Our road travel hotel of choice from now on. Nothing to complain about. Great customer service. Very generous with breakfast and treats througout the day. Many hotel amenities. Close to freeway exits for easy access. Rooms clean and roomy. Comfy beds.

Great location - great rate booked within 5 hrs. Called hotel with various questions and received great assistance from the employee on the desk. Pleasant decor, comfortable room and breakfast was good with great coffee! Will stay again!

The Hampton's location is great if you are attending an event at the CajunDome. Less than 10i minutes from hotel to dome.

Best part about this Hampton Inn was the friendly staff, comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. Breakfast was quite good with hot item choices. Carpet in room was truly awful but is slated to be replaced. I was glad I had brought air freshener with me.

I think the experience was very good and the staff professional. However, I did receive a receipt upon checking out and was told that I could get a receipt online. I certainly did not agree with that at all. Therefore, I think the check in and out service should be handle differently. As of this date, I don't know my final charges, if any, nor if I qualified for my points to HHonors. NOT Good At All.

Checked in around Midnight after being on the road all day. Walked in room smelled like someone had died in there. Beds must have been made by a 4yr old and rock hard. Hotel sit next to on ramp of interstate sounds of trucks all night. By far the worst Hampton I've ever stayed in.

I travel every week on business and wanted to find a hotel within my limits and found this one. The staff was quick and attentive. I enjoyed my stay and will stay at this location again

I found it conveniently inconvenient. The hotel was located right off I-10 but was oddly placed and was a little awkward to reach. The staff is aloof to most of the customers, but polite when approached. The room I booked was small, but cozy. The bathroom was nicely decorated. The pool was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Nothing really stood out about this location except for the hallway temperature. I'm from a colder state (snowy and breezy) but even I got chills. Good value for price, but don't expect anything extra.

Good location for travel in the Lafayette area. Hotel site is well-kept with strategically placed security cameras. I was impressed that the card entry locks on the doors worked exceptionally well. The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though the appearance was generally inviting, housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to cleaning corners and places not in clear view.

This was not a vacation or business trip, Step-dad passed away Tuesday and burial was on Saturday. The stay at your hotel was comfortable and quiet. Have stayed in this Hampton Inn before and I will continue to do so. We had stayed in one particular room on the first floor and it is no longer available - converted into a exercise room ;-) Personnel were very kind.

overall it was one of the better hotels on our trip

we only stayed for one night. the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave in the morning. We accidentally left our laptop in the room when we checked out, my husband called and they shipped it to us the very next day.

Nice hotel, rooms clean, beds are the real winner in these hotels(very comfortable).

We were only at the Hampton Inn in Scott Louisiana for a short period of time, but all our needs were met satisfactorily. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the two employees that we dealt with were professional and courteous. I would stay at this hotel again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth and helpfulness of the hotel staff, the nicely stocked breakfast, and the nice touch of the happy hour. We will no doubt stay here again when we come to Lafayette!

Very clean property, staff personable and geared to to the buisness traveler. Food well cooked and plentiful @ breakfast & evening. A larger buisness area would be nice but a computer was available, just in the public eating area of the hotel. Would suggest for any and all.

Hotel was just off I-10 and very easy access/parking. Frankly, I would question the 2.5 star rating on this hotel. Compared to other places in Lafayette, I would go at least 3-3.5. Free breakfast was really very good with good selection.

Everything was pleasant about this hotel. Upon check -in the front desk staff was extremely quick and very polite. My original room was a bit stuffy, but staff immediately resolved this issue. Within minutes, I was moved to another room right across the hall from me. The breakfast was great, and the location is right near the interstate; however I did not hear the noise from the interstate, very quiet. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on our way to Destin. The hotel was clean, reasonably quiet (we were on the first floor and very close to the lobby), and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great, they had a good variety of items and were constantly refreshing it. For the price, it was a very good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
