This is the third time i have stayed here. My daughter is going to NAU, When I come to visit her, I will continue to stay here. I would suggest this fine Hotel to anyone.

Hotel is within walking distance of NAU. Room was comfy and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good, lots of choices for everyone. Will stay there again.

We thought the Hampton Inn in Flagstaff was comfortable for our family and the breakfast was good. The employees were very nice, too. One employee who was working in the breakfast area took the time to chat with me about interesting places to take the kids. She recommended the Grand Canyon Deer Farm, noting that there were not brochures about it but that her own kids really loved it. It was a great recommendation and we had a fun time there! I was glad she took the time to talk to me about it!

Pros: Service was great, staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool was heated and indoors. Served breakfast. Fireplace. Location was nice. Oh, also the Internet. Cons: Beds not too comfortable, could hear springs. Parking was terrible, shared with restaurants. Water pressure for showers not that great.

The room was clean, the pillows could be more varied or fuller, but, otherwise, Hampton Inn if nothing else is consistent. You know what you are getting and it is good. The quality of service upon checking in was by any means exceptional. The young man at the desk was very helpful and very interested in our needs for dining and his suggestion was spot on. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn, good, if not getting boring. Infuse some local spirit into it, please. The location of the hotel if good and not bad to get to if you believe and follow the directional street signage. Do not turn on a hunch...you will go out of your way to get back and into the hotel propery. Good hotel and I would stay there again.

Friendly and professional staff. Slightly below average location with absolutely terrible parking. The family suite was ample for a family of six.

Pros: indoor pool is clean, towels were thick, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Cons: Small flat TV, window unit. I would stay here again for sure.

Beds were horrible! You can feel and hear the springs when trying to sleep. My family and I scratched all night! Why? Scarey...Got out of there as fast as we could!

Lobby was under renovation, but didn't affect my stay. Room was clean and quiet.

The Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities. The staff was most helpful. Our only problem was the snowplows going down the freeway (it seemed like every 15 minutes) all night. We were on the fourth floor, on the corner of the building closest to the freeway (Rm 401 if I recall correctly). I think guests on this corner of the building should be informed of this occurance BEFORE they check-in, when snow is predicted. It was NOT a restful night.

This hotel is a little older and the parking is almost non-existent. Yet, we always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel is close to everything we need. There is a walmart, olive garden, gas station, Kohl's and much more less than 5 minutes away. They also offer a great complimentary breakfast which is better than what some hotels charge for. Another great feature is the indoor heated pool, especially nice in the winter time. Overall we enjoy staying at this hotel and we will be back in the future.

we had a nice experience, we had arrived early, and were able to check in early, had fresh coffe in the lobby. the on ly down fall the tv had to have auto programming set every time it was turned off and the bed creaked a lot, but the bed was very comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountains with just fallen snow the night before.

The elevators are slow; other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay.

We traveled with our 3 year old in order to attend the art festival and enjoy the weather. This hotel had a great indoor pool and is very close to restaurants. The downtown flagstaff area is about 10 min drive b/c of traffic. Would stay here again.

had a great location. Beds were ok. Have stayed at many hampton's that had much better beds. Very clean and quiet. Indoor pool is awesome.

Loved the service oif the staff. The breakfast was very good. The beds however we ot very comfortable.

good place to stay, 1 hr 40 minutes from Grand Canyon. food was good.

Hotel in great location but room smelled like smoke and the walls were pealing and bathroom looked run down

Stayed here on our way to the Grand Canyon. Great location!!! But rooms were quite small for the rates. Would likely stay here again with some kind of reward points or discounted rate. They did have an excellent breakfast which our family always enjoys.

I normally really enjoy Hampton Inn and Suites, but not this one. Seemed like an older hotel that was remodeled and turned into a Hampton Inn. Room was very plain. Parking was very limited. Unable to close curtains all the way and curtain pull rod fell off. One of the main lamps had a burned out bulb. Thermostat was either on or off, no wall control unit to set temperature.

Excellent place to stay, comfortable and the breakfast was welcome! The only downside was the room was on the side of the hotel facing the freeway, so there was truck noise all day and all night long.

This was a very nice stay and convenient. The breakfast was great. I read a review that the breakfast was not worth it...wrong-o. We left not wanting anything. It was very very crowded that night and still it was great. The bed was just a bit harder than other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. But the room was very large and clean. I would stay there again in without hesitation. Right off the highway and easy to find. Great to or from the Grand Canyon.

Very nice hotel. Stayed with two other families. There were 16 of us in total. We rented 6 rooms. Everyone loved the hotel. Loved the breakfast. Kids loved the pool. All empolyees were very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

In general, Hampton Inn always meets our expectations. Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Down bedding doesn't hurt either! The lobby area of this hotel is so warm and inviting with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The computer/reading area on the 3rd floor was very relaxing and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is ample and tasty, good coffee too. All in all, Hampton Inn is a good choice in my book and this particular hotel is no exception. Great value for the price. Would readily recommend...

Our stay was for one night and all went well. Clean room, very nice complimentary breakfast (not mentioned on the website), helpful professional staff, and just a few minutes from the airport by taxi.

As part of a family trip during spring break to see the Grand Canyon we decided to stay in Flagstaff. This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn and I was surprised and impressed with everything during our stay. The hotel is in a great location with a great number of restaurants and shopping in walking distance from the hotel. The Grand Canyon was also a short 1.5 hour drive with a nice scenic route. The hotel was up to date with a nice indoor pool and spa. Their breakfast was really good and was part of the room cost. A good veriety to choose from for a continental breakfast ... Wafels, eggs, fruit salad, Danishes, veriety of breakfast drinks, etc ... I would recommend this hotel if staying in Flagstaff and look forward to trying Hampton Inns in other cities.

This was a very enjoyable stay... Top notch!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this was our worst stay. The hotel is great. The service is excellent and we really have nothing bad to say other than the fact that we had a room in the basement and the small window looked out to an area about 3' x 5'. Overall, we love this hotel, but next time we will specifically request NOT to be in the basement.

Had all the services I needed for days between trips to Grand Canyon: pool, laundry, free computer use with internet access, sauna, and a nice breakfast included. Staff was friendly and accommodating. One drawback was lack of shuttle service to airport.
