I would live here, if I could afford it.

on a bisiness trip for one night, I got a room that was on the 2nd floor across from the housekeeping room, over looked the roof with all the AC units operating, and the noise was so loud, management never called me back when I complained to the front desk. when I asked if hotel was full they replied no, and I asked why was this room ever booked for a guest then! no response. Hyatt chain will be the last one I choose for a business trip.

The woman at the front desk was rude with a bit of attitude to my girlfriend and wouldn't let her check in because she didn't have MY credit card. The room was PAID in FULL and my girlfriends name was on the registry because we knew she would arrive before me. She also had the confirmation email as well. The woman at the front desk wouldn't let my girlfriend user her credit card for incidentals or check in. Not a good Valentine's day when I arrive to find her still waiting in the lobby. The man I spoke with stated that she should have been let to check in.

The location was excellent everything was within. Walking distance..I did originally ask for a king bed and received two doubles so that wasn't what was planned but it was ok.. I got the room for my good friend and he really enjoyed it as well.. Being able to park in Parkin structure for free and not be charged was awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff .. Look forward to visiting it again soon..

We use the banquet rooms & regular rooms each year and are always taken care of in the most professional way.

On the surface the hotel looks great and is in a great location. However, our room smelled smokey and a closer look at some of the finishings in the hotel showed it was very shipshod... the cover on the ironing board was frayed and ripped... something cheap and easy to fix yet left like it was... Yes, I would recommend this hotel, the heated pool and hot tub were great, the fire area was great the lobby looks impressive and grand.

Overall a very nice hotel. Main complaint was the king beds were too short, my feet kept hanging over the bottom of the bed. Husband had the same problem, I am only 5" 6 and my husband is 5" 11. Locations was really nice. Felt safe to go for a walk at night and many places available to walk to for drinks or eating. Hotel was pretty clean but hall carpet could be cleaned more and the halls were always smelly. Pool and hot tub was nice but only op[ened until 10 pm. and well enforced to get out on time. Even when it was just us and we were not making any noise.

very confortable hotel.Close to shopping mall and town center.Good place for six flags magic mountain (shuttle)

The room was very nice and had pleasant employees, and most convient to Magic Mountain

Everything was perfect. No issues or hassles. Very courteous staff. The only criticism is like all Med price hotels, they charge u for every little thing. Internet prices were ridiculous. Coffee was 2 bucks. I would stay again, if needed.

My stay was amazing.... I had a first class seat for the 4th of July Fireworks from my hotel room. It was such an unplanned treat. Eddie in room service was the best server ever! I highly recommend this hotel!

WHEN I WAS FIRST LOOKING FOR A HOTEL TO STAY AT FOR MY SON'S WEDDING I WAS LOOKING FOR A FOUR STAR OR BETTER. I FOUND THE HYATT REGENCY IN VALENCIA. I BOOKED IT THROUGH HOTEL'S .COM AS USUAL . BOTH ROOMS 1 WITH A KING AND 1 WITH 2 FULL BEDS BOTH ROOMS WITH A POOL VIEW. WHAT I GOT WAS A VIEW OF THE PARKING LOT WITH BOTH ROOMS, THE VALET PARKING ATTENDANT WAS ALSO THE BELLMAN AND BREAKFAST BUFFET WHICH WAS $38.00 FOR THE BRUNCH AND $18.00 FOR THE BREAKFAST WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER SPENT AT Mc DONALDS. THE SCRAMBLED EGGS WERE CLUMPY, THE SAUSAGE WAS GREASY AND HAD NO FLAVOR, AND THE BACON WAS OF INFERIOR QUALITY, YOU WOULD THINK AT LEAST THE COFFEE WOULD TASTE GOOD RIGHT?? WRONG THAT WAS BAD TOO!!!! THE CHEF NEEDS TO GO BACK TO CHEF SCHOOL!!.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were large, comfortable. Bed was a little bumpy. Overall, wonderful stay. And the restaurant was excellent. Loved sitting outside eating. And, terrific fitness center. Maids were very attentive. We will go back!!

The hotel itself was amazingly quiet and peaceful. With an excellent bar and restaurant. Location was also prefect with a mall across the street and plenty of hang out spots including fancy and casual eateries. would definitely recommend.

