They think of everything in this place, great restaurant, free laundry facilities, good hours on the bar, pool, hot tub clean. This is just a great place!

Short two day vacation with family. The hotel is beautiful and even though there were several events happening that weekend, the hotel was quiet and common areas were not crowded. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Will stay at this hotel again

It is great my boss always stays here.

Very nice stay. Fitness center and pool quite spacious and clean.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating (my husband forgot his razor & I went to the gift shop to buy one, they just gave us complimentary razors) and the hotel was in a great location. My only complaint is that our room was directly above the bar - really noisy! So, when making your reservation, request a room, far, far away from the bar! Other than that, it was very nice.

I loved staying at the Heathman. When we walked into the hotel lobby, a pianist was playing and the setting was beautiful. The room was very nice and I loved the coffee machine with great choices of coffee. The surrounding neighborhood had great shopping and restaurant choices. The pond in the front of the hotel was full of enormous gold fish which was a highlight for my kids! I would definitely recommend this place to stay!!

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and very pleasant. The only major downfall was that the beds were very stiff, and not comfortable.

On our way to Southern Oregon from Seattle this was the perfect stop for an overnight stay. Dinner and breakfast in the hotels restaurant was wonderful!

The pool was not as big as implied.. no even enough to do laps. The menu was pretentious, and they put either walnuts or shell fish on everything. I was unimpressed with the food. $14 for the cheese platter (4 slices of cheese, of sausage some pate' and 3 crackers) are you kidding me? The staff was very nice and did well with my service dog.

For the price tag of a night's stay I don't expect unmuffled hallway sounds (I could hear every person who walked to the elevator, every footfall and their conversations clearly) and either there was an elephant in the room above me or there is subpar sound insulation. I also had to walk in my towels from the pool back to the elevator which is directly across from their open restaurant. So, that was a tad embarrassing. I also waited an hour for a very simple bread and soup room service order that still cost nearly $20. Will not be staying here again. Oh, and they do not have HBO as advertised and the channel guides they provide are wrong. It's little things that culminate in a subpar stay also.

The beds went not comfortable at all. Bathtub was small and hair dryer quit working multiple times. Not worth the money compared to others. The foyer was pleasant but the rest was not so much.

Loved it! We stayed there for one night with another young family next door. The rooms had a Pac NW cabin feeling, even though you were in the heart of Vancouver. Great pool and nice hottub. Lovely rooms and lots of space. Will definitely stay again. Great room service and awesome food. The restaurant was very nice, but looked like it was more for adults versus kids so that is why we ordered room service.

When we first arrived, I was worried that the noise from the piano, the bar and the restaurant would make it difficult to sleep - but in our room on the 3rd floor we could hear nothing - and we enjoyed a quiet night in our very clean and comfortable room.

The Heathman was just wonderful -- warm, inviting, very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Hudson restaurant offered excellent food and great service. The room was large and well furnished -- the rustic theme is carried throughout the hotel from the large lobby (rockers in front of the fireplace!) to the upper floors and rooms. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Toilet started running in the middle of the night intermittently - woke us several times. Worst was after a night of poor sleep the coffee pot wouldn't work. Other than that, the room was fine. The bar was loud, however, so we took our way overpriced drinks upstairs.

This was a nice place to stay, it reminded me of the mountains.

Yes, the lodge is close to the shopping mall and all msut-see sights in Vancouver and Portland.... The restaurant is a great place to unwind and relax...

This was a fabulous one night business stay...Would love to have had time to stay longer. Pub is awesome with great food!

In Vancouver, WA for a wedding with seemingly limited options for a high-end hotel. Surprised to find this gem with amenities that many higher-end hotels lack. - easily-accessible outlets galore for gadgets and such that very hotel room should have with no need to move furniture or unplug lights - in-room single-serve coffee machine - large, walk-in shower (who uses a tub in a hotel?) - better than average toiletries - EZ to disinfect TV remote - free espresso and coffee drinks at front desk - very pleasant staff

I havd heard abouth this hotel but always found it pricy. We steaded on the weekend to take advanage of the lower rate. The hotel was clean and staff freindly. We found the restaurant to have exellent sellections and a very good dinner. However, the room was cramped with only one soft chair not facing the flat screen TV. The temepture of the hall ways was very warm and thus the room was very warm. It was November but we had to run the AC to maitain comfortable. Probably find sonething else next time we are in Vancouver.

