The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant...great stay for the money

Everything you'd want all in one place. Got a deal on the buffet for having the players card. I would have liked to stay here longer. Everyone we encountered here were friendly, making for a great atmosphere. Hotel was a ways off the strip but I felt it was way worth the price we paid.

Once we were registered and found our room from the parking lot, we were very satisfied. Up to that point, getting parked to register was very difficult to understand. There were no slots to park while we went in to register. The lanes outside the Registration Office were full of cars. The clerk at the registration desk was informed of my displeasure and she was apologetic. While this was a first visit, we feel we will stay at Sam's Town again in the future. It is hoped something will be done to alleviate the problem.

I was sick and exhausted when I arrived. I immediately felt comforted by the awesome "atrium" where some of the rooms faced. Very refreshing. I went to my room and collapsed for the next 19 hours. Quiet, clean and I'm sorry I missed the water show. THAT'S why I'll be back.

I was very impressed with the room and hotel. We arrived late and was pleasantly surprised to find restaurants still open in the hotel. There are so many available activities that make this an excellent location for families. The rooms are large and clean. Very convenient and easy to get to the strip. Excellent value. I would definitely stay here again and bring the kids next time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sam's Town. This was my first time staying here.The hotel is really nice. My room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My friends and I ate at the Fridays restaurant located in the hotel, food was great and they offer room service which we loved as well. The casino is great, lots of fun slot machines. The hotel has a movie theatre as well which I thought was a great bonus. The hotel atrium is so beautiful, filled with trees and lights and the colorful waterfall. My room looked out into the atrium and the view was amazing.This hotel is not too far from the strip we took a cab and the hotel offers shuttle service to the strip. I would reccomend this hotel to all, I will be sure to stay here again.

They upgraded me to a suite! No charge! it was great!

It was better than stratosphere. I would like to recommand this hotel.

We travel with our 8 months old boy and we was looking for hotel away from strip .The room was very dusty and the room need some update tv was very old and phone wasn't working at all.The water show they have in the hotel was soooooo load they need to turn it little down not just because we were staying with baby.But overall the experience of the hotel was good.

Always enjoy staying there, it's convenient for my purpose and very inexpensive.

I realize that what I found in my "clean" hotel room was probably not seen by the housekeeper who "cleaned" my room before I arrived, but, sorry, I can't help but give the lower rating because of it. Let's just say it was balled up in a bag behind the toilet paper dispenser....truthfully, the housekeeper SHOULD have seen it. Additionally, the sink had coffee(?) or soda spill spots around it that I easily wiped off myself.... So, maybe it was just that particular housekeeper? The bed was hard as a rock, and I had a restless two nights. Other than that....it was good for the price!

Was diappointed that they did not provide free wi-fi but other wise very nice

My first room was horrible. It was next to an electrical room so the wall vibrated the bed headboard and there was a humming noise. Flood lights shined right into our room. Newly remodeled was hit and miss. One bed nice new mattress other bed, springs practicaly poking out. Tv, old 17". Spoke to one rep. who did nothing, spoke with mgr, who said she could move up to another room the next day. When I went to get keys, mgr gone and no notes were left. Finally got new room, asked rep. to have mgr call. Rep called back to check, when asked if they could offer anything for inconveience he whispered and then told me NO! (Mgr was next to him but couldnt call?). Called Hotels.com and service rep called hotel and would not help him either. Hotels.com was kind enough to send me a discount coupon. I would NOT stay at Sams Town ever again, nor recommend the hotel to anyone else. Spoke with independent vendors in hotel and was told by many that the hotel staff just dont care about their guest.

I didn't like the fact that the fee for the hotel key was charge after and not included in the hotel price but othe then that it was great.

Very nice stay for our family. We enjoyed having everything we needed in one place. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping responded quickly when we called. Front desk staff were good. Good place to stay for a family.

My stay at this hotel excellent, and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel it to my friends.

First time to Las Vegas. Was really clean. The gardens in the middle of the casino was amazing. Thought is was really nice.

I always wind up booking at Sam Town's when in Vegas just because I know the room will always be clean and spacious and ridiculously inexpensive. I take the savings and lose it at the $3 blackjack table!

The whole place is fun! The only bad thing was that the hot tub jets need repaired but the pool was wonderful. The room was clean and ready when we arrived early. The staff are so wonderful and the buffett food was the best.

Excellent as always. great rates, greate service, great rooms!

We were very surprised at how well everything looked. The casino smelled very clean and not smoky. The room and bed were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Washer and dryer were listed but none could be found in hotel. Had to go to laundermat

Great place to stay if you have kids. There is lots of stuff for the kids to do, and the casino is separate enough that you can let your teenagers roam without worry. We have stayed here many times when the kids are with us and will continue to do so!!

Great place to take family, they have everything in one location and the restaurants and buffet is excellent.

Wish it was closer to I-15. Besides that it was a good value for the money. I would stay there again.

While it was an older crowd, the hotel was excellent! I chose it because of the proximity to Stallion Mountain Golf Club (which was also terrific and a huge value), and while the neighborhood was strip malls, it was so close to the golf course and also offered shuttles to the strip and the airport for NO charge! Buffet was excellent, flat screen tv, new decor inside and very quiet so for under $30 including resort fees, I could not have asked for more! Thanks to the team, including the no hassle/no charge late check out which let me get in another round of golf! Will stay here again next trip!

This was my third stay at Sam's town over the past 15 years. The hotel has not changed a lot, except it has gotten older, and I am pretty sure they still have the same beds as they did 15 years ago. I could not get comfortable on the beds, they need to be replaced! The atrium continues to be great, and the restaurants are very good. The casino is focused on the older crowd and locals. Mostly slot machines and video poker, very few tables. I would estimate the average age of the patrons was close to 70. I am pretty sure this will be the last time I stay at Sam's Town, I will likely stay closer to the Strip from now on (Sam's town is about 10 miles away from the Strip)

The hotel is nice, low key and the room was clean and comfortable. The price was right and the buffet was very good (and we don't usually like buffets). I will stay here again!

Targeted for family or mature adults that don't care for the wild party on the Vegas strip. This is the perfect getaway with a reasonable pricetag. A slight smell of smoke in the casino, however, very clean. Good service for drinks. This is where the locals go. The room was clean, updated comfortable beds, great shower. Flatscreen TV. Could hear through the halls at times, doors opening and closing. Once asleep, it was ok. I didn't mind not having coffee pot in room since I like Dunkin Donuts that was open 24/7. The Hotel atmosphere is beautiful with several dining options. Very clean. The buffet was acceptable, but the quality of food, just average, with variety of food to pick from though. Bowling, movie show, outside pool, light show all great. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel shuttle does take you to the strip, however, doesn't stay open very late. You'd have to take taxi home if you're a night owl. I would stay here again for the price. A good value for your money. Not for young adults that like to be where all the action is of the true Vegas.