The hotel stay was perfect, with two minor exceptions. A) The 24 hour fitness room has not air control , since it is small, your workout breathing is effected by lack of fresh air flow. It can get gamey in there. B) The breakfast help was odd. I was seated so far from the buffet that I didnt know they had one. I was also seated at a tiny table away from windows. Yet the place only had about 6 customers seated. I walked looking for the buffet, I moved and the buffet food was cold even though it was only 10AM. So something is odd there. JUst a bad day in the restaurant?

The room we were in was really nice. Luxurious, clean and large. It smelled really good too. Not like that spray that some motels use that gives me a soar throat and headache. Smelled faint like Bath and Body Shop fragrance. We were there for an event so it did not matter that we were overlooking the roof.

I had a great experience here. I took my daughter to Magic Mountain for the Super Bowl for a little father/daughter time. We had a quiet room over looking the golf course, and had a nice breakfast downstairs. It had a great proximity to Magic Mountain (two miles), and had great food and shopping across the street. Free parking was a huge plus! I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a nice location and the staff was friendly enough. The reception area and the restaurant was attractive. The room itself was less than desirable. It was small. The bathroom had no ventilation at all, and the cleanliness was sub-par. The coffee maker did not work. The iron was missing, although the staff was quick to replace it when we complained. We found our stay at the hotel to be disappointing.

This hotel was a quick pick because I got stuck in LA due to snow closures on the Grapevine. It was a little hard to find but worth it. The customer service was excellent. Due to the storm the Direct TV service went out so they comped my dinner. The staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again if I'm stuck in LA.

We stopped here both going to and coming back from visiting relatives in Las Vegas to break up our trip, and we really like this hotel. Great location, my daughter and I loved the pool and spa, good room service, helpful staff. As a bonus, good restaurants and shopping are just a few blocks away.

I stayed at two hotels on my vacation since the two places I was visiting were far apart. LA, go figure. The first was a Best Western in Hollywood, and the second was the Hyatt in Valencia. I expected the Hyatt to be a much better experience, but man was I fooled. This is the second time the Hyatt has been a disappointing experience, and will likely be my last time checking in to one of these hotels. The problem?... the bed. This is the most important thing in a hotel to me, besides the obvious of quiet, cleanliness, and safety. After all, I'm not one to go on vacation to sit in a lobby. However this is where Hyatt appears to spend all their money. The lobby was very fancy, the door men were very attentive, mostly to try and get tips, and the room service was on time, and quite decent, however they also seem to try and nickel and dime you, asking for more than the standard tipping as they already charged you 18% on the bill, but hide it in small print. Back to the real problem. The bed we were given actually sagged. It was so old, it was actually worn out. It had cheap sheets on it, that felt like paper and were loud as you brushed against them. They didn't even bother to put fitted sheets on it either. The mattress sheet was just another sheet laying over the mattress, so as you slept, it would bunch up and leave you sleeping on a bunch of wrinkled up sheets and bare mattress. I hardly slept both nights I stayed here. To make matters worse, when I complained about it upon checking out, the guy behind the counter actually made some joke, "What? do you sleep on some super bed like a NASA bed or something?" and didn't offer me anything in compensation. Once again Hyatt, you let me down. I do not recommend staying at these over-rated hotels. Between the nickel and diming, and the crappy beds, I've had it.

Maybe some parking garage security would have helped me feel more secure, let's just say there was some "activity" out there. There was some mold in the shower caulking and the light in the entryway to our room didn't work and looked as though there was something crusty all over it. Free wi-fi would be nice (was ten bucks), but a decent, mostly-clean hotel all in all. I would stay again.

We loved the location. Lots of shops and very close to Six Flags Magic Mountain.

LA can be a difficult place to pick a hotel, but this was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I am a business person who travels quite a bit...i would defnitely stay here again.

Just had a lovely 1 night stay at the Hyatt Valencia, Ca. This is a classy hotel situated perfectly in the city of Valencia next to Santa Clarita is a great value. We parked the car and walked into town/mall area for a great evening. Wine tasting, restaurants and movie theatre within walking distance. Great hotel and pool. Perfect for a short break!

i loved it

The Hyatt in Valencia is perfectly located. We walked across the street to the Salt Creek Grille restaurant for dinner and wandered around. The hotel is a very nicely maintained property. The room was great and clean. Hotel staff were very well trained, pleasant, accomodating, helpful. Thumbs up!

Great room and amenities. Ideally located.

This hotel was clean, the team was more then polite and professional! Quite large room. After staying at many hotels this summer (20+) this was the best one. Slept great no issues, clean, quite and the staff was awesome! Plus hotels.com was great to book with much better the those other services!
