick's Sporting Goods, pick-up at the airport, and to the cruise ship terminal ( free of charge) Breakfast is great too. The hotel clerk Shivanna is a sweet heart, very friendly and aims to please.

We enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities. It was not hard to find at all. Shuttle to and from the ship was excellent and our car stayed and was looked after. A person couldn't ask for more.

We stopped by the hotel very early on the day we returned from our cruise just to verify the reservation. The girl at the front desk scanned the rooms and found that one was already available and allowed us to check in at 10:00. She also invited us to have breakfast. I had closed my finger in the car door and she gave me ice and also made an attempt to find a charger for my nephew's cell phone. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were able to take a leisurely walk to one of our favorite restaurants.

We booked a night here prior to our cruise because they offered a complimentary shuttle. Prior to our arrival I called to ask if I needed a reservation for the shuttle and I was told no. When I checked into the hotel the night before the cruise I was told there was no room on the shuttle. They were not the least bit interested in making things right and were very rude.

No restaurant or Bar in Hotel. Hotel compensated for this by providing free shuttle to neighbor restaurants/bars and shopping. Free shuttle to/from airport and cruise terminal was a PLUS.

Very efficient and friendly. Shuttle from airport was timely and the driver was very helpful. Enjoyed the "Happy Hour" and the accomodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are nice! Room is big enough for 4 people! But be careful to the highway from Miami to here! The way that GPS shows 35 minutes took us 1.5 hours!

Facility is nice, close to shopping & restaurants. Area very good. Breakfast could have been better. "Scrambled eggs" were not appetizing. Otherwise the Waffles were best & good assortment of breads/danish.

Incredibly friendly and helpful front desk personnel, beautiful hotel, conviently close to everything. This will be my go to hotel for Plantation!!!

we had a great visit. breakfast was good. i even enjoyed getting cookies one night.

My stay at Hampton hotels was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful and the room was comfortable. The rooms were clean, and bathrooms were clean as well. The location was right for me, near to stores, close enough to the express way and surrounded by good places to eat. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Selection of the breakfast was very good.

the hotel was under renovation and did not care to put a curtain to hide the ugliness as you entered the hotel. also the lady that checked us in the first day was very rude and unpleasant; I wonder how she is still working in the service industry. the breakfast was good except for the eggs which tasted horrible. loved the complimentary tea and coffee and water. the carpet in the room needed replacing badly and the pillows on the king bed were not king pillows which would have been better. I stayed at Hampton before and liked it but this stay made me change my mind about going there again.

we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.We had stayed before and were happy to return.We had a slight problem with our internet connection,it kept dropping the signal and we had to keep calling to get reconnected.Aside from that we had a great stay..everyone was very nice and helpful.

Chose this location for a pre-cruise night stay, despite being far west of the airport and cruise port, due to a good price, free breakfast, and especially the complimentary shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port. However this was almost negated right after our arrival in Ft Lauderdale by an excessively long wait for a shuttle that was "on its way" (over the course of three calls) for close to 90 minutes. This turned out to be due to the original shuttle being held at the cruise port, but the second shuttle should have been dispatched much sooner when the problems became apparent. Ride to and from the hotel was quick, but that first experience turned me off asking to use the free shuttle service to area attractions (anything within five miles, like Sawgrass Mills). Room and overall hotel condition were good, but the location probably would have been hard to find on our own (the lack of tall signage in the area didn't help). Medium-sized mall across the street is the only spottable, easily walkable destination in the area; even the Target next to the hotel is not apparent unless you walk the ring road around the mall past it.

Nice clean room and hotel with a very good breakfast and nice location. We didnt have many complains.

wonderful breakfast & helpful staff (even helped me fix my waffle)..map given at desk for where we needed to go. just too short a stay! no time to use nice workout room, or enjoy hot tub. my ONLY beef was NO DELICIOUS hot chocolate chip cookies on the weekend (fri, sat). would consider staying again.... during the week.

Great hotel.Would definitely stay again.The shuttle service was great and available when we needed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and found it wasn't crowded. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Would definitely go there again- would also recommend to my friends. Clean. Very friendly & helpful staff. The only drawback is it is not close to some amenities such as variety store, liquor store- however I use a cane. Most people could walk there. Next door to Broward Mall. Two restaurants we tried that were very good were Padrinos and Toojays Deli. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels.

Free interent, breakfast, shuttles here & there. Lovely staff - always helpful. Highly recommend. Priced right

Hotel was awesome and close to so many things that you could walk to,a very beautiful area would defiantly reccomend this hotel.The shuttle service was great,longest wait we had for shuttles was only an hour from cruise lines but didn't mind the wait,the breakfast is great,overall was very pleased with this hotel and would stay again,would give this hotel a 5 star

The main purpose of this hotel is to cater to tourists going on a cruise. They do a great job with their shuttle and proximity to nearby restaurants and shopping.
