Hampton Inn Bridgeport - سويدسبورو

It's a little pricey but- it's worth it... there is literally no other place to stay near there. Philadelphia is close but crossing the bridge and the traffic is annoying. The Holiday inn next door is the worst. Don't even waste your time attempting it.

A very good value for the traveler.

Hotel was away from all the lights and highways just as we like it. There were a few issues with the room, but not enough to not try it again. The latch for the deadbolt wasn't working, but it still worked after checking with the desk. They would have changed my room if I'd wanted. The heating system is confusing. There's a HVAC unit in the room with a thermostat on it along with a thermostat on the wall at the other end of the room. The wall unit didn't work, but it did in the other room. And I don't appreciate having HVAC that makes it too hot then too cool, then too hot...etc. Otherwise, the room was just very nice and spacious. Good size frig, too.

As a child I was lucky to travel frequently, especially abroad. The Hampton Inn reminded me of days gone by in the hotel business. Friendly, attentive staff, spotless rooms, a welcoming lobby (in this case complete with a roaring fire) that is what I remember but have missed terribly. A hotel stay was a magical experience where you felt that for a night or two you were a welcome family member. Not anymore at most places, but at the Hampton Inn I felt that way again. Good sized room with a king bed and CLEAN linens Room size refrigerator and microwave Plenty of lighting Good sized windows Well appointed bathroom Whoever is training the staff has done a terrific job. I give The Hampton Inn Bridgeport 5 stars across the board!

What a way to start the morning- not only is the breakfast buffet amazing but being greeted with a smile by the staff in the breakfast room is a wonderful way to begin the day.

Our room was not as nice as other Hampton Hotel rooms. We were given only 2 towels so we asked for housekeeping to bring more when they cleaned the room. Instead of towels we got 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of lotion, 8 coffees, (with only 1 creamer) and still only 2 towels. There was a lot of outside noise, but we ran the fan for white noise so we could sleep. For the price, not what we expected.

This hotel was semi-clean, but my comforter smelled like body odor and had to be changed, and the cleaning staff never brought me new shower toiletries or coffee until I ran them down and specifically requested it. And I had put a request for a crib on my reservation, and there was no crib in my room when I got there, and it took them 30 minutes to fine me one. In the mean time, my daughter is having a meltdown because she is so exhausted. They also did not give me a crib sheet or a blanket for her, so the first night she had to sleep under a towel!

We moved into the Hampton from the hotel next door, where we had numerous issues from the lack of a pool, to cleanliness and mechanical issues with that hotel. The Hampton was wonderful! The staff provided us with excellent service and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well appointed, as we have found in the past with Hampton Inns.