We had a great two night stay for a trip to Mt. St. Helens and plan to stay again. Our room was spacious and quiet and had several ammenities such as a microwave and fridge that we weren't expecting. We ate a number of meals in the bar and dining room and found the NW decor and menu a treat. The bar was full during Happy Hour both nights but we happily found room to relax and enjoy the live piano entertainment and fun HH specials.

Nice hotel, rustic but elegant. Food in restaurant was good, expensive, but good. Room was comfy, the location of the hotel is away from traffic. having the balcony off the room was nice. Had to ask for extra towels, as there was only 1 in the room. otherwise, service was great.

Very pleased with overall value. Room was fresh and clean. Nothing too fancy but VERY comfortable! Would highly reccomend this hotel. Great food at the restaurant too...

The building was a cool design. The desk staff were enthusiastic. The room was not cleaned sufficiently, there were used dirty towels in the bathroom. We called the front desk at night to ask for clean towels sent up so we could shower before going to bed but they never arrived. Early in the morning we could hear the people in the room above us (we were on the 3rd floor). The food in the restaurant was terrible and we gave them many chances. The food was served cold for dinner and for breakfast. Cold slimy oatmeal turned me off. I walked it back to the kitchen to ask them to microwave it to heat it because the waitress didnt check back but all they did was serve me another fresh cold bowl. Evidently the food warmer wasnt working. The location was good, close to anything we wanted.

Interesting but fun place! (enough) safe parking. Housekeeping isn't doing a great job. If you have your room as 'busy' the time they stop by they won't come back the rest of the day but besides that the hotel does well with big rooms and attentive young staff. Close to Portland and alot of restaurants/fastfood places around the hotel for a quick bite if needed.

It was a great trip. St Helens is absolutely a breathtaking experience. This hotel was an appropriate stay for such a trip. It has a rustic feeling to it, and the restaurant serves very good food.

Loved the Keurig coffeemaker in our room and the Pendleton wall hangings and Pendleton bed throw were lovely touches.

It's a motel, but feels like a Lodge. Lovely timbers. Large room. Comfortable furnishings. Good price.

Being in construction for over 35 years I tend to critique buildings I visit. Heathman Lodge impressed me with the quality of workmanship an finishes. Service was excellent , especially front desk clerk Jack. he was extremely professional and helpful. The deluxe king room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Everything was in great condition. The HVAC unit was a typical wall unit but with the wall thermostat it kept the room temperature just right . The unit was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

I have to say the staff was on top of it!! I asked for pillows and they called my room 2 times to make sure I got them!! Had dinner at the grill and it was very good !!

I really enjoyed staying at the Heathman Lodge. It was easily accessible from I205 and nestled away from the hussle and bussle of the local mall and eateries. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, a quick and easy getaway from our day to day lives to be alone with one another. We got a free upgrade to the 4th floor "business level" where there was complimentary breakfast the next morning. The staff was nice and friendly and provided everything we needed for a comfy stay "wine opener delivery to room and wine glasses from the bar" The restaurant was top quality and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the "rustic" theme put on by the hotel but all the modern amenities were included (marble bathroom, kohler fixtures) We will certainly return to swim in the pool and use the sauna.

I was very impressed with the service, staff is friendly, the place is beutifull reminds me of a large cabin in the mountains, plenty of elevators, you don't have to wait for elevator access. i would recomend this location, GREAT PLACE I would definetely come back

It was beautiful! We were upgraded to the top balcony where our room/bed was scattered with rose petals and roses, chocolates, balloons and a bottle of their hudson merlot. It was fabulous and very romantic. I took a nice relaxing bubble bath in the morning while watching TV. We had breakfast at Hudson's in the morning and it was wonderful as usual. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice, modern, clean hotel with great ambience. The hotel lis in Vancouver, and not more than ten minutes out of Portland - easy to connect to and much cheaper than staying downtown.
