THE POOL CAN BE MORE MAINTEINED, IT WAS DIRTY SO WE COULD GO FOR A SWIMMING

The hotel has seen a good deal of wear and tear and could use an update. But it isn't falling apart or anything. The pool and fitness center were quite nice. The room was comfortable enough. It was a Friday night and there were some noises but nothing unacceptable. The location near the Florida Mall was wonderful and the price was quite appropriate. We are likely to return. Unfortunately there was no in room safe (you must give your valuables to the front desk so that they can put them in the safe there). This gave us quite a bit of worry. Also the included information about the area in their in room booklet did not include any phone numbers for taxi companies.

Stayed here one night prior to catching flight home early next morning. Only complaint would be the air conditioner which was very noisy. Everything else was excellent.

We stayed here for a night prior to our flight out the next day. We liked the convenient location - not to close but not too far from the airport and the proximity to the Florida Mall. The room was good but I found the bed a bit too soft for my liking. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I like their wifi, free n speedy 20 min walking distance to Florida mall would be hard during mid night and in rain Near waffle house that the waffles r tasty

The room was a bit noisy and picked up alot of the ambient sounds throughout the area. The staff was most helpful and courteous.

I enjoyed the hotel, but was disappointed there weren't eggs served with the breakfast. In the breakfast picture those are french toast sticks instead, once again very disapointing. But most hotels don't serve eggs anyway LOL.

Clean room

Front Desk staff looked tired wasn't in mood to welcome guest neither wanted to help in providing proper room.

The Hampton Inn was really clean. A little tricky turning into driveway when crossing over from the opposite side of the roadway. Alot of traffic.

Safe hotel.It has the typical heating/cooling unit in room which is noisy.Also no business center on site.

This my favorite in Orlando for this price-range. Location couldn't be better. Walking distance from Florida Mall and many other restaurants, and stores. Can't beat this location from a convenience perspective. Price is great and hotel is nice and clean. Free breakfast is always a nice perk.

Rooms were very clean, Breakfast was better than average, Check-in and Check-out were quick and painless. I would stay again without question

Next to the Florida Mall, Close to other Mall, Close to the Airport. Full internet wifi. Good Breakfast, good service, good location.

We love Hampton Inn but this one by the Florida Mall is not the same quality as the other Hampton Inn we stayed at. The room we stayed in had a smoky room smell and when we asked for a room change, they said they were fully booked. I would not recommend staying at this specific Hampton Inn.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast included which was very close to the Florida Convention Center and Florida Mall. I was very pleased as in the past this area was run down, but it was very nice.

We chose Hampton because of our previous stays with this chain, and we were not disappointed with this one either. The service and accomodations were good and the breakfast just right. We were picking up folks at the airport the next morning and we found that we were actually further from the airport than we were led to believe from the name (Hampton - Airport) but we just left about 15 minutes earlier than we had planned. (We found Pete in the little restaurant next door was also very cordial.)

Clean room, clean ammenities, very convenenient location.

My wife and I stayed overnight after spending a day at seaworld. The hotel was in a convenient location for us, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and health club. We would recommend Hampton Inn, and would stay at this hotel again.

We were in Orlando for 5 days on business and could not have been happier with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We will be back whenever we need to be in Orlando.

The staff where helpful in getting directions to local area and the Hotel was very clean.

convient location to airport. Easy to find. comfortable and reasonable price. nice breakfast. will stay again

Our 3-night stay at this hotel was ok. Since the hotel is in Orlando / Disneyworld area there were a lot of families with young children in the hotel. Many families did not monitor their children so they were running and screaming in the hallways well into the night. I had to go out into the hallway myself to let them know others were trying to sleep and they needed to get into their rooms. Apparently there is no "quiet time" in the hotel. The breakfast was not as tasty and appealing as the photos appeared.

I choose this hotel mainly for its close location to Orlando airport plus that the family wanted to do shopping at Florida Mall which is really close. Just a few minutes with the car. The hotel fulfills it purpose of cost efficient over night stay. The room had plenty of space, we had two queen beds. Beds were comfortable. Free wireless internet works good. The staff was frendly. The only negative I have about this hotel is that the breafast was very basic. For example no bacon and the orange juice isn't really juice. It is just an orange fruit drink with plenty of sugar. They did provide stronger coffe which is a bless for us Europeans... Breakfast is free though. But I got better free breakfast at other hotel in this price range in Orlando. I would probably choose Hampton chain again for cost efficient over night stay. I liked the price and the room, good value for money.

This place is neat and located in a very convenient location. Its close to all attractions and yeah you don't have to pay toll to visit Disney parks or Sea World. The staff is helpful although I was a little disappointed with the night time reception staff. I asked them for directions to Disney and all he told me was to pick a flier from the holder. I asked for directions to Sea World another morning and the front desk guy was nice and handed me a paper that listed directions from this hotel. Isn't that convenient? I am sure they should have the same for Disney, if not they should keep one or let the staff know its part of their responsibility. Overall a great experience except for this small glitch.

The hotel was nice and clean, I would stay there again and the price was good.

The room was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast good - absolutely nothing to complain about.

the hotel was great. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Check in process very easy, and check out not necessary. A final bill is slipped under the door early morning of your departure. The free breakfast was great. The only downfall to this hotel is the beds were WAY too soft. The matress felt like it sunk down when you got in it. My husband and I slept in separate beds so there was less weight on each mattress. Otherwise, I recommend it!!

The hotel is closed to most amenities. very near a greatt mall-Florida Mall. The services and the staff are very pleasant especially the breakfast room- staff and food are very commendable.

Comfortable hotel next to Florida Mall. Convenient for most things including outlet Mall close by.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location to surrounding attractions. Good breakfast variety - omelets, potatoes, bacon, cereals, pastries, drinks. Nice and quite on top level rooms. Would stay here again. No problems during our stay.

What a great value for a hotel close to the airport for an early morning meeting with ease access to the highway!
