Really clean... Very happy

i booked a non smoking room but the room i was assigned smell too much to smoke. The smell in the corridors was like that also.

kind of noisy for airplanes, but great room and hotel, big breakfast

my stay at la quinta was very pleasant. the only thing that was very desapointing was the breakfast. It was like the worst breakfast ever. They should not mention that they have a complentary breakfast because what they offer doesn't even come near a breakfast. they only got some toast juice a waffle maker machine wich makes the worst waffels ever.Other then that it was a good hotel. there are alot of malls and other restaurants in the area. the room was super. so despite the nasty breakfast i give it a excellent rating.

Generally very pleasant though it took a while for the shuttle bus to arrive. As a single female travelling late at night it is a bit unnerving . Travellers need to be aware that the hotel has 2 other subsidiaries that carry the same name- it would help if the buses could indicate north or west for easy identification.

Hotel was good.HOWEVER, after a day of travel I had to wait 1 hour 35 mins. at Miami airport for a courtesy bus!!! When I arrived I was advised basically that it was my fault as I should have called the hotel! There is nothing on your literature that states that. As a result of that inconvenience I will never choose this hotel again on my frequent visits to Miami. Sad really as your property is good. Harriet

Very satisfied- hotel clean and pleasant surrounding close to the airport to drop off or pick up friends - plenty of parking.This was our second time there and we plan to get back to this place whenever we have to stay in Miami

The price is too high.

The tolets are small -

NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AT 6AM ON THE WEEKENDS, NOT EVEN COFFEE. Shuttle on an hourly basis is too long for pickup/dropoff.

Reasonable, quiet. however initially it was difficult to find. Tucked in an industrial area. I could see it would be wonderfully located for business travellers. Average and clean, continental breakfast was fine. Good for business traveller.

A place to sleep for a night but would not recommend for a longer stay.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Their smiles and simple kindnesses mean more than any of the other rating criteria.

Hotel was good, room was comfortable, clean and fresh. It is not very close to airport but they had shuttle service which takes around 30min to reach hotel from airport.

I have been choosing this hotel many times in the past. Location, price and service quality were big. But this last time I saw a deteriorated service. For my checking inn no room were available until 3:30 pm. Other people had to wait even more. At night, the parking lot was full and had to park at an adyacent mall.

Room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk very helpful when I became ill getting us a taxi and showing us where to go, and holding our room and luggage for us until we could return. But the shuttle service from the airport was terrible. We waited an hour and a half for the ride.

Stayed with my 13 yr old son,two nights,great breakfast,loved the pool,restaurants nearby,ample parking,will stay again on flight home

La Quinta is always a good choice for a quick stay, it does not have room service or similar services as other hotel chains, but the rooms and the hotel itself provide good quality lodging. Breakfast is free and this particular hotel also offers shuttle services to the airport. They need to improve the people skills of the front desk employees though, compared to the way Hilton or Marriott employees treat you, definitely there is a difference.

Hi, My son and I travelled down to Miami for an NFL game. Room was great, but when I tried to print boarding passes in the morning, the public machine was extremely slow. I was not able to print and kept getting timed out. Other than that, other amenities were fine.

I accidentally left my dress and my sweater in the closet then we checked out I came back a couple hours later and they both disappeared and nobody would claim responsibility so that woman that clean my room stole my clothing

The place was OK but the bathroom ventilation system was not working. I expected more from this place based on their TV ads.

I loved the hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the front desk staff was kind and just wonderful to us. The shuttle was the only problem we had...in waiting for it, but the driver was considerate and kind.

A fine choice if you are arriving late or leaving early from MIA.

The service was the worst I have ever had when staying in a hotel. The lady at the desk gave us incorrect information. When we asked about transportation to the harbor she said we had to take a taxi at about $40.00 one way. We had been told that there was a service from the hotel that cost $10.00 per person for the trip to the port. After she told us that we looked at the flyers in the rack and found the service to the port for $10.00 per person. She just did not want to give us the time of day when it came to our needing help. Or she was uninformed as to the services available to us. The elevator has a saying in it that says that the workers have the ability to help us as needed but I guess that they have to want to help for that saying to be of any value to the company and/or us. The worker there at that time was not helpful at all for us. I have not been that disappointed in the service received at a hotel ever.

amazing having a pool i could swim in being 6 ft was awesome......

It's not beach front but it was clean, cozy, and the breakfast was great!

If you're in MIami for shopping, La Quinta is very convenient, and very good value for money.I will certainly stay again!

The room was nice and a good size. The breakfast offered a decent variety of foods. My biggest issue was that the internet access was SLOW. It reminded me of dial-up.

Was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness of the room and the variety with the continental breakfast. Dunkin donuts and bar right across the street. Will definately stay here again!

Good breakfast, could improve quality

Very pleased with our stay. This was the second time i stayed here. Will stay again.

I usually stay in moderately priced hotels, but this could be the worst night's sleep I've had in years. The beds and pillows are like rocks. On top of that, I'm booked for a 3 night stay and ready to check out after 1 night. And the hotel nor Hotels.com will let me. No wonder this hotel has this policy...everyone would check out early! Now I'm stuck! This hotel is the worst.

This hotel is great for catching an cruise or early flight the next day, this hotel is only located in the Doral`s and is only 5-6 miles away from Miami Intl airport, complimentary wireless in room and breakfast :o) been here last yr as well, before heading towards cruise out from port of Miami, highly recommended hotel if u want convience" choice again for sure.

Despite the fact that we had to wait 35 minutes for our shuttle to arrive, it was a fine stay. It is a little further from the airport than expected but it's nice that there is a strip mall right next door that has - or 4 restaurants for food options. It was quiet and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Breakfast and a pool are nice extras when travelling. If you have the time, stay there. If you don't, the hotel in Miami airport or any of the others very nearby would be much more convenient. We saw shuttles from Sheraton, Crown Plaza and even Best Western circulate 4 times before ours finally arrived.
